Price is on and foods are pretty delicious. They also got Japanese liquors and drinks. Good place!

These pictures are catfishing. Food is not good. Chicken Curry: Chicken was overcooked . Rice was bland. Curry was decent, but it's something you can buy premade. Broccoli, egg , carrot, and onion all tasted not fresh. No Bueno ): Ramen: Broth was good but the pork was overcooked and the vegetables tasted not fresh. The noodles also had a weird hard texture

I really wanted to like this place since I enjoyed the food when this was a Chinese restaurant. The decor is cute and clean with limited seating, but since it wasn't full the amount of space was fine. We got there during happy hour and were told the hot sake was on happy hour, but when we ordered, the waitress asked if we wanted a small or large and I told her whatever one was listed on the happy hour menu. She told us they both are the same so of course we opted for large. However, the large was a higher price. The reviews were fairly good but the menu must have changed from the pictures on this page. The fried squid wasn't the full squid but more like bar-style calamari that was reheated since it came out soggy. The fried soft shell crab was actually tasty. The tonkatsu ramen is not what you typically see at other area ramen locations. This was made with pork katsu, which was unfortunately undercooked so my husband was sick for 2 days. The ramen broth was good though. Giving this 3 stars overall because of the cleanliness, decent soft shell crab and ramen broth and ease of location... but would give 2.5 stars since the front staff wasn't clear or attentive and the rest of our order was not good.

Sapporo Gara broth was really good and the meat was soft and tender. It was a little salty but the portion was huge. One thing to note is that their avocado yogurt and mango puree wasn't good. It doesn't taste much like avocado even though they used the real fruit. I think it is the yogurt.

We were in the mood for some Ramen, and I wanted to try a new location. We settled on Itadaki. This restaurant is a small store but still has plenty of tables. You sit down and order at the table. The service was very good for us. The wait staff are very helpful if you have questions about the ramen types. For the food I had Sapporo Gara Broth ramen. I ordered mine with miso broth. This ramen comes with chicken and pork. So, it cost a dollar more for two meats. The broth was very tasty, not spicy at all. I do like some spices, so I may order it with some spice next time. Plenty of food at a great price. We did have an appetizer first, it was the Gyoza pan seared very good. Food came out fast not much of a wait. For a nice touch at the end of our meal the server brought out two slices of watermelon. That was very nice, I really liked that. I'm not sure if that is an all the time thing or not. But it is a good idea. On the menu you have plenty of other items Bento boxes, chicken meals cooked with different sauces. Fried rice, Udon and Soba. All looks very good.

My eldest daughter was craving ramen, and we were around the area, I read some reviews and decided to go there. It was really good, staff was very attentive and service was so fast; prices are reasonable. Ambience was very nice and very clean. Definitely coming back.

I was in Arlington and wanted some ramen, so I stopped by Itadaki Ramen -- and wow, it did not disappoint! I got the chicken miso ramen with light sodium and it was super yummy The mango purée with avocado yogurt drink was also delicious and really refreshing. The staff were so nice, friendly, and helpful, and the owner was the sweetest! I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Arlington.

I have heard a lot of good things about this ramen restaurant that opened in the last year. I tend to avoid Collins and Cooper, if I can, but it was Saturday and I was running errands so I thought I would pop in. There were three women sitting behind the counter who told me to just sit anywhere. One of them immediately brought me a menu and asked what I wanted to drink. She brought me a glass with ice, and a bottle of water. I really try to avoid single use plastic as much as I can and asked her if they had water that wasn't bottled, she just told me they don't charge for it and walked away. Environment be damned, I guess. The service didn't get much better after that. The table was clear when I sat down, but apparently had not been wiped down because there were soup spots all over it. There were only three other tables occupied and the women spent most of the time I was there on their phones, so it wasn't that they were busy. Then, my soup came out. And it was piping hot. Which I love. Soup needs to be HOT, and I have been to a few ramen places who send it out just warmed. The ramen was good. The noodles were chewy, in the best way. The egg perfectly cooked. The chashu was very tender. You could see that it had spice on it, but it wasn't spicy, however it was very flavorful. If I were judging just on the ramen I would have rated it better. My only complaint with the food, because of the shape of the bowls and spoon, it is not easy to get the last of the soup that has all the delicious bits left behind. Alas, they were left behind. The check was dropped down while I was still eating, and you pay at the counter. The ramen price is about on par with Ramen Izakaya Akira, in Lewisville, but I think only one is worth going out of your way for.

