Definitely a hang for locals and not the kind of restaurant you'd expect for a country club. I don't think it claims to be a country club, but it's part of a golf course, so that's the vibe I was thinking of instead of a local pub. The sandwich and side options (minus chips) were heavy on the mayo, just as a heads up for anyone with an egg allergy. Our sandwiches were fine, but a little overpriced. It was more like survival food for our three-hour drive home, but for that, I'm grateful.

The best pie I've ever had…read more Played a wedding with my band in Chocorua, NH this weekend, and instead of having cake, the couple had Grammy Gordon's pies for dessert. Had Strawberry Rhubarb & Mmm-apple post wedding...unreal. The next day, I had to bring my girlfriend so she could try some. The lady there was incredibly friendly, and we were able to scoop up the last pie of the day...Berry Berry Peach. No joke, it was the best pie I've ever had. It's not your regular apple pie, as the crust and filling are filled with maple crystals. It was so good. My car smelled like a bakery the entire way home. I highly recommend the Mmm-apple pie! It was a hit at home. If pies aren't your thing, it's also an Antique store as well.
