The staff here is always friendly and helpful and the plants we've purchased here have been healthy and we have had many for multiple years. Most of the items here could probably be found on clearance at home improvement stores or from auctions for a much cheaper price. But to find someone in the store to help you is like a treasure hunt. I finally found a man in the hardware area, but as soon as I walked up to him, his phone ring and somebody was talking to him and he just turned us back to me and walked away. So I had to chase him so when he got off the phone, I could ask more to find rubber stoppers. He took me there. It was not a very happy man. The garden section was completely empty also but we did end up finding the soil test kits and two bags of mulch. I don't know what happened if somebody bought them all out or what. Of course, then you have to go all the way back to the middle to pay. I don't know, this whole store gives off a vibe of nobody gives a tootle about whether you're there or not.
