Pho lovers, you NEED to try this place!…read more I absolutely love Pho, but I didn't want to make the trip into the city, so I decided to Google "Pho near me" and found this little gem not too far away. I am SO glad I decided to give it a try! My granddaughter and I both had the rare beef Pho, my daughter had the Bánh Mì, and my friend ordered the Vermicelli Chicken noodle bowl -- and not one of us was disappointed! Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. The prices were fantastic, and the service was amazing. Everything came out so quickly, but the speed didn't take away from the quality at all. The food tasted like it was cooked with love. And let's talk about the fresh toppings! The Thai basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lime were fresh, plentiful, and the perfect addition to our meals. We also ordered the spring rolls, and that peanut sauce was SO good it should be bottled! Seriously, I could have taken some home by the gallon. It honestly seemed like a one-man show, and that guy was incredible! Friendly, efficient, and somehow managed to keep everything moving while still providing great service. Even the free bottled water was a wonderful surprise! Hands down, this is my new Pho go-to spot! I highly recommend giving them a try. Great food, great prices, great service, and everything is fresh. We'll definitely be back!

The cilantro on top added the perfect flavor to the veggie and meat filling. The pho broth was very spicy but a little too oily For my taste so i bored shine out..They do separate the broth from your ssoup ingredients to keep them from getting soggy or mushy. The noodles, veggies, meats and fresh herbs combined with the spicy broth was delicious.

Spring rolls were perfectly savory, fresh and a perfect crunch with every bite. The customer service was AMAZING. If I could use one word to describe the food I would say EXCEPTIONAL. I called to tell the restaurant that we were going to have 30 people come in on a random weekday, and they were able to loop off an area for our party without an issue. The owner was very friendly and gave tips on the area as well as general, very appreciated life advice. Appetizers: we got eggrolls and garlic noodles for everyone. Solid egg rolls, and my partner liked the garlic noodles so much that he looked up how to recreate the recipe at home. It's definitely not something you see on a lot of Vietnamese menus, but it's such a unique, Vietnamese-American creation that I'm glad we were able to try it out here! Main course: I got a banh mi xiu mai, because that's something that's almost impossible to find on the east coast, and it was done exceptionally well. The bread (which I was told they bake fresh in-house!) was light and airy on the inside with a thin crispy crust on the outside. I also got an avocado smoothie, which was not too sweet-- everyone saw me get one, taste-tested it, and proceeded to order one as well LOL. Between the 30 of us, we essentially got everything on the menu, and everyone was pleased with their food. I got a lot of comments saying, "This is the best Vietnamese food I've had outside of California," and if you're in the know, you know that's a crazy high compliment! I wish I took pictures of the food, but we were too busy eating and socializing--which is a sign of good food I guess! Would definitely come back if I'm ever craving Viet food and am in the area.

We're the toughest crowd. Plus, Yelp reviews could be very informative. The restaurant has a casual, low key atmosphere. The interior is a bit worn, but rather clean and tidy. We snuggled into one of the available booths and felt quite comfortable. The ordering process was easy and convenient. You simply write down your order on a slip of paper. Don't forget about anything. We took our time browsing the menu, and no one rushed us, which I really appreciated. The complimentary tea was, as always, a nice, welcoming gesture. We ordered two soups. The large size was actually massive. The 'Seafood Pho' was not bad, but I wouldn't order it again. I enjoyed beef broth, all the greens and veggies. Unfortunately, the selection of protein was rather disappointing. A bunch of tiny shrimp (some of them had a fishy taste), carved squid, surimi and something similar to fish cake were just not enough to be happy about. It should be called 'Frozen Seafood Medley Pho'. The best choice will definitely be to order one of the Beef Pho options. My partner opted for beef noodle soup Bún bò Huế. It was meaty with lots of beef, pork and blood pudding. I think his only complaint was that the soup wasn't spicy enough. What happened was, he didn't specify the spiciness level when ordering and our server simply didn't bother to ask. So it was mild and a little bland. The Egg Meatloaf / Chả Trứng was something new to me. The moist and delicate texture, with its distinct pork and mushroom flavor, was very good. It was a truly inspirational dish and someday I'd like to try making it. You pay at the counter.
