My dad specifically requested that his dog be cremated and the ashes returned, but when he called today, they told him his dog was disposed of. This has been heartbreaking for our family. I'm not one to be picky or even leave a review but seriously... the way he inserted the vaccines…read morewas like shoving a pencil in a sharpener. When it was my dog's turn he made him bleed and yelp loud. He bled quite a bit I've never seen my dog bleed that much. Not gentle whatsoever just shoving the needle in with no thought. Next was his nails to trim which I was super hesitant since my dog was already scared. Very stiff and tugged at my dog's paw to get his leg up. My dog even pooped a little. This was so heartbreaking but I didn't have the nerve to say anything. I almost cried. I wasn't even going to mention the disgusting floors and tables all dirty and gross. I will NEVER be back and I will NEVER recommend this place again. If your dog is already scared of the vet ... this is the nail in the coffin to not even get them in next time.
