Communication with delivery was timely and easy. I love the free local delivery service. I was hooked and recently bought more plants on two separate occasions. The prices are relatively comparable to a store like Pigment and much lower than some of the boutique plant shops in the North Park area, but the quality has always been top notch. One look at the soil and all the new growth on every plant from IvyMay and you'll know what I mean (if you're a plant lover). There were a couple of delays that were completely outside of Hass' control, and I am amazed at the openness, transparency, and honesty that he provided every step of the way. He had only one real care --- to make sure that we had the kitchen of our dreams, and he brought in every member of the team responsible for making that happen.
