Just got a steak salad from there delivered. Very disappointed I ordered from there all the time. First time Oregon steak salad they literally used it almost looks like gyro gross cheap meat. For those of you that have never been here, it's all one big open room with a 6 foot high divider between the dining room and the bar. With that in mind, don't expect to converse while dining because of the old school rock blaring away in the bar. Are the people in the bar deaf or what? I dined in at your establishment on Monday evening on April 15th. I dined alone. I ordered a side salad and baked ziti, add meatballs. The food was a bit average. But served eloquently. Warm and edible. I had an extremely friendly and awesome server. She went above and beyond. She helped to make a decision on what to eat. Also offered some suggestions that were exceptional. One of the only small places that was open in Greensburg on New Years day. The girlfriend and I walked in and saw a waiter carrying a tray of pizzas fresh from the oven. Good Lord did it smell amazing and so we eagerly took our seat at a booth. You women love booths and I'll never understand that. Anyway, I am on this quest for the best pizza in Greensburg and I order a different pizza once a month. Well this was the weekend before that months Pizza Day so Alison said we should wait to try their pizza until next weekend and order other items from the menu. I want you to know I suffered to provide a more complete Yelp review for you guys. You are welcome. The first thing you'll notice about this place is that the prices are fantastic. I believe it was $10 for my 16" cheesesteak hoagie. And Alison got the Ravioli which was a large serving for only $8. I wasn't in a beer mood so I don't know what their alcohol prices are sorry friends. We also got 6 wings for $6 as an appetizer. We got the plain wings and I would definitely try them again they had a small assortment of sauces typical bar types. The Cheesesteak came out in 4 seperate 4" pieces and was pretty good. The cheese was lacking and it could have used more mayo. Although in fairness I asked for not too much mayo and so I can't complain if they took that too far. The lady enjoyed her Ravioli and we both left with doggy bags which is my favorite part of a meal because I consider that second meal at home a free bonus. So trip 1 to Pizza Siena comes to a close, I left feeling I got a pretty mediocre meal but paid a pretty mediocre price for it. I wouldn't go back but only because there are a lot better places a lot closer to my house. But then I tried the pizza. There is a reason they call this Pizza Siena and not Cheesesteak Siena or Plain Wings Siena. While the Cheesesteak and the Wings are pretty average, the pizza is anything but average. I am not nearly ready to declare this the best pizza in Greensburg, but it is certainly the best so far. A slightly thicker dough, and a very nice size helping of cheese made Alison a fan of this pizza as well. Pizza Siena is a wonderful little pizza shop that makes not just good pizza but great subs. They offer many deals and coupons and have a wide variety of different items besides pizza. There pizza is like what you would get at a football or baseball game. Simple ingredients which make it cheaper to make but still really good in a weird way. You really can't go wrong with ordering here. Wings are good. Subs, breaded mushrooms, onion rings. We haven't ordered anything from here we didn't like. My women's social group held our Christmas party at Pizza Siena this year. We booked the banquet room, expecting about 40 people who would all order separately off the menu. When we booked they told us there would just be a 20% service charge on each check since we were all ordering separately, and we thought this seemed perfectly fair. We assumed the service charge was just that, a gratuity for the servers for their service. However, once everyone arrived and just as we were about to order, we were told that there would be a 20% fee on each check for the room, and then 18% gratuity on top of that. So everyone had to pay an additional 38% of their checks. It was embarrassing and made both my mom and I (who had planned this event) look like fools when we had to tell everyone about this huge charge. When my mom called the next day to speak with the woman whom we made the reservations with, she contradicted herself by saying she told the servers not to add the 18%, then a few minutes later back tracked and said she had told my mom that the 18% would be added when the reservation was made (which she did not!). THEN, to add insult to injury, to "make up" for it, she offered us 10% off pizza the next time we come back. What a joke! Still not satisfied my mom called a few days later to speak with the owner. His response was that the 18% should not have been added to the checks since we ordered separately, and that the 20% charge is to cover the cost of cleaning the linens. Seriously?! Shouldn't that be considered a business expense, and not something to be paid by the customers? He said he'd speak with his employees regarding the situation, and that was it. No offer to fix the situation at all, leaving us completely dissatisfied and with a horrible taste in our mouths. What is even more upsetting was that taking a closer look at the bills, they added the 20% charge on as a food item so they could charge even more sales tax and get a larger gratuity. WHAT A SCAM! Oh, and what was the food like you ask? Grilled chicken salads with old rubbery chicken, and stuffed shells that tasted like the kind you buy frozen in the grocery store. The only thing worth ordering there is the pizza. My ladies group frequented this restaurant several times a year, but you can bet we'll never go back there after being given such horrible customer service. read more

Any world where you can call someone, tell them "Here's my address, please bring me pizza and gyros," and have it within 45 minutes, is a world worth living in. Pizza Siena is part of this world. Their pizza is some of the best in town, I would say. It's not Jioio's, but it's cheaper and faster and has delivery and is still pretty delicious. So I was dragged back here by a friend asking me to give this another try. I'm glad I did, because they changed locations in the same shopping center since I had last been, and expanded to more seating and a nice bar. Service was good, and I think the Pizza since I was last there greatly improved. (maybe they just weren't having a good day when I went a while ago). But overall, their pizza is definitely decent and I wouldn't mind stuffing it in my mouth again. Also, I really enjoyed the bar. It's very new with two flat screens on either side. Their pizza is fantastic but they never stick to their listed hours. On multiple occasions I've tried to get a pizza around 11:30 on a Friday when they should be open until 12 only to be told they are closed. If you're going to close before 12, don't have it listed as your hours. read more

I want to make a review based on my last two years living in Greensburg down from Pizza Siena. When I first moved to the area the pizza was great! Even my land lord recommended it to me. About 1 year later the Quality of the food I picked up became a disappointment, it was just SO-SO. Now fast forward to today the food has not got much better, just ok. Unfortunately the recent price increases and SO-SO food has me leaving behind the desire to eat here. Besides that I will say that the staff are nice and beer is cold. I've never been here before but attended a birthday party there this weekend and the waitresses were amazing and very helpful and the food was good I would have went back... but the party planner had changed details like food they had ordered and the cost of everything like saying there was no room fee or per person charge and they never had a contract so it was a he said she said ordeal in which my friends had initially went over a budget with her which she knew about and ended up going way way over and was nothing they could do about it. So if you book a party there be prepared for extra charges like a room fee and a per person charge that they don't mention. We've been ordering (for delievery) since they first opened (old location). I can't say anything about an in store experience, but I know their food is delicious! We are always quoted a much higher time when we order and it almost always arrives in half the time. Order takers are always very friendly and repeat back the order (mistakes do happen and this helps eliminate them and cut down on costs). Delievery drivers are always professional and polite.
