It was incredibly fast. The proof of service they provided was not the one I sent them to fill out. It was one that the process created correcting two mistakes I had made. All this for $75 in Manhattan where you can't get lunch for $75. I am very pleased. I usually check Yelp reviews before I do business with anyone but I didn't do it with ABC. If I had I would not have used them. I have never seen so many negative reviews for a business on Yelp. If ABC wants to avoid future bad reviews they need to advertise their services as "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back". Then tell their independent contractor process servers that if a negative review is left on YELP due to negligence on their part they are history. ABC can respond to this review and let Yelp members know if they have made any policy changes.

Matt was the person who I dealt with in providing him with the summons to serve. I paid $120 for a summons to be served and received zero verification that it was actually done. Also, was promised that the summons after being served would be notarized and returned to me (proof of service to provide the court in my state). I have now waited a month for proof of service to be completed and received NOTHING! I have texted, emailed, and called Yakima Process Services several times and had zero response from them. Their lack of action and taking of my client's fund of $120 is BAD BUSINESS! I alert you to BEWARE of this company. I can only speak to my experience, which was based on my first and last time using them to serve a summons, is the Yakima Process Service Company takes your money and then ignore you, and doesn't return papers stating the person has been served.
