I test-drove a 2020 Range Rover HSE with nearly 80,000 miles and spoke with Rod, who assured me the vehicle had been inspected by his team after being acquired at auction. He also reassured me that the warranty I was purchasing would help protect me against major repairs, which was important given the age and mileage of the vehicle. Unfortunately, within two weeks of purchasing the car, I began noticing suspension-related noises that were impossible to ignore. During the test drive, I drove around the dealership area and on the freeway, but after driving on rougher roads, it became obvious something wasn't right. I contacted Grand Motors and brought the vehicle back. Rad told me his mechanic looked at it and found nothing wrong. I was essentially told that maybe I just wasn't used to driving a vehicle this heavy. No diagnostic report, inspection findings, or documentation were ever provided to me. Trusting my instincts, I sought a second opinion from a warranty-approved repair facility. Their inspection was thorough, professional, and fully documented. They identified multiple suspension-related issues that required significant repairs. The total cost was nearly $4,000, and the warranty only covered about $1,000. I ended up paying over $2,100 out of pocket on a vehicle I had owned for less than 30 days. To make matters worse, the vehicle sat in the repair shop for approximately three weeks while the warranty company sorted out coverage issues. During that time, I was already making payments on a vehicle I couldn't drive. The independent inspection also revealed that the rear brakes were at 2 mm or less. In my opinion, that is something that should have been identified and addressed before the vehicle was sold. As a parent with a young child, vehicle safety is not something I take lightly. To Grand Motors' credit, Rad did agree to replace the rear brakes. However, communication throughout the process was poor. I was never provided photos, detailed findings, or clear explanations regarding what was being replaced. Everything felt vague and reactive rather than transparent and proactive. What frustrated me most wasn't that I bought a used vehicle and encountered repairs--that comes with the territory. It was the repeated dismissal of legitimate concerns. Being told "nothing is wrong" when an independent mechanic later documents multiple issues doesn't inspire confidence. Instead of feeling heard, I often felt like my concerns were being minimized. I want to be fair and mention that Rick was always pleasant and professional to deal with. My criticism is not directed at every employee. However, my overall experience with management left me questioning the thoroughness of their inspections and their commitment to transparency after the sale. Today, the vehicle still has noises and issues that will likely require additional repairs. Looking back, I would not purchase this vehicle again, and I would not purchase from this dealership again. If you're considering buying from Grand Motors, I strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected by a trusted mechanic before completing the purchase, regardless of what assurances are provided by the dealership. . Caveat emptor -- buyer beware.

Back story- I…read morework a mile down the street from this place and I have been eyeing this specific truck for a little longer than a week and have been searching for an F150 to swap the powertrain into a Bronco. I have also looked at 2 other car sales lots on the same street one of them being Karz Plus. I walk in and instead of being greeted or asked what they can do for me, I have to ask looking at them both "who wants to help me" and I kid you not, BOTH salesman pointed at each other. Mind you they were sitting at adjacent desks and separated by a partition. So I point my attention to one since neither seemed interested in really helping. So I ask how much is the black F150. The salesman says "its already sold someone is already coming" then as I'm about to leave he then says "its actually not sold and for the right price though" then I ask "how much is it". Still yet he doesn't mention any pricing and says "I have to call the owner to see what we can do and how serious are you about buying" then I ask again "well how much is it" eventually he finally answers. After all that, 1) no salesman takes initiative 2) lied about it being already sold 3)couldn't answer a simple question after being asked 3 times. 4)couldn't actually be a salesman and was going to have to call the owner even though we hadn't even started making a deal yet. Karz plus greeted me, let me inside the truck and do a walk around. They made me an agreeable offer and financing and said they would be willing to work with me and my credit union if i do finance through them and gave me a printout of the carfax and the saleswoman even gave me her personal cell if I had any immediate questions. I have lived in this town my whole life so I have seen how these dealerships have changed over the years. The vast difference between both places is astounding and it really shows why one is expanding and the other isn't. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HERE AGAIN.

