Ordered from them more than two weeks ago and still have not received the product. By tracking, it should arrive in a few more days. However, that is just not acceptable. The reasoning was that I was a first-time customer, and the script had to be approved by the vet. However, PetVM said there was missing information, all easily available on the web where I got it from, and rather than contact me for that, PetVM simply waited for me to contact them. Then, PetVM seemed to have further delayed in contacting the vet. I asked PetVM to send the medication express because they admitted they were at fault, but they lied and sent it by regular mail. I'm not sure PetVM deserve three stars, but since they responded to my complaint quickly, I gave them an extra star. They were also the most price-competitive. read more

I have a card on file with them and they are the only Company or person that I have ever used it with. I just got a phishing scam call from Cali. We have been using this service for our heartworm prevention. The reason I wanted to review is because their customer service is truly above and beyond. We have been having a delay with our prescription on the vet's side and Bandana Rx has stuck with us the whole time. Instead of immediately canceling our order (thanks Amazon Pharmacy) so that we'd have to start over, they have been in close communication and have been waiting for us to resolve it. I never heard of this pharmacy until the end of the year when I was out of preventive heartworm meds for my dogs, and Costco informed me they had been out of stock for several months. I went online (petvm.com) and found the prices very reasonable and the process of ordering super easy. I had to make a modification to one of the med orders and customer service was very prompt and courteous - actually followed up with various confirmation emails.
