Upon calling the lady she argue we can't put all the ingredients in the menu. And advise me to leae a negative review instead of changing my dish. I have lived in the area for 20 years. I have never had a problem and by far, the food has always been delicious. They have a lot of business and the food is fresh, as a result. I would definitely recommend this establishment. The food is always ready quickly on most days but it's expected that it could be longer on weekends. I love that they are open late. It was 3:00 p.m. and all I had to eat was breakfast. I was running some errands and decided to get my car washed next door to Bamboo China. I was so hungry that I decided to stop in and grab some food and I did the unthinkable.. I didn't check Yelp. Big mistake!!! I ordered some wings and each one tasted differently seasoned. Some pieces were over salted and others tasted unseasoned. They cut the wings in half which made it harder to eat because there was nothing to hold onto and I tasted a few pieces of bone while eating. Needless to say, I did not finish my meal. The place was empty when I arrived (but some guys stopped in shortly after). So I just ordered food for delivery because it's the day after a blizzard and I didn't want to move the car or go out. The delivery guy calls and asked to meet him out front because of no parking...okay, understandable. Annoyed a little,but I get it so I get dressed and go outside for the food. I get home, I start to put my crab sticks on a plate and notice that the breading is not on the crabstick but on my plate in pieces. The biggest problem for me was that they left plastic on one of the crabsticks! Mmm yum...I call to let them know and asked for a credit. She said I had to go the store and bring the order in and will not give me a credit without stopping in. Terrible customer service if you're looking to keep customers. I finally discovered this place even though I practically drove past it on a weekly basis but since I moved from Edison to Woodbridge I was attached to my old Chinese take out spots. But finally one day I was short on time and decided to try out bamboo china. Man was it a good idea. I measure a place by their dumplings and I fell in love, I can taste the flavor of the pork and shrimp (yes each dumpling has a shrimp, not those tiny shrimps, a shrimp). Ever since then I've been hooked. I've tried the beef and brooch and the sauce was nice and thick but not overpowering. Decent rice but will soon try their regular friend rice. Girlfriend tried the shrimp with veggies and they truly give big shrimp pieces with fresh snell and taste. Highly recommend for people in the area as any other place in Woodbridge is mediocre at best unless you go to china cafe by best buy but it defeats the purpose of fast. read more

I usually call early evening and delivery takes about 40 mins and I should note they are just outside my town so not bad. I just ordered again yesterday and got the shrimp w/black bean sauce for the first time from them. It was excellent; the shrimp were good-sized and I could taste the freshness. This is my go to Chinese takeout spot in Woodbridge. The service is always quick and the food quality is consistent. Their sesame chicken is awesome, not overly saucy or greasy. The chicken is of decent quality as well, not full of fat and cartilage like many other fast food Chinese restaurants. I order mine extra spicy and its never very spicy but definitely flavorful. I had my dog with me so I asked for a small container to use for water (which I purchased there) and it was as if I asked for free food...anyway she reluctantly gave me the container after I ordered & bought my food. I waited outside until it was done. Came back in and the bag was pretty much shoved at me. Get home & the food is horrible! I ordered shrimp & broccoli w/ garlic sauce combo. The rice is bland, broccoli tastes like it was boiled in water and then added to the dish, the shrimp tastes surprisingly okay. The garlic sauce is also very bland (should be spicy). That being said the service is horrible, I ordered chicken and cashew nuts with no vegetables.... They sent me JUST vegetables. Now I know a few of the girls that work the phones, I almost thought it was a joke. When I called back they put me on with whoever was in charge and she yelled at me for 20 mins before I asked for my money back and her response was, "Dont eat the egg roll " and she sent someone back to pick up the food!!!! Besides that, I have found plastic and other debris in my food, and I know a few others that have the sane complaint. The quality of the food is horrible. The chicken is filled with hard bits, and the beef is almost not edible. I suggest trying "hong Kong" Chineese if you need a new place in the area.
