Banana Republic use to have these great suits and jackets that were great for work. Not actually sure what happened but now their sizing is completely off. Now their stuff is cut funny and things fit funny on me. On top of that in the past few years their collection has changed from smart to slob. I hope they wake up and go back to the way they were before. Making beautiful, affordable, stylish classic clothes. I've never been a fan of this Banana Republic location because I find the employees here super snooty. Every time I'm in the store they seem to all group together and just talk among themselves. (To be fair the Banana Republic in East Cobb at The Avenue is the same.) Lenox Mall is a better option or better just march yourself into Ralph Lauren or Club Monaco. Worst experience I've ever had in Banana Republic. One guy was very helpful. He wasn't overly friendly, but I don't imagine I would be either if I had to deal holiday shoppers. So to you, no offense, and thank you. But the rest of the staff wore their emotions on their faces at all times which made them look like they were all told they weren't getting paid for the day but they still had to work. When we were in line, a lady cut in front of us and pointed to her kids playing on the ropes and said they were saving her spot. Then her friend cut in front of us too. They were separate transactions and she should have got behind everyone else. The associates witnessed this and took no corrective action. They're kids were running around and not being controlled by their parents at all. I would never base a review off of customers, but the fact that the associates did not ask the ladies to control their children really was annoying. Even after they knocked the railing down and it landed on someone's foot. Not to to mention, we waited in line for well over 25 minutes with only three transactions before us. And that includes the ladies who skipped in front of us. The people in this store need to be trained on customer service and problem solving. I've had amazing experiences at the outlet stores and we all know how crazy they can be. You would think that a "more expensive" version would have the same, if not better customer service. I will never be back to the Perimeter Mall location. Ever. read more

Worst experience ever shopping here. Asked for help with shoes and then I was told by the sales associate who was tall, black, with curly blonde hair to give her a minute and she never returned. I asked to have a black jumpsuit steamed and returned an hour later to find out that no one had touched it. I get ready to buy the jumpsuit and the black sales associate with an anchor necklace tells me that you know it's not on sale right and will not be a part of the 50% off promotion (insinuating that I could not afford full price) in a rude manner. I didn't even ask about a sale. As a black consumer will not be shopping here again :) read more

I like Banana Republic so I will give 4 stars- however, customer service is pretty much non-existant at this location. Store was dead and we were completely ignored on both the men and women's side of the store. The employees were more concerned with their own petty conversations than to help or greet customers. read more

I attempted to return a belt today at this store. I had purchased the belt in Denver I have never been treated so rudely. The manager Donna would not help locate the purchase my Banana republic credit card, it was the sales person who finally located the purchase and return the item. She was so rude it was shocking. I'll be canceling my card in the morning. read more

This is a nice store with lovely interiors. Most that I like about this place is that everything is segregated, so as per your requirement you can easily search. Staff is courteous, always smiling and ready to help. read more

Be very careful when getting a credit card at any BR store. They don't make sure you will get statements via email or snail mail. When you don't know you have a balance you find out the hard way via a collection email. Late fees and a ding on your credit score. I will no longer shop at any BR, Gap, Baby Gap or Old Navy.
