Just add 3 bucks to the menu price and include it. But staying on the strip you come to expect such things and it's not worth getting worked up over. Heck, I paid 14 bucks for a slice of mediocre NY Style pizza last night. I can get over it. And I was very happy with the brown rice option as I strongly prefer it to plain white. The Kung Pao was good not great. Well prepared, tender chicken, crisp vegetables. Not much flavor but easily better than most strip mall type chinese places you might get back home. Large portion that was more than enough for a meal for one person. Not an overwhelming amount of chicken or anything but plenty for a normal meal. The Brown Rice was perfect, It can be tricky to get brown rice cooked through but not so cooked it's mushy but they nailed it. Thanks. (lol). The chicken wings were a day or so past their prime. You could smell it. I've worked in restaurants and I get it, not everything is cooked to order on the daily but you could tell these were slightly off. Still very edible though and good if unspectacular. I was caught off guard that they were all "flats" though. I actually prefer flats so I was good with it but (having worked at a sports bar) I can promise you there are many customers that would be up in arms over it. People expect their drummies. On the taste side there was no spectacular flavor or anything but they were good. Thin crispy batter on them. The Singapore Curry Noodles were well prepared and good. Again, nothing spectacular but good. Noodles and shrimp were well prepared to the right consistency. Pork was not that present and a bit shriveled but "fine" and not a deal breaker. Curry was the only flavor present. Not that that isn't what's advertised but still a little weird. Overall a good experience and happy with our meal. More than enough for 2 meals for 2 people. Pricey of course but reasonable value for the strip.

I got the Nori wrap and and had a little crunch, added to the proteins and fresh avocado and cut it in half and this was literally a meal for three! The best bargain I have seen in Vegas for the last week! I typically will spend $60-$70 on Sushi at my Sushi bar north of Atlanta. And I know have I gone to one of the local sushi bars I would've also spent over $100 and probably had not had as much food or fresh tuna, salmon and yellowtail. Beyond sushi burritos, they also offer sushi rolls, hand rolls, bowls with rice or greens, teriyaki bowls, sides, desserts, and drinks. There's definitely enough variety for everyone to find something. I decided to order The Mission, which comes with salmon, imitation crab, shrimp tempura, poke sauce, spicy mayo, cream cheese, avocado, and wonton strips. I opted to leave off the cream cheese because I wanted something a little fresher and lighter tasting. I also added eel sauce and carrots since there are several sauces and add-ons available, including extra proteins and premium ingredients. My burrito came out to around $20, which honestly wasn't shocking. That's pretty comparable to what I'd expect to pay back home in San Diego, so at that point it really came down to whether the quality justified the price. The first thing I noticed was the size. This is probably the smallest sushi burrito I've ever been served. That being said, the rice-to-filling ratio was actually excellent. One of my biggest complaints with sushi burritos is when they're stuffed with rice and skimp on everything else. That definitely wasn't the case here. There were generous chunks of salmon throughout and all of the ingredients tasted fresh. The problem was that the burrito wasn't wrapped tightly enough to hold itself together once the paper wrapper came off. It started falling apart pretty quickly and became messy to eat. As for the flavor, this is where I felt a little disappointed. Nothing tasted bad. In fact, everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The salmon was good quality, the shrimp tempura added crunch, and the sauces were balanced. Even with the poke sauce, spicy mayo, and eel sauce, though, it felt like something was missing. After the first couple bites, I found myself less excited about it. By the time I got halfway through, I wasn't really craving the second half anymore. I finished it because I spent $20 on it, not because I couldn't stop eating it. If you're wandering the promenade and looking for a quick meal, JA Burritos is worth considering. The easiest way to find it with landmarks is start where the entrance to the conveyor belt over to the Excalibur food court is, walk away from that entrance down the middle walkway strip through the casino floor, at the end you'll have a small patch of slots ahead of you that you continue through, bear right through this and when you come out you'll be right near it.
