I placed an order around 4pm, which was accepted, and received a text message confirming it. More than an hour and a half later - without any further communication - I got a phone call from the owner asking how I "even found out" about them, and that they weren't coming to deliver because my address was outside their delivery area. At no point during my online order was it indicated that my address was outside their delivery area. So being spoken to as if I had done something deliberately to skirt the system was ridiculous. The owner continued to be aggressive with me, talking over me, only sarcastically apologizing when I asked him if he thought this inconvenience to me as a customer warranted an apology, and actually hung up on me at one point. When I called back and asked if he had hung up on me or been disconnected, he laughed and said he had hung up on me. As a woman, I steer clear of men who are as aggressive and unapologetic as that owner was. We all know the kind. Nothing is ever their fault. It's a bad quality in a person and a fatal one in a business owner. There are friendlier and better-run delivery services in the area. Avoid this one at all costs.
