It honestly felt like they just wanted everyone out as quickly as possible rather than handling things professionally. I highly recommend having a manager on duty during night shifts because this was handled very poorly. To the owner or management team, please review the camera footage and pay attention to how your security staff interacts with customers. No one should feel threatened, intimidated, or judged when entering a business. If this is the way customers are being treated, something seriously needs to change.
