It was so nice to get lost in every little staged room and just dream for a minute. The staff was so kind and made the whole shopping process just feel warm and happy. I was offered a water bottle and a ton of laughter. The prices were amazing with the big ticket items being priced just right for such incredible quality. She has rooms full of different styles of home furnishings and I bought a bag full of seasonal trinkets, candles, candelabras and kitchen stuff all for under $100. There's so much to see! This shop is located at The Arbor, a neighbor of Shenandoah At The Arbor, a wonderful restaurant! Except for the sign out front, you'd think this was a residence rather than a store! Inside is chock-full of many things! Be careful walking around so you don't tip anything over! Some of the things that caught my eye were the teacups, vintage toys, & fun trinkets. They also sell garden signs, clothing, and cards! When we visited this past Sunday, they were having an Open House. They were offering hot dogs, nachos, sweet treats, and lemonade. Super welcoming and generous of them! I heard nothing for another month and then Michelle called to let me know it had finally arrived at the store AND there was an ottoman. She honored the initial price and was extremely helpful holding the two pieces until I could pick them up. It's rare to find someone who follows through over a months long process and provides such caring support. I highly recommend Michelle and this location.

I've walked away with an epic Dune Monopoly game, mid century modern-style dog bed, and fountain pen/planner set. There's always something new to be found when you visit! Service is always stellar here no matter how busy they get. Sometimes there's a security guard at the door and he always greats you as you're coming in. This HomeGoods also does a good job recognizing customers who make donations during checkout, which I think is a thing worth celebrating! This store is conveniently located in the shops at Rossmoor with plenty of parking and meal choices after you've worked up your appetite walking around. That said, it can get busy so I find it easier to park towards the middle of the plaza. The only drawback (if we can call it that) of this strip mall is that it's nearly a complete dead zone for cell service, let alone internet. So bear that in mind if you enjoy sharing your finds in real time with friends and family!

Turns out Karen didn't order two actual rolls as I requested, because wallpaper makers use imaginary units of "single rolls" (a 1/2 roll) and "double rolls" (a full roll), so I only received one roll. Next I had to return that roll and be charged a "restock fee" so they could re-order two rolls (aka 4 single rolls SMH) from the same dye lot. More waiting. No updates. I call and am told it will now be after MID-MAY before I (might) receive my product!! So I request a refund. They refund me 30% of the $400 I paid and I have ZERO rolls of that wallpaper. They don't even care.
