Banc of California has been siphoning money from my two 30+ year old accounts for fees without telling me for the last year or so. someone stole mail that i had sent to another party that had a check inside which the thief cashed. banc of calfornia were no help at all, they told me what bank cashed the check but would not tell me anything else. banc of ca does not help in anyway in cases like this, in fact they made us sign something saying that they are not responsible for anything like this. we have filed a police report and intend of pressing charges, it would be nice if they bank would work with us and the police!!! needless to say we are finding a different bank, we have been with this bank for years. since they were taken over by another bank they suck read more

Excellent location and staff. Location was easy to find. Some steps to entrance but wheelchair ramp also available through other parts of the building. Entrance is secured, we knocked to get inside. Lobby is well- lit and teller bays are easily identifiable. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and communicate well with staff and patrons.