I was in the mood for ramen and my bf found this place for us. It seems newer since there were few menus so we wanted to try it out!! We were a bit surprised that there wasn't any Tonkotsu, or other typical dishes from Ramen restaurants but we were open to anything. We got the Kara Miso Sapporo Gara Broth and Shio Sapporo Gara Broth. Both were incredibly flavorful and the Kara Miso satisfied my craving and much much more. They were very generous with the servings of meat and everything added in the dish was delicious and filling. I had to take some home. We also got chicken karaage which was crispy but not oily! Very flavorful as well. Service was quick, and our servers were attentive. They gave us some watermelon after our meal as well ^.^ Will be showing this place to my friends and family.

I've been here a few times now, and every single visit has been great--the food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. Even something as simple as the miso appetizer really stands out with how tasty and well-made it is. The whole menu has a comforting, homemade feel but with that extra touch of quality that makes you want to come back again and again. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are welcoming, and it's just one of those spots that makes you feel good every time you go. I'd definitely recommend checking it out--you might end up finding your new go-to place.

Perfect cold weather destination on Monday night. Parking was complimentary and we got sat right away. Ambiance was intimate and cozy. Server was attentive and friendly. The owner, Alex, was helpful and recommended SAPPORO GARA BROTH Ramen. We ordered that with miso and shio in low sodium broth and chicken karage. They also offered Bento boxes on the menu. The ramen hit the spot and karage was delicious too. Great experience and we will be back.

Tucked away in the whole foods plaza, is a gem of a ramen shop. Itadaki Ramen is authentic Japanese, Kansai-style 関西 ramen. The restaurant is clean and welcoming with plenty of tables. The owner learned the methods from Japan and imports the noodle and broth. The noodle is especially QQ and the flavor is very unique. Definitely worth the try. Order: Chicken karaage -tender with a crispy outside Takoyaki -more tokyo style, fried well and not gooey. Saucy and savory just how I like. Squid geso karaage -fried squid, can't go wrong. Crispy, chewy and would pair perfectly with a beer. Agedashi tofu -fried perfectly without falling apart or being too wet. Big portion! I'd need extra sauce cause I basically drink it lol Fried oysters -incredible texture, crunch and fried well with fresh juicy oysters. A summer staple. Soup-less Ramen On the saltier side, pork is tender and braised well to really balance it out. Nigori chicken broth in shoyu sauce and pork chashu - savory, rich and filling. Ramen egg made perfectly, noodles are chewy and very QQ, broth isn't too salty Come try out this new ramen shop!! It's a bit of a drive for me but 100% worth it.

This place didn't pass that test and it may be the only time in history where it proved me so wrong. When we were served the karage chicken with what appeared to be plain mayo I was seriously doubting my choice. It all changed when the ramen came out. This place is legit. They took the time to master their craft and they pay respect to what a proper bowl of ramen is. We both went for the spicy black garlic tonkatsu with differing spice levels; mild and reaper (+$1). Let's start with that -- typically all you pay for is a glob of chill oil that may or may not be spicy. This was not the case here, it added serious heat without altering the flavor. The black garlic was not burnt. The ramen had depth and umami, but could have been a but more seasoned. Eggs were cooked well and still jammy. If im ever in the area i'd be back.

I had the straight noodles instead of the curly/thicker noodles and honestly if I even come back to this restaurant I'll have to try the curly since I don't think Kintaro does their straight noodles well. Too soft and too "spaghetti" like. Hands down, the only place that does the straight noodles right is Jinya Ramen. But even so, I wasn't too fond of the broth or texture of the chashu here. Overall, the atmosphere is great. You have the option to self-order and the portions are large. Staff was friendly and nonetheless my friend and I had a great time. But unless I'm coming back here with someone who wants to eat here, I don't see myself actively choosing to be back at this spot over other ramen places anytime soon.

That was 3 years ago though, and as of recent I came back to this place after a friend suggested we could give it another shot. I must say, while expectations are low, I was far more impressed than I thought. This place is a bit bigger than neighboring ramen spots, and our server was so interactive, funny and friendly. I like that she actually holds a conversation between me and my friend, in terms of sake recommendations, and being honest on what type of noodles she prefers (I asked her if their straight noodles are good or if I should go for the curly, and she gave me her honest opinion on both, so I went for curly.) She was able to also assist my friend in choosing a better appetizer. I love the bigger variety of drink options, from alcohol to boba milk teas. The curly noodles in the Tonkotsu Ramen was awesome, and the meat's so soft and delicious. My only qualm is that the broth to noodles ratio is a little off; too much broth and it's more watery than other broths I've tasted. Nonetheless, my experience back here went well, and I can definitely see myself coming back here with friends.
