We came to Ball N Bounce hoping to get last-minute tickets to see Isa from Aprende Peque on YouTube. One of the employees, I believe his name was Bryan, was incredibly kind and upfront with us. He let us know that tickets for the morning session were already sold out and wasn't sure about availability for the second session, but suggested we come back around 2 PM. We had arrived at noon, so we had about two hours to wait before trying again. A few minutes later, Bryan came back to check on us and said he would reach out to production to see if there might be any last-minute tickets available. He also mentioned he would let us know either way so we wouldn't have to wait around unnecessarily. Thankfully, production let him know that there was a possibility of extra tickets being released around 2 PM, depending on capacity. Bryan was truly so kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole process. In the end, we were able to get tickets, and our little one got to meet Isa and create such beautiful memories. We LOVE the West LA Ball N Bounce! While the Beverly location is super convenient, this Olympic location is definitely our favorite. The zip line, massive climbing structure, and the massive ball pit make this a perfect way to spend a few hours exploring with kiddos. No matter how many times we come, our kiddos always want to come back. This place is age appropriate for tiny tots up to bigger kids with something for everyone to do. Our kids love to do the alien and bug squashing room with the projector projecting images on the floor that you stomp on to squash, but I think the zip line and massive climbing structure with tunnels and slides is the ultimate attraction. The only drawback is that it's a little expensive at $35 per visit or $135 a month for an unlimited membership, but it does include free parking and they always offer kiddos a gift like a bracelet or hat if you're doing a drop in day. If you get invited to a birthday party and have the chance to come for free, don't miss it!!! read more

I love this place, I took my twin boys for the first time and they absolutely loved it! I would highly recommend:)

The facility is fun for kids but did have a trampoline outside that had a tear on the rim and a child could easily get injured by this. My next biggest issue was the perfume being pumped throughout the facility! It was beyond toxic and you have kids breathing this in! I left with the worst migraine ever that lasted through the night. This location on Olympic is very convenient with parking and the ladies in the front are always very nice and welcoming. This specific location is always very clean and it's nice that they have an indoor little snack area and they also have an outdoor area. We also love that they have little souvenirs for the kids to take after their playtime, which is very thoughtful of them. I threw my sons birthday party here. It's very easy coordinate a birthday party. The place is extremely clean, the parking is very convenient, and the place is very big. We had over 60 kids here and many parents. The activities are very fun and the kids have a great time. I know my kids have a good time here because they just go and play and don't bother me at all for almost 2 hours that were there. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am this place exists. it makes things so much easier to plan your kids birthday. Everything was pretty much set when I walked in. I found this place on Yelp when I searched "indoor playground." My daughter's daycare was closed today and I had to find something for her to do cause she was getting antsy at home. I'm so happy we found Ball N Bounce because she had a blast here! It is so spacious and clean, and the staff is very welcoming. They have an area just for "crawlers" which was perfect for my 14-month old. We will definitely be back as they have a ball pit, swings, slides, and rock climbing! There's so much to do. I took my 4 year old here recently with a couple of his friends. They had a blast! The moms were able to sit and supervise in a big seated area / snack area / some tables where the kids had the option to sit and draw or color. There were lots of options for them to choose from, run around and play. I love that the space was clean with the option of an outdoor space that was enclosed. Just recently had our sons 5th birthday at Ball N Bounce West Los Angeles location. We had attended 2 parties here before and knew we had to have ours sons here as well . Very clean , great bathroom, lots of variety for children of all ages . Everyone had a blast , even the parents. They knew their kiddos were safe and having fun . Nice outdoor area . The staff was super helpful. Have to thank Ash for going above and beyond with helping us. We had a little issue with the bathroom ( the buildings problem really ) from the party prior to us , but the owner was great in helping resolve the problem. Will definitely be back . Thank you ! I wanted to support this business so much, but time and time again, I have been disappointed. I enjoyed my first time so much that we signed up for a membership to come M-F 10-6. Well, yesterday at 5 pm on a Thursday there was yet another private event that did not allow us to utilize our membership benefits of free play. We never receive notifications that you will be closed and we don't receive a credit or prorated amount in return. They just recently updated their website to state the "times vary" and that is not what we agreed to upon joining. This was the third and final time that I have had to walk away with a crying toddler. I canceled my membership moving forward and several other parents that I know who are just as upset plan to do the same. Perhaps your business practices will improve when you lose money. Newsflash, your customer base is children and if you are fine with causing them to be sad, then you won't be successful. Also, they don't even respond to emails which is terrible customer service. read more

I have really loved coming to ball n bounce as a safe place for my son to play. But today was absolutely atrocious. It's spring break and I knew it would be packed but there was a group of older kids running, bumping and pushing into smaller kids, climbing on top of the play area and kicking the handballs around hitting kids and other parents while their group of mothers sat in the table area with not a care in the world. They had their food and trash all over the floor and tables. It was absolutely disgusting. When some of the adults would try talking to the kids they bragged that one of their parent was the boss and they didn't have to listen. The kids were grabbing tubs from the table area and filling them will balls and throwing them around the entire play place. If that's how your family represents your business? That's crazy! I would be so ashamed. The staff were absolutely amazing and sweet but the family and friends you have coming in and representing you is insane. Not to mention I guarantee your staff will have to pick up the mess they leave in the table area and half the ball pit those kids threw out on the floor. $35 dollars for my son to not even want to play because your insane group of kids are running around terrorizing the play area, I'm good. I left after 30 mins and I will not be back. read more
