    Kiddie structure
    Mike M.

This is my kids favorite indoor playground. It has 3 huge structures, one designed for the older kids and one for the younger than 4 crowd that is pretty big, probably the biggest kiddie area I've seen, because it has slides, its own ball pit, and an obstacle course. Then there's the trampoline area that's filled with jumpers, foam, and little obstacle areas where they can swing and even play basketball. There's also a wall-stick area where you put on the suit and can stick to the wall. The playground is huge in comparison to others. They also have a snack var that sells your basic snacks at a good price; nothing special, though. They don't sell hot foods, but they have drinks at a good price. My biggest complaint is that the space is so big that there is so much empty space in between where more stuff can be added. For example, the space between the bigger structure and the kiddie area has a huge empty block that makes the space so empty but is not. That space is basically dead space and the big structure can easily be expanded to this area. Maybe add a screen where you can throw balls at it like some other indoor playgrounds have inside the ball pit, or just expand the ball pit to that. Other than that, this place is amazing and very big. The price is usually 2 for 65 for unlimited play. Yes, it's pricey, but it's worth it for unlimited play and the size of it. We have been coming since it opened a year ago and will continue to come back.

I love this place my girls love this place it's perfect for babies and toddler even school age kids. I had my girls birthday party here and the staff was so nice and helpful when it came to setting up. We were able to bring outside food and have a airbrushed tattoo artist come in too. My daughter's and all her friends had so much fun all ranging at ages 8 months- 13 years. It is also one of the cleanest indoor playgrounds I have ever seen. 100% recommend for a birthday party or even just to take your kids on a weekday. It's also a plus that they are closed on the weekends specifically for birthday parties, everyone loved it.

As a former Ace Hardware store, this venue fills up the entire building with plenty of space to play and an open area for having lunch and treats. My grandsons had a chance to play in the area before guests arrived and there was plenty of laughing and screams of fun to be had. As for age range, it seems appropriate for any age between two and maybe thirteen. Adults are always welcome to play too, as non-slip socks are provided for everyone. As this is a new location, everything is so nice and clean with new equipment and fun zone apparatus available for the young at heart!

A huge indoor playground my baby got an amazing time, just a bit expensive $35 no limit I think. They only sell junk food nothing healthy for a kid or adult. Just sodas and candy. They give a punching card after 5 entries you get one free. I gave 4 stars I think is pricey and no just junk food.

Looking for a Skyzone replacement and found this amazing playground! Since Jumpin Jumpin closed, have been looking for a new place to bring toddlers and young kids. Amazing variety of playgrounds and a sky zone like trampoline area. Way above my expectations, will return. No membership because they have frequent private parties.

I had my sons 4th birthday here and my guest and I loved it here! We've tried other play places and venues for his previous birthdays but this one has been the best one. The price is a bit more compared to other play places but I think it's completely worth the money. The air condition works well here which is a must for me. Especially because the kids get so sweaty playing. I also liked how I could have other vendors here & they all fit easily inside the venue. I was initially worried about the parking but only a few of my guest had to park on the street. The owner is really nice & accommodating. Overall would book a birthday here again!

We hosted my daughter's 5th birthday here this past weekend and I was blown away by the experience! I booked this place sight unseen but based on the positive reviews and photos, I decided to take a chance. The big selling point was that it's a one-stop shop. They take care of ordering pizza, provide unlimited coffee, soda, juice, and water for our guests, and also provide decor and goodie bags according to your theme. Being a super busy working mom, this was just what I needed. Our theme was "Dive into Five," and the decor along with the service ware was on point! Alan was great to work with on-site and was so helpful, I didn't even know what to do with myself when I got there! The space is clean and spacious. I really liked that each area had a staff member supervising which gave me great peace of mind. After the party, I saw the staff disinfecting all the toys in the toddler area. Love it!! I'm not going to lie, this was an expensive party....but it was also really worth it because it saved me so much time. I would love to host another birthday party here! PS - the music they played was great as well!

