Ballard electric was fantastic! I was unable to get a hold of any electrician initially and Ballard electric responded immediately. They called me right away on a Sunday night and spent time answering my questions. I had 4 recessed lights installed into the kitchen as well as retro fit all the can lights in the house. It looks way better. They also replaced a bathroom fan that wasn't working and installed 2 lighting fixtures. Then they fixed a patio light that wasn't working and retrofit that as well. Then to top it off installed some dimmer switches. I eventually received many estimates and they by far had the best prices by comparison. The day of they showed up exactly at 8am as planned and immediately got to work. They explained everything they were doing and made sure to ask us where we wanted things before installing the light fixtures and recessed lights. They made sure we knew the price up front before buying pieces and fixing things. Overall great experience, they accommodated my schedule and did great work on top of doing it all for a great price. Don came to my house to look at an electrical issue we had going on with our home office. This was critical and we needed an electrician immediately.... Don was laid back, easy going and completely honest!! There are a million ways he could have made this a "big sale" and told me I needed a new circuit braker or even a higher amp braker and we woulnd't have known.. but he simply switched out the braker with one he had on his truck and educated my husband and me about the panel and what might need to be done in the future with the added pull from the office... When we needed up-lights in our backyard, we hired Ballard Electric, and they gave us fair prices for quality work. Frank gave me an estimated price right over the phone, so there were no surprises, and he was able to work with our schedule, even calling me to move up my appointment when they had a cancellation. Our backyard looked so good after the up-lights were installed, that we hired Ballard Electric to install recessed lighting in our bonus room (that we made into a gym). Peter installed the recessed lights in the bonus room, and did such a good job. He was professional and experienced, and the bonus room now looks like a mini gym studio! So it's no surprise that we hired Ballard Electric again for the recessed lights in our master bedroom. Peter and Eli installed those lights, and we could not have been happier with the way the lights turned out. They also got the electrical work in place to install pendant lights in 3 kids/guest bedrooms (I hadn't bought the pendant lights yet, but when I do, I'll definitely hire Ballard Electric to install those). And an extra thank you for being so careful to not leave a speck of dust behind! I had these guys come out for a simple light switch fix. While they were here, I asked about sound systems and a possible rewiring for a switch that was installed in the wrong place. They were knowledgable, and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt comfortable having them come back and install surround sounds speakers in my ceiling and move the switch.
