    Tempura udon
    Andrea B.

Went back to try the udon. This place just can't make a bad meal. Delicious every time and staff never fail with prompt service and kindness. The tempura was fresh and udon broth and noodles just wonderful. Can't wait to keep trying more and have been bragging about Bamboo House to everyone. I'll be back for sushi soon!

Very good Pat Thai and poke bowls. The guy is very friendly and makes our dinner time very fun and happy.

Delicious, Top 5 Ramen in DFW Spicy Edamame (not pictured) low level spice but the sticky sweet sauce was so bomb! Slammin Salmon roll was amazing. We ordered another to-go! Tempura Salmon, cucumber, cream cheese, avocado, eel sauce. Spicy Miso Ramen was some of the best I've had! Rich, flavorful broth. Not very spicy but they have house made chili oil that did its job! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Owner is super nice, space is clean, felt comfortable with our kiddos doing their thing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We will be driving from FTW often to visit!

    Chili Crunch

My work colleagues insisted I go here on a day I wasn't even going to take lunch. They basically dragged me. I am SO glad they did. Not only is the owner and front of house an awesome guy that keeps you smiling, he also made a big effort to direct us to some great choices based on our tastes. I cannot tell you how much I like their chilli crunch. Sooooo good. I've had so many and theirs is definitely my favorite. It is spicy so be careful. Alllll of the food was incredible. I could eat there three times a day and be huge and happy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It appears to be a little hole in the wall but it is super clean and very nice inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Please check it out for your own sake. You will not be dissapointed.

    Shoyu Ramen

Let's get it out of the way: [[HIGHLIGHT]]service is wonderful, the owner tries his best with a welcoming atmosphere, friendly personality and offering us water to-go[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], but that's where it ends. In terms of food quality, I'm not sure where most of the reviewers are coming from. Granted, it's not the worst items I've ever tried, but it's certainly not authentic ramen noodles (I would check out Hanabi Ramen, Hakata Ramen & Wabi House for something better). Sushi & Takoyaki could've also been better (Check Kura Sushi or Mister Max) and [[HIGHLIGHT]]based on the environment of the restaurant it certainly doesn't feel "Japanese"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. It's a restaurant I feel like "new" ramen lovers go to, a place where people who don't know where to start would try ramen and sushi here. My conclusion; food was at best, tolerable and bland, but still good enough to finish the meals rather than wasting. While I am critical of the food and it's not a first choice, I applaud the owner for his humor and interaction with customers. He's very proactive and ensures every customer gets a good experience while eating here. Our waitress was also very sweet!

    Spicy Miso Ramen, Kara-Age
    Savannah A.

I went in just a bit after they opened and was greeted by the owner pretty much straight away. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and the Kara-age. When the food came, they brought out their delicious homemade chili oil, and it complimented the ramen broth perfectly. The owner told me that they have their oil bowls go missing and I could see why. The entire staff was really friendly and the food was delicious. And you can buy the chili oil, which is a big plus in my book.

Amazing food and service! Owner is super nice and out going. Sushi rolls are priced well and taste good. I recommend ordering the takoyaki as an appetizer! Definitely going to be a regular here.

This place is an absolute hidden gym. Not only was the Ramen so flavorful, but the sauces are made in house. I had the sweet-and-sour sauce with the eggrolls, which were crispy by the way and the dumplings. That was a spectacular sweet-and-sour sauce. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant has a great ambience as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are plenty of seats and they could even host large parties.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service here was top-tier. I was greeted at the door with a handshake and a welcome and they checked on us the perfect amount of times. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

It was pretty empty but we did go like 15 minutes after opening, so service was great.

To give credit whete it's due, the thing I liked best about my order (Shoyu broth with pork katsu) is the meat! A lot of ramen places make the meat too chewy that it's hard to swallow, or the texture is off. Itadaki does it perfect; the pork was soft & juicy to my liking. The broth was OK, I expected Shoyu to be "thin soup", but it was too watery in my opinion. Noodles were great! I also find it interesting that unlike many places, if you asked for a cup/glass of water, they provide a free water bottle. Personally I can see myself coming back if I'm with a friend.

It's located in Hurst in a little strip mall that's mostly empty but you can see the concentration of business and cars in the corner on the side where this restaurant is, when we first walked in we both noticed a bit of a strange smell like I would describe as mildew and I think that's because they were running two portable air conditioner units inside so I don't think this is something that's on the regular and after we sat down neither of us noticed it again. As we walked in I also noticed That this place has a nice little cozy feel to it with some interesting decor, beautiful paintings on the wall and kind of an old school feel which I enjoy, there's an upstairs section that's pretty cool looking also where you can have private events or family style gatherings. Right off the bat the service was very friendly and attentive, we ordered two appetizers the shrimp Yakitori and an order of the pork and vegetable egg rolls both appetizers were fresh and delicious, I also had upon the servers recommendation their honey lemon ice tea which was very good. For our entrees My girlfriend ordered the spicy beef bulgogi and I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi, our food came out in a timely manner and was fresh and hot. The portion size was very good and I was happy to see the ratio of meat to vegetable was about 90% meat to 10% vegetable which is what I expect in a bulgogi. Overall I really liked this place and if I'm in Hurst I wouldn't hesitate to drop back in for some more delicious Korean food at Yori! P.s. No table grills just FYI

Gyoza to start that were nice and crispy, could have done with more than the teaspoonful of sauce we were given though. Maximum tea points, hot green tea that tasted delicious and was served in the cutest little pot I've seen in a while. It was a terrible pourer though, but the waiter warned me and put some napkins on the table to clean up. The ramen was quite disappointing, I know how spoiled I currently am with the memory of Ichibahn burned into my brain, but...these were quite pricey and not that good. The broth was lightly flavored with little depth, the beansprouts and corn (why are these in my ramen?) Moved the flavour profile even brighter and there was quite a lot of green onion. With a $5 add on for 2 small slices of extra pork that's a $20 bowl. So yes, 3 stars. They have bottled Kirin so I might be back, but I will be exploring the other menu items.
