Considering we were far from home, we did not know the area, but miraculously found Moe's. this was the place to be! I loved it! The place was busy but when it was our turn, the person who helped us made us feel like we were the only ones that mattered (in other words, did not rush us). He gave us some options and it seemed that everything there was quality stuff! They even had an open (maybe used) seat and a band new one. Both looked the same, yet we paid less for the 'used' one. I am always happy to encounter a salesperson who is more concerned with selling me the right product and not what they want to sell. From the very start it was clear Moe's wanted to prioritize earning my trust and having me as a return customer. They listened to what I wanted but asked questions to find out what I needed. If there was ever a contradiction between two things I wanted they never made me feel in the wrong for it. Not once did I ever feel pressured. And the little details to surprise me at pickup really drove it home and the sale was done already. I strongly recommend this be the place you checkout if you're interested in a bike at any level or price range. Now I'm gonna go take a much needed nap cuz I my fat butt needs to get back in riding shape. Exhausted but loved every second of my new ride. Thanks guys.

Every question was met the type of sarcasm trying to belittle me. If he feels like showing you respect, it could be worthwhile but the prices are leaning high. They converted my 2010 Marin mountain bike into an e-bike, and it was not a simple project. I have a small frame, wanted solid range, and needed it to work safely with a rear child seat. Alexander went back and forth with me for months figuring out what would actually work. We initially tried to make a triangle battery fit inside the frame. Once the real measurements came in, it was clear the manufacturer specs did not match reality and it just was not going to work. Instead of forcing it, Alexander pivoted. He found a rack with the right weight capacity and then custom-machined and reinforced it so it would be sturdy enough for both the battery and a kid seat. That attention to safety and detail mattered to me. Throughout the process he was thoughtful and straightforward about tradeoffs, timing, and cost. Nothing was oversold. When I had a quick issue after pickup, they replied to my email quickly and helped me troubleshoot it right away. Three years later, the bike has been completely reliable. The setup feels stable and balanced, and it has allowed me to keep riding in ways that really matter to me. I was surprised how fast you fixed it, but the charge was $76.00! Although I was not thrilled with the response that there was an additional charge for a new inner tube, I decided to let it pass. Then I noticed my cell phone holder was missing. Your representative said they couldn't find it but would continue to look for the missing part. I had to buy another holder and sent you a text requesting a refund of the cost. Since the cost was $16.00 for anew holder and the difference in the cost of the bill and the estimate was $16.00, I would appreciate a refund of $16.00. Jack, The price you were quoted is the price you paid. The remainder of your phone holder is not at our shop. As you stated, it was a fast turnaround. Your ebike was in one area of the shop and nothing was removed from the handlbars. We are remiss that you lost your item at some point... But have no fault in this. You contacted us for a job, that job was done, that is all. Perhaps it would be best for you to take your ebike to another shop going forward. We wish you the best. The last bike I bought here was over four years ago, and I loved it. Sadly it was stolen a couple weeks ago, and I assumed that there was nothing I could do about it because I had no idea when I bought it, and I definitely didn't know what card I used to buy it and wasn't even sure if I used the card. So I'm filling out the information for the insurance claim and I thought why not give Don's a call, the bike was the most valuable thing that was stolen from my vehicle so I wanted to try and at least get some reimbursement for it. Shockingly, Eric was able to find my transaction information and send me a receipt directly to my phone via text (within literally 1 minute somehow), so that I could properly note everything for the insurance claim. Eric was unbelievably helpful and very appreciative of my appreciativeness. I am so glad that I called Don's and spoke to Eric. I hate talking on the phone with anyone and it was not only a great conversation because I was able to get the receipt from him but genuinely he just sounded like an amazing person and was extremely kind the whole time.
