Wonton Soup

This food was yummy! Almost melting in your mouth Beef w/ broccoli 9/10 quart LARGE - enough for 2 people to not finish Orange chicken 8/10 quart LARGE - enough for 2 people to not finish Wonton soup 6/10 quart/ LARGE - enough for 2 people to not finish Crab Rangoons 9/10 10 qty / one size- enough for 2 people Service is fast even for a Friday! Only 10 minute wait for pick up (my past experiences at other places are 20 minute waits). Ordering over the phone was easy and they are very nice and polite. Will definitely try again !

We decided to try this one only because it is so close to home. I had high hopes, Upon entering it was much like the other Oriental takeout place we have been to, with a few tables and a similar menu. The gentleman behind the counter was ambivalent and not very helpful. As I placed our order I had a question about what came in the one dish and he flipped over the menu and pointed to a stock picture. I asked if they could make it extra hot and he acted like he did not understand. We paid and waited for our order. They had a good sized staff working the kitchen and he assisted when no one was at the counter or on the phone. The food came out quickly and we took it home. My kids had the sweet and sour chicken with some pork egg rolls. The sweet and sour was much like any place else we have had it but the egg rolls were fairly bland. I had the szechuan chicken and was not impressed. The peppers and onion were bigger pieces than I prefer but easy to cut down. The portion size was good and it looked good. What it was lacking was flavor which is sad because there was so much of the peppers and onions along with a few tiny pieces of carrot. The other problem was that I expected some kind of heat from it and was totally disappointed. I asked for extra spicy and it tasted like they went completely the other way. I added a packet each of their soy sauce, duck sauce and hot sauce and it did not really help. The plain white rice had more flavor. By the way, they made perfect white rice. The third star is for the rice. Heating up some of the leftovers in the morning I added a good helpling of hot sauce from a bottle plus some other seasoning. This is not what I am used to and I will be content to drive the extra distance for quality food and friendly customer service. If you like it bland this is the place for you.

Terrific place! The atmosphere isn't much, but the food is plentiful and absolutely delicious. Definitely worth the trip, but come hungry.

Best Chinese take out in the area. Pay the $1 up charge from the lunch to get the egg roll or soup.

Either it's ask to receive or they just aren't consistent with those things. Now you would wonder why give two stars if the quality of food was tasty and fresh. The first time I ordered through Uber Eats on a Thursday I got Veg lo mein, shrimp fried rice, Krab Rangoon's and shrimp eggrolls. Though my first order was received near to them closing on a weekday. I called 20 minutes before they closed to let them know I did not receive my eggrolls. A man told me a manager will call back to go over my concern. I spoke to their manager Mae/Mei and she let me know that I could come into the store the next day and pick up my eggrolls under store credit. Stating that "She's always there" following with a reassuring chuckle. Though I ordered because I didn't have a way to get up there, so I told her I would show up after the weekend or order again and put it in my note like she initially suggested. I ordered two days later during that following Saturday around 1pm and called right after I submitted my order again through Uber Eats, I'm guessing I spoke to a clerk named Mia, she then let me know that she would either talk to the manager to confirm or once the manager saw the note in my order that she would call me instead. 10 minutes into my order being prepared my Driver was approximately 10 minutes away, I called again to make sure they seen the note as well as check on why I was being charged an extra $2. Mia then states it's extra for egg foo young gravy on my bill when the FIRST order, I never got charged for it being dipping sauce for my missing egg rolls. I then asked to see if the manager was around because I never heard back and to also take the sauce off. She laughs at me and says I can't take it off, I tell her you can because you're sitting in front of the system to add, review and clear orders. She rebuttals trying to keep it on there until I ask for the manager again, (not about the sauce but because I felt she was starting to decline a respectable response and I was promised to speak to Mei instead of Mia.) She then tells me that "I'm calling just the store" (I don't know what that meant but I understand some people aren't fluent in English and I'm okay with that, it's not their fault or job to if it isn't there first language.) She continues with "the manager is not here today." I asked her who had I spoken to less than 10 minutes ago stating that she was. She says I don't know, but in an annoyed tone at this point. I say all this to say once my Driver picked up my food, I asked them to open my bag to make sure my egg rolls were in there. If you go to the Uber Eats website it depicts TWO shrimp eggrolls for $2.30, round that up that is three dollars in tax. My Uber Eats driver stated there was only one, I asked him to ask the clerk who I'm assuming I spoke to and bagged my order, why only one eggroll for almost 3 dollars, her response to him was that it was a tax which didn't clarify the picture on their Uber Eats page. All of this is being explained through text between me and him. Not wanting to waste my driver's time I let them know, It was OK and that I appreciate them checking. My egg ROLL not rolls was standard. There were only two pieces of shrimp and mostly cabbage for three dollars.... Fried shrimp and plain fried rice seemed acceptable and of course fresh, I got chicken Lo mein this time, don't get if you don't like chewy noodles in a glaze like sauce and shrimp fried rice never fails, very tasty plates. My girlfriend likes that they serve krab ragoons with sweet cream cheese, unlike other restaurants. If you do not have a high standard of customer service or quantity, I wouldn't oppose going here for a quick bite that's local. Though my experience within three days & two orders has definitely left me unsatisfied. Thank you Mei for trying to be considerate, I'm sorry I had to leave such a review but honesty builds character for each and every business.

The service was hospitable and of the interior was dim and like your typical welcoming take out spot. We ordered wonton soup, sautéed vegetables and bourbon chicken with fried rice. Unfortunately the food was not as delicious as we expected. The wonton soup was fine however the bourbon chicken was dry with barely any sauce. The sautéed vegetables were lacking flavor and salt. The food was just ok, but we most likely won't return for takeout again. We will stick to our usual takeout spot.

Ok, maybe super busy time, I'll let it slide, especially since I'm trying a new Chinese food place, I'm willing to give the benefit of a doubt. But when we picked up the food, nothing really stood out. We ordered the beef with broccoli and orange chicken lunch specials. Choice of white or fried rice, with egg roll or soup or canned soda. The three soup choices were egg drop, wonton,or hot and sour. My beef was scraggly, and not much at all. The broccoli were still essentially raw, not crisp tender(which is what I expected) or seeming steamed at all. The orange chicken was noted as being hot and spicy, which my dining companion wanted but were stated to be fairly bland instead. Overall, not impressed.
