She looked kind of busy doing inventory or something and kept asking me if I need help to ask her and every time I approached her to actually ask her for help she seemed irritated, frustrated, and very monotone like if I was bothering I initially wanted to get the piercing, but after you know, hearing her, I didn't understand or know if I felt comfortable doing that anymore. I didn't up buying earrings still however not the piercing I wanted stored so had different and beautiful selection the customer service, which is not the best.

My left ear was pierced at the age of 20, and when I walked by the store in Westfield Fashion a few weeks back, it was completely spontaneous. It just happened and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great people here, Diane was amazing and a great listener. Painless piercing of my earlobe, and a decent amount of options for studs while my ear was healing. Overall impeccable service and my ear stopped its minor swelling after five days, with no infection. Only problem I have now is keeping my wallet at bay because I wanna buy every pair of earrings I see.

Not you, sexy, that's for sure! Glide right past the entrance and the regularly priced merch, and home right in on the SALE shelf and racks. Honestly, at least a third of the store is on blowout sale at any given time, and if you're talented at wheedling, even regularly priced items will have a healthy percentage shaved off if your pleas come forth in the right key. Those $260 jeans suddenly only cost you $110, so now you can afford to invest in that high-yield stock portfolio you've always told yourself you'd add to your curriculum vitae. Or just buy some shoes, whatever. Right? The owner/manager is a sweet Asian woman who kind of looks mean but reveals her kindness whenever she asks you if you need help, and whenever she thoughtfully looks the other way when you realize girls' pants will fit you better than men's, if you're male but can talk with your hips and make the world come hither with your lips. The store's collection leans heavily toward young women but sways every now and then back to guys, so that there's something for everyone to add to their wardrobe. Button-up shirts with sequins and applique are available in case you're tired of being the only one of your friends who isn't living out his Entourage fantasy (btw - please say your fantasies aren't as douchey). T-shirts, too, of course, though honestly, the jeans are the only worthwhile men's item unless you want to dress like one of those people who drives a leased Audi and tells everyone that they're a music producer when they really pump yogurt for their rent money. For ladies, there's lots of dresses that will fit me. Er, you. You. So cute, and so stylish! There are hair accessories, too, but forget about buying your extensions here, because there are none. Grow it out, honey -- or buy them from a kiosk near Bloomingdale's on the other side of the mall. Oh, my good[bad]ness... These Miss Sixty's would SO fit, too. Is there any way I can cover up the "Miss" part? No? Okay, then. Get ready, world.

On my first visit, I walked around the store for about 10-15 minutes and no one said anything to me or asked if I needed help. My second visit was today, and while one of the sales people said hello, that was it. Both times the store was not crowded and the sales people were mostly talking amongst themselves. The clothing seems well made and stylish, but when the customer service is lacking, I don't want to shop there.

And she just stared at me. Silent. Rude. Like she was too good to even speak. It was honestly creepy, weird, and hilarious all at once. My boyfriend and I walked out cracking up. No clue what her problem was -- but trust me, it wasn't going to be mine.

So I brought the frame, which was a wedding gift from my mother, to the Swarovski store to send out for repair. Before the clasp came loose, the crystals on both the left and right sides were filled to the rim. When I went to the store to pick up the frame after the repair, crystals were missing on the left side which created a gap to the rim. This has ruined the look of the frame. Swarovski is not accepting any responsibility for the missing crystals and the store manager refused to re-submit the frame to correct the repair. This is not an acceptable form of customer service for a high-quality brand. Be cautious before sending a Swarovski product for repair.

Many nice handbags and backpacks were spotted. I cam for workout equipment, specifically kettlebells, but I didn't see any and their section was disappointing. Luckily, I walked out with new gym clothing which worked out for me as not a waste of a visit. Value for the gym clothes was reasonable I found three pairs of workout pants/capri and paid under $40.

Francesca's is a clothing chain for women that offers some home decor and gifts on top of trendy wear. Prices are reasonable and they also bring new merchandise, so I like shopping here when I find a store (not easy) because they have nice, cute clothes, decent fitting rooms, and it is a great way to refresh your wardrobe on a budget. This store was very bright, nicely decorated, big, the ladies working here were very nice, attentive and nice to chat with. Great clothes selection, some items on sale as well. Maybe they moved or re-opened, but I am glad this location is close to me because I'll check out their merch again. I don't like shopping for clothes on line so I need options. WARNING BANANA REPUBLIC AND GAP HAVE CHANGED THE RETURN POLICY TO ONLY 30 DAYS AND THEY WONT GIVE YOU A CREDIT EVEN IF THE ITEM IS THE SAME PRICE! You also cant return without a receipt at all so dont bother buying anyone a gift here!!! THE QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN TOO! They had no signs warning of the change - 30 days is insane! I used to pop into Banana and pick up items without trying them on as I did not have much time - I say I kept 90-95% of the items I bought but now with the 30 day return policy unless I have time to try items on I wont even bother - NEVER BUY SOMETHING FULL PRICE - they go on sale so often! I bought a couple of items and I had an emergency and was not home for a couple of weeks - I wore one shirt and it looked so pilly and worn after one wearing I was shocked so I went to return the unworn items only to find out that I was at day 32 and I could not return them nor could I get a credit even though the items were the same price! The sales girl was rude and when I told her I didnt understand as they still had the items and they were the same price she told me I needed to learn how to read and flipped the receipt over - how rude! Sadly for Banana Republic the bad economic times will end but they will lose a lot of loyal customers as after speaking with friends they were all surprised by the 30 day policy and are unimpressed with how the clothes are made now so they steer clear of Banana Republic and Gap. If you buy a gift for someone they only have such a short time to return it the item becomes worthless - I dont think Banana Republic and Gap will make it as this new 30 day no return policy is too restrictive and the quality has gone way down!
