This place was AMAZING!!!!! My out of town friends that were here for bts wanted to eat Korean food of course. Thank God we came across this place on Yelp. Because it was so good! We didn't even have to wait long either and funny cause there was actually a lot of BTS Army eating inside. Our meal was more than enough for the 3 of us and it was super delicious! We will definitely be back

Great ambiance, service at Garioban! Bibimbap was good and naengmyeon would be better if they cooked it so it didn't clump. Good for ARMY! Play BTS all day.

I ordered via Uber Eats tonight. Large Jokbal had good portions. It came with lettuce wraps and banchans too. I will definitely order again.

Really enjoyed their popular #13 bossom (pork belly) + jokbal (pig leg) combo. I love making a lettuce wrap with the meat. We kept getting extra of the garlic, radish and lettuce. So light but filling and yummy. The two sauces are delicious. Their side dishes were amazing as well. Galbi short ribs are always a hit with the kids. Customer service was top notch. Very attentive and friendly service.

Updated review it is still really good. The seafood tofu soup was just the perfect amount of seafood that were the right size as both shrimp and mussels and calamari and the taste was just so authentic and heartwarming. What surprised all of us was the barbecue chicken, which tasted very delicious and perfectly cooked. I would also cheer for all the banchan the small plates as they were delicious.

So many Korean restaurants in Vegas. Still on our favorites especially for bigger groups. Love the family style entrees. If you have a big group- I suggest to call ahead and reserve. Besides getting the usually - bulgogi and kalbi, must get galbijjim, stone bibimbap, and seafood pancake. They do have a family combo. For galbijjim, ask to add tsebokki and extra cheese. Service is great. Great amount of selection on the menu.

    Bulgogi

We ordered a variety of dishes: tteokbokki, bulgogi, tofu soup, and kalbi. They were all great! Our favorite was the kalbi. Maybe our server forgot, but we didn't receive any water for quite a while though customers that came later than us already gotten water cups. They were also playing energetic BTS songs while we ate-- what a nice touch!

I really liked: Beef Noodle Rib Garionban is a solid Korean spot with one of the better beef noodle soups I've had in Vegas. The rib meat is tender and flavorful, the broth is rich and comforting, and I finished every drop. Glass noodles have the right bounce, and the ribbon egg adds a nice touch. They serve great banchan here, all fresh and nicely varied. The space itself is clean and thoughtfully designed. There's plenty of room for groups, and the tables are sturdy with built-in utility slots that actually make a difference. They keep it cool inside too, which is a blessing in the Vegas heat. Service is pretty good. They have a button to call for staff and they're very accommodating. Would definitely come back, especially for that soup.

Lunch Combo: Beef Tofu Soup & Spicy Pork
    Megan W.

My party of 5 visited on a weekday for lunch. Throughout our meal, there were only 3 tables max, but there was only one employee working the entire storefront. As a result, service was lackluster, but we felt bad for the employee. As for the food, they have a decent lunch combo, with a "bogo" option of a protein and a soup. Most of us got a tofu soup, but we all agreed that the soup was rather bland. The bossam was delicious, and included in the lunch menu, so definitely worth the price. We also ordered a seafood pancake for the table, but unfortunately the center was not crispy and fell apart. Some of us were worried that it wasn't cooked all the way, but none of us experienced any issues after.

    Medium Bossam
    Terrenz V.

Had a bossam craving and Garionban checked the boxes. I ordered the medium bossam, and it was just enough for two people. The pork was tender, and it came with all the necessary banchan. The set felt a little bare, but still satisfying. That said, I consider Kobawoo House in Ktown, LA the gold standard for bossam. There, you get napa cabbage for wrapping, which adds a nice touch. Garionban only served theirs with green leaf lettuce and radish, so it felt like something was missing in comparison. I came around 6:30pm on a Sunday evening, no wait, and about half the place was filled. The space is clean, modern, and nicely lit. A chill vibe for a casual dinner without the chaos of a packed spot. What really caught my attention was the spicy bulgogi at a nearby table. It smelled amazing. I'll definitely be coming back to try that next time. Solid choice if you're craving bossam in Vegas without the lines or fuss.

We have become regulars here and for good reason! The Ginseng Chicken Soup and Beef Rib Soup are absolute staples for us--incredibly flavorful and comforting. A huge shoutout to Matthew, who always provides exceptional service with a friendly smile. He even takes the time to table-side cut the chicken for us, which is such a thoughtful touch. Even the side dishes (banchan) are fantastic; we usually go through two rounds because they're just that good. Highly recommend!

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

Even the vegetables had that strong sour punch, which I really liked with the steaming hot soup. I'm not big on a table full of side dishes, so I actually appreciated that they kept it simple. Not too many extras, just the essentials. The soup itself wasn't overly salty, which I liked. You can season it to your preference since they provide extra salt on the side. The gomtang stood out -- the beef was very tender, soft, and clearly simmered well. And honestly, the slightly indifferent service made it feel authentic. The taste and value is really great, actually. If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back. But I feel fortunate to find a "go-to" for my korean cravings. Like walking into my auntie's house for some warm, deeply comforting, home-cooked k-meal. Craving the dogani bone broth soup now!!
