We originally went to another place, which was better in regards to prices, but this place had an amazing tree selection and also sold Christmas wreaths. It had a more fun atmosphere and great customer service. We paid 89.99 for our 6-7 foot tree. The other place was cheaper, but I know our experience would have been very different (trees not wrapped and no assistance). We're happy we came here. It's also a fun atmosphere for kids. We've been going here for a few years; nothing beats a fresh cut tree but the tree farms up the hill just don't have very good large, full trees anymore. For a pre-cut lot, these trees are by far the best you will find in the area. They are very expensive, but you get what you pay for. For reference, our 9-10 ft tree was $249. I've never had a problem with Bambi's trees not lasting through Christmas like I've had at other places, and they smell amazing. The customer service is okay; finding somebody to help you is next to impossible but once you do get somebody, they've always been very friendly and helpful. read more

So they have great selection but buyer beware-- these trees were cut a long time ago and since they don't keep them in water, that beautiful tree you buy is dying or almost dead. Spent $200 on a flocked tree only to have it die a week later. Cut a few inches off the bottom trying to save it but the tree was dry to the bone inside and no saving it-- had to trash it & put up the fake tree, what a mess. Absolutely terrible trees, prices, and customer service. My family and I went for a tree, and we found one priced at $139.99. We waved down one of the employees to get it for us, and when he saw the tree he ripped the tag off, whispered "wrong tag," and continued to take it up to the front. We brought the tag just in case because he didn't even give us the chance to ask the price difference, and we found out that the one foot difference costed an extra $60, bringing the price to $200. The ladies at the front displayed a terrible attitude when explaining the difference, and we ended up just leaving. Instead we went to Mikey's and found a much more reasonably priced tree. If the woman in the red jacket spent less time pumping her face with Botox and working on her customer service skills, maybe they'd have more clientele. read more

They're either too busy fighting with each other or complaining about another employee to actually provide any sort of customer service. I paid nearly 300 for a tree plus flocking. When I sent my son to pick it up, the employee was rude and told him to "get out" and "don't screw up" his flocked trees in the tent where the flocked trees were...my son quickly told him to check the way he was talking to him and informed him he was there to ,pick up a flocked tree...this guy then couldn't find my tree and was being so rude, wanting to know why my son didn't know the size of the tree?? Like seriously, why don't they know where their customer's trees are?? They have claim checks with numbers for a reason...get your shit together. To make matters worse the idiot in his tantrum of wrapping my tree folded over the top branch of 12 inches broke it and I now have no where to put my topper... I also called and asked for the owner to call me back...as you can imagine...crickets. Not to mention the flocking is terrible, shoddy work..there are plenty of bare spots where the flocking is falling off in big chunks. I felt super unsafe here. My pregnant wife and I arrived, excited to get our Christmas tree, and saw tons of people crowding around each other, only about half of them wearing masks. Several employees were clearly not wearing masks either. While a big sign asked people to socially distance, I didn't see any sign demanding masks, and while the lot is outside, it was impossible to stay at least 6ft away from each other. They offered us a new tree!! Thank you so so much. You saved Christmas. (UPDATE: However, this tree stopped drinking after three days and was dangerously dry by Christmas. We will be cutting our own next year. These trees are not very fresh) Super disappointed. We spent $178 on a flocked tree and a stand, and our tree is DEAD with two weeks to go until the holiday. When my husband went to pick it up, the bottom was not given a fresh cut--the staff told him that flocked trees do not take in water. Everything I have read states the contrary. Now the branches are laying completely flat on one side, and ornaments and lights are falling off. I have a four year old--we have to have a tree. But after splurging on this one, it is difficult to shell out even more money for another tree. I want to cry. read more

AWFUL CHRISTMAS TREE LOT. Waited almost 20 minutes in the pouring rain to try and get a tree tonight. Super unfriendly staff walked by me several times just staring at me without even a 'hello' or 'be right with you' there were hardly any customers and they do not seem even remotely organized. Here's a novel concept, you can buy a ticket machine for 30 bucks on Amazon and then people could be helped in the order they arrived. There, took me all of 5 minutes to figure out a faster more efficient way to run your business. This tree lot always has the best selection of trees- beautiful trees and large ones. It's also one of the only tree lots in the area that offers snow flocking. We came to find a tree in the afternoon, the day after Thanksgiving and they were already picked out. We ended up coming back the next day and picking out a beautiful tree and waiting a few days while they flocked it. It was $215 with tax for an 8 foot tree- so definitely not cheap. We live near by and we've been shopping at this tree lot for many years. For the previous 5 years or so we've had a fake tree. However we missed the smell of a real tree so we're back. We like to pick our trees quickly. This year we rushed it a bit. I can't blame Bambi that we picked a funky tree. They had a lot of trees and we only looked at a couple. But the price tag gave me sticker shock. $70 for a 5 - 6 ft noble. Again, I've been out of the market for a while so it was probably just me. Best selection of cut silver tip trees that I've come across in the area. Convenient to just come pick one up instead of hunting and cutting one down. I do like that the trees are open when you're walking around choosing one. They trim the stem and wrap it for you when you're ready to go. But the prices are super steep and get higher with every year. And the staff isn't the friendliest, especially during such a jolly time of year. read more

