This was a spontaneous and last second picking for a Korean tofu restaurant. Thanks to Yelpers for great reviews, I can say we stumbled upon finding this restaurant know for their Tofu soups. We all ordered a combination of some sort with a Korean protein like bibimbap, galbi short ribs, bulgogi and spicy pork bulgogi along with tofu soups. Service was fast as we were in a bit of a rush and Seoul Tofu delivered. Not only were they fast, but every thing came out correctly and delicious. The ban Chan was lacking to me. Most of the items served I could not eat due to gout triggers or sensitivity. One of my favorite Korean side dish is kimchi cucumbers, and they did not serve that at the time or maybe they don't offer it. The food was good. My husband and I wanted to try something new and he was craving soup. We found this location by chance when we were driving down spring mountain. It caught my husband's eye. My husband and I loved that there was a section for just tofu soup with many other options to add. My husband opted for a vegetable tofu soup (not pictured) it was pretty good and the tofu was soft enough to melt in your mouth. We got the seafood pancake and it was nice that our server cut it for us. I got the beef soup which also had clear noodles. The banchan was great, it added additional flavor to the beef soup. I also liked that we were served purple rice, which I haven't had in so long. The ambiance was nice. The walls were covered with pictures from customers that visited the restaurant. There are signs on the wall that informs customers that if you ask the server, you can get your picture taken. They are Polaroid images. It adds a nice touch. I got the oyster one, and the soup literally had just tofu and oyster, oh and also an egg. Looks wise it was not very appealing, but as soon as I tasted it, it shocked me how delicious the broth was. I'm used to having some more veggies or fresh chopped green onions with my soon tofu. Would I get it again? Yes, just based on flavor, I would. Always looking to try new restaurants when I visit Vegas. 9/10 times it's an Asian restaurant cause it's what I like. I was going to try a place next door, but changed my mind and decided I'd rather order food than attempt a build my own situation. My local friend has actually eaten here in the past so it seemed like a good choice. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. The walls are lined with various Kpop idols and polaroids of customers. We shared the Japchae (delicious!), but my friend and I both ordered the seafood soon dubu. It came out boiling hot and they put an egg in it for us table side. I got mine medium spicy and it wasn't spicy. Better to be conservative on the spice level in my opinion. I like to taste my food. I'm not sure what type of rice it was served with, but it was a pretty purple color and made the whole meal a fun and colorful experience coupled with the tray of banchan (side dishes). I'm not sure what all of the sides were, but I tried all but one of them that had some type of sausage/ meat in it. My favorite side was the pickled purple cabbage. After many days of eating steaks and other traditional protein menus of Vegas, I was craving spicy Asian dish near the strip and found this small diner off the famous China town spring mountain road. Service was good, relatively clean overall interior for small Asian diner, and menu offered great variety of comfort korean food. As per the original mission, I tried their bibimbap with spicy tofu soup combo. Compared to some of the LA's famous Tofu Soup places, this restaurant didn't come too short of matching some famous ones. I was impressed by genuine Korean taste of the spicy soup! Our server also went the extra mile when she offered a disposable bib when she saw me struggling to place a make shift bib I made out of the table napkin to protect my white dress shirt.
