Garage is a clothing company specifically for teens and those in their 20's. The whole store looks and feels like a teen bedroom with cozy lighting and soft comforting decor. There's actually a bed that sits in front of the store and serves as the unofficial mascot. I would describe the clothing as lounge wear meets street wear. They basically take the idea of the Pajamas and turn it into everyday wear. From the relax fit to the ultra soft material that their clothes are made of the company takes that hanging out with your friends type of moment and captures it into a life style. The ladies that work here are fantastic and despite the store being semi-busy that didn't keep them from acknowledging each and every customer that entered the store. I was in the store about 3 minutes when I was approached by a lovely sales associate that identified herself by name(Robbyn) shook my hand and offered to show me some of the store's most popular item. NOTHING NEW! Garage is a Canadian store that recently opened in North Point Mall. It carries casual clothing for teens. I don't know why anyone thought that it was necessary to open yet another "jean" shop as the mall is simply overrun by these types of stores. In addition to casual clothing, they also carry jackets and some special occasion dresses. Big Deal! How about something really fresh and new? read more

My daughter shopped at Garage at Northpoint Mall and bought a pair of jeans. The first time she wore them they got a hole in them near the inseam. Took them back and the sales person allowed her to exchange them even though the policy is returns for only unworn items with tags on. She exchanged the pants and got a different style and the 2nd time she wore those I got a phone call to bring her a pair of pants to school because they ripped in the seat. She emailed the company and was told that since it was within 30 days of purchase she could try to exchange them at the store where they were purchased, but they would not refund. Why would she want another poorly constructed pair of jeans from this place? From these experiences I feel that the quality of the clothing from Garage is way below standard. You can get much better quality clothing from other stores for the same price. We definitely are done with Garage. read more

LOVE this store! They have styles of jeans for every body type. My daughter is curvy with a tiny waist and always had a hard time finding jeans that fit without gapping at the waist. Shaloma helped us find the perfect jeans last fall. When it came time to find shorts, it's the first place we went and Shaloma helped us again, along with Robbyn. They were both so friendly and they take an honest interest in their clients!!! read more