The tree I got was nice but a little pricey, 64 bucks for a 5 ft tree. I also paid for a tree stand and got home to not have half of the tree stand. So I had to go back and get the part and they give me a used rusted part. And the stand wasn't cheap and I got a used POS stand for 22 bucks. read more

My wife and I cut a tree last year and it lost many needles in a week. We went shopping and found Bambi's. We found a Silver Tip, our tree of choice, it was perfect. The tree lasted to New Years Day. I have shopped here for my tree for several years. They have a great selection of silver tip trees. I always get mine flocked. HOWEVER this year much to my great disappointment the lead time to flock is 8 days!! It will be almost half the holiday season over before I get my tree. We buy our tree here every year never had any issues the prices are a little high compred to other lots but we like the selection. We picked up our tree last night had it tied to the top of our truck the older man that did it did a terrible job took us almost 2 and a half hours to drive approx. 7 or 8 miles me and my husband had to keep pulling over and push it back up it was falling off the back there were only a couple of ropes around the tree and were not properly tied to secure the tree he had a bunch of knots that werent even tied right that were just wrapped around the tree if the tree would have fallen in the middle of the road don't know about you but we don't have $150 to throw away.. very upset and they probably wouldn't have done anything to compensate if it did. read more

Have gone here the past few years, but the selection today was abysmal. A lot of the trees had dead branches in them, and it was hit or miss whether they were in water. Couldn't find a single tree that looked healthy and wasn't missing a lot of branches. Went to another tree farm rated better here on Yelp and the difference was night and day. Cut fresh, put on the truck, and delivered to the lots that do a fresh cut, stand and water until it goes home with you. Many to choose from, a selection of conifirs, silver tips and a fresh cut before you take it home. They sell the wonderful Davis stand, easy to use and will last for all your Christmas's. A fresh cut again before it's netted ( if you so choose, depending on your drive and vehicle). They also have the " critters"...Raindeer, snowmen and beautiful fresh wreaths. Five stars and the reason behind five stars is quite the story my family and I just purchased a home we go to Bambi's Christmas tree land every year it's a tradition the staff is amazing prompt no matter how busy they are they treat you like family. We went to Bambi's like we do every year and picked out a Christmas tree our new home has very high ceilings and we thought we picked out the perfect tree until we got home and learned that it was quite too big It was a beautiful tree but far too big for our house and fell over three times it was Quite a crazy time and especially only five days before Christmas we typically get our tree the week after Thanksgiving we were a bit late this year because of just purchasing our home and moving in. It's very important to me that we have a real Christmas tree the experience of going to Bambi's every year and picking out the perfect tree is a tradition as you can see my kids were devastated that Our perfect tree did not fit in our house The next morning we all got up and went back to Bambi's to pick out a smaller tree upon her arrival we talk to the owner a gentleman who was so kind and gracious I told him the situation and we did pick out the perfect Christmas tree for the second time that actually fit in our house this amazing gentleman gave us this tree for FREE I couldn't believe it I didn't know people with such big hearts still existed our family is absolutely grateful and will continue to make Bambi's Christmas tree land our tradition every year thank you from the Foward family to that manager it was absolutely the kindest thing that has happened to us all year I hope you and your family have a Merry merry Christmas read more

After going here for years we will not be returning after last year's experience. For starters their prices have been going up quite a bit each year. One of the workers put our tree on top of our car and took forever to tie it down, he also didn't tie it down properly even after telling him where to tie it, so the tree actually fell off on our 10min drive home on local roads! This could've been a serious issue if it had hit another car, and luckily we weren't on the highway or it could've been much worse. After pulling off to the side and struggling to retrieve the tree, we ended up having to put it in our backseat, where sap and needles got everywhere. I called Bambi once we got home, and told them what happened and that the worker did not know how to properly tie down the tree, and they said a manager would call me back. Never got a call. Needless to say the tree was constantly losing needles and died pretty quickly. Definitely don't recommend getting your tree here. Poor customer service, poor quality, and overpriced. read more

I have been buying XMAS trees from Bambi's Christmas tree land for several years. This will be my last year. $90 is the median price for any type tree around 6 foot give or take. $90 seriously? Opted to go with a smaller 4-5 foot tree, for $56. These guys keep upping their prices every year. I think I paid $75 last year for an almost 7' tree. Aside from the over priced tree's... I had a bit of an issue this time around. They did the old price tag swap on me. The employee handed me the tag, and I went in to pay. I hand the tag over to the clerk, and she asks if I wrote the price on the tag!?! The Tag price was $44. The Gal tells me, we don't have any silver tips for $44 and that the price was $52. After some back and forth I payed the $52/56 with tax. Disappointed that a good tree lot is so greedy during this time of year. I don't think I could continue to do business with them as they seem to be more focused at squeezing as much money out of you as possible. Merry XMAS you fucks. read more
