She said yes at 6:15p. I get there at 6:05p. The first thing they let me know is they fell behind. Whatever that meant. I was willing to wait. Then they called me to a chair at 6:45 only to have me soak my sns nails in acetone for over 30 mins still telling me they'd be right with me. I don't think it's even healthy to soak your hands in chemicals that long and I've never had anyone soak off sns. By 7:20p I'm out the bitch! You knew you had no capacity when I called in the first place. You should never make a customer wait that long. It was an inefficient use of my time and a poor experience. I'll NEVER go back! The reviews must be bullshit or they go all out for customers they've already established relationships with.... I'm an excellent tipper and a loyal customer when treated right but this was an attempt to herd the elephants rather than serve an awesome customer! Not to mention I have a film shoot in the morning...gonna have to do some magic to make these hands look right! If I could rate less than 1 star I would!

I chose the deluxe pedicure for $45 (they also offer a step-down option for $35). The service included a scrub and a really nice massage. Paraffin wax and hotel towel treatment was at the end. SO nice and well worth the price. There were about 6-7 technicians working, so they're clearly equipped to handle walk-ins, and they take appointments as well. I LOVED Cindy and will probably start making an appointment with her for SNS. She was very thorough and took her time to produce a great set. However, having been a patron for several months now (including four different SNS sets), I was disappointed for the first time this weekend. I understand it is back to school time so they were abnormally slammed for a Sunday afternoon, but I'm still a paying customer and would have appreciated my tech to take a little more time and be a little more friendly especially given that I was paying $50 for the SNS set. Everything about the experience felt rushed and I pretty much took off my own old SNS (soaking in a bowl and scrubbing with a paper). Then the tech cut me with a nail file which I didn't even know was possible and made it sound like it was my fault because my nail was too short (even after she put on tips on two of my fingers). Needless to say, I was a raving, pleased patron, but now I'm not so sure. Like I said Cindy is great so if you find someone you like, it might be worth it to make an appointment.
