She knows the menu inside out and had recommendations ready for us when we inquired (sake, appetizers, rolls). On top of that, she is very friendly and kind, which added to our positive dining experience. If I were starting a restaurant, I would hire all of my wait staff to be similar to Lynn in character, charm, work ethic, and customer-centric focus. For dessert, Lynn recommended the ube cake -- it was one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. Five stars overall for Nikko for the delicious food, festive ambience, and ease of parking.

They also had shrimp tempura, gyoza, egg rolls, seaweed salad, squid salad, and vegetable croquettes. There were two lovely ladies working the tables and two men behind the sushi counter. There were only about four other tables there when I was, but I did see people coming in for takeout. The service was fast and friendly. I was also pleased to see the chefs behind the sushi bar preparing everything to order. It was so fresh. The sashimi was cut thick and had the perfect texture. The nigiri was not too much for one bite. The tempura was perfectly fried and crunchy, and the salad was cold and refreshing. It was a lot of food and I couldn't finish it. But it was SO satisfying.