Our host , I think her name is Kristy, help us to set up and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. This place provided a red cart to transport our party supplies, which was very thoughtful. We also loved that the party area already felt festive and fun, so we didn't need to bring many decorations or balloons. The entire facility was very clean and well organized. There were also a few pleasant surprises that made the day extra special. The mascot came by to take photos with our birthday girl and our family, and we received a beautiful acrylic photo keepsake with both pictures. My girl also loved the little goodie bag that mascot gave to her. The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I also like that there is a mini fridge in our party room so we could keep our popsicles frozen until the end of the party. Another thing I would like to mention, is this place didn't feel overly crowded or too noisy, even though it was a Saturday afternoon (maybe we were lucky that day) If I had a couple of things to add on, I would love to have a little more setup time for us before the party starts, since we're only allowed to arrive 15 minutes early. We also wished the mascot could have stayed just a little longer (until we finish the birthday song) Overall, we're very happy we chose Funbox Arcadia for our daughter's birthday celebration. That's always my biggest concern with indoor play places, and this one felt really well taken care of. The staff were also really nice and present without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. There's a good mix of things to do too--areas for younger kids and enough going on for slightly older ones so no one feels left out. It's one of those places where kids can just run around and be kids while parents can actually sit for a second and breathe. Overall, it just felt easy, fun, and stress-free. Definitely a spot I'd come back to or recommend to other parents looking to get their kids out of the house.

We never liked the "entrance fee" that I obviously know about and I stand by what I said: ADULTS ARE FORCED TO ORDER THEIR SUBPAR OVERPRICED FOOD FOR ENTRY aside from the entrance fee for their kids. The SGV eats post - I wasn't talking about one post. Geraldyne has posted several times and most of those times people have chimed in with their experiences and she removed her entire posts so people won't find the comments. Once again, trust the low star ratings. If you read them, you'll see a lot of them echo what I've posted here. --- If you have a toddler or a young kid, avoid this place. Read the lower rated reviews, because those paint a more accurate picture than glowing reviews from people who got discounts to this place. Adults are forced to order a meal as an entrance fee, and all the choices are subpar and overpriced. There was only one lovely staff member, an African American woman that unfortunately seemed to have left, because everyone else were not friendly nor helpful, and are barely present. The husband who supposedly cooks the meal made the driest, toughest, inedible steak salad and I couldn't even get help with my meal because there was no staff around to help, and whenever the husband came out, he would just be zipping in and out so fast I couldn't even catch him, and I couldn't leave my daughter by herself. The food choices for kids are also subpar. The play area itself is also subpar. There's very little options to play with, and whatever is there are mostly broken toys or have missing parts. The "separate" area for younger kids are always a huge mess to the point where it's safer for a 1-2 yr old to be in the general area with how disorganized it is. It's nothing but an afterthought, and bigger kids go there to mess up that area all the time No one really goes to clean up or check the play areas periodically, so even though it's part of their "rules", you see kids throwing toys at other kids, kids leaving messes around, etc. The positive reviews about these place are probably from people who've only been there once and have had some sort of discount. As a previous repeat customer who tried to give this place multiple chances, it is nothing but a cash-grab by greedy owners who care nothing about kids. The owner, Geraldine, also loves to promote her business on Facebook groups, and even whine about lack of "support" from people, but when previous customers try to make suggestions or anything remotely resembling a valid criticism, she'll remove the post so no one sees it. It's very dishonest, and shows what kind of people run this business. There are better places to go to entertain kids in SGV, don't waste your time and money here.

You could easily spend the entire day here. There are comfortable couches to lounge on, great picnic tables with high chairs, and you can bring whatever food you want, which is such a game-changer. No overpriced snack bar guilt. Just pack what you need and stay as long as you want. And the music is actually great, not just kids music, real music that the adults can enjoy too. For anyone who has ever stress-spiraled while planning a kids party, trust me on this one. What I wasn't expecting was how much I'd love the space itself. I'm kind of an architecture nerd, and this building is gorgeous, old, historic, with these incredible vaulted ceilings. It doesn't feel like a typical kids gym at all. Apparently, it's been used as a filming location for both Shameless and The Office, and honestly, that tracks completely. It has that kind of soul to it. The neighborhood is great, too. Amazing restaurants and coffee shops right outside. We grabbed coffee, wandered through some shops, and came back. The whole day just flowed. Oh, and don't forget to bring socks for the adults. There's plenty of street parking, so that part is easy. It's the kind of place where you leave feeling like you both got something out of the day. That's not easy to find.