From the initial phone call until I picked it up, the crew at SB Autohaus explained everything they found, the work they needed my approval for to move forward and the detailed pricing that I should expect to see on the invoice. My car sat in my driveway for a couple years bc it was just cheaper to drive my Honda. When I took it in there was some type of leak, the brake fluid was sludge, my wipers were cracked and crusty. They kept my car for two days and replaced all the tubes and fluids that needed replacing. I was pretty adamant about getting new brakes but they said no, drive it around first because there was still a good amount of padding and I wouldn't need brakes for a while still. No upselling, no pushy "you might need this and this and this" like other places, just a clear and concise description of what needs to be done and a checklist of what to look out for in the future. After this experience there are two things I do know - I will probably buy another Benz bc of it's reliability and once it's out of the original factory warranty, I'll take it to SB Autohaus for Service A & B and whatever else needs repair.

Compared to the dealership, their prices are a great value. I had originally planned to have the work done at the dealership, but after learning about their 20% first-time customer discount, I decided to give them a try. Initially, I only needed my brake pads replaced. However, my car started displaying battery warnings, and both AutoZone and my Mercedes-Benz advisor confirmed that the battery needed to be replaced as well. Since I was already planning to come here for the pads I decided to have both services done here. I dropped my vehicle off around 2:00 PM, and it was ready by 9:00 AM the following morning, which was a very quick turnaround. My only concern came after reviewing the invoice. The total seemed higher than I expected, and after taking a closer look, I realized I had been charged a diagnostic fee for the battery. When I mentioned the warning messages, the staff said they would "check it out." Had I been told they would do a diagnostic to confirm and charge for that, I would have declined it and simply proceeded with the replacement. That said, this experience would not stop me from returning or recommending this shop. The service was professional, the staff was friendly, and the work was completed quickly. My only suggestion is that if you already know exactly what service your vehicle needs, make that very clear upfront so they don't run a diagnostic that is not needed.

I'm really glad you guys made a new yelp. It's story time…read more Here's my money-pit I purchased on the Korski Auto lot a few months back, little did I know I was buying from "Zz Motors". One thing I should note is during the test drive I did not push the car as hard as I should've, because nearly $4000 later on the drive home I noticed smoke coming from the hood and a really gnarly burning smell in the cabin. Another mistake I made was not purchasing the give-back fee for if you felt like returning the vehicle, this resulted in Oscar ghosting me (He's not a bad guy tbh). So another $2000 later, I've had to replace the timing chain gasket, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, and the big one the exhaust manifold. Some might say this is to be expected on an older high mileage vehicle but I disagree this is something they likely knew but chose to sell the vehicle regardless. ‍ It is incredibly unsafe to drive with oil seeping out of a cracked manifold, my meantime solution was cleaning it weekly with brake cleaner. I should also add my transmission fluid was extremely low, which unknowingly caused a hangup in third, I didn't notice this but it came up in a diagnosis, however I did notice a jerk when changing gears. My point is, these guys do NOT do any maintenance to these cars aside from detailing and switching out oil filters, so bring a mechanic and OPEN UP YOUR WALLET. Buckle up because your A to B car is going to cost you your wages and a little overtime. In all seriousness, overall I don't regret the purchase, the vehicle after all of the money spent on mechanic work, drives and handles extremely well. Forgot to mention Nick Korski from Korski Auto contacted me after I left a bad review on their Google page, he hooked me up with a great mechanic. That's the saving grace. I definitely could have got something better for the price though, and to anyone reading this YOU could probably find something better on a different lot, maybe even Facebook. Be careful doing business with these guys (Check the license plate cover in the Korski lot) and if you do for the love of god get a pre-purchase inspection. You might end up like me, a "scorned lover" type of customer. Love the car, not the biggest fan of the guys that sold it to me. Have a fantastic day/night, and Oscar if you're reading this you did me dirty man. Good one! (DO NOT CONTACT ME) $6000... I really could've bought ANYTHING else. GG ZZ MOTORS. You won.
