We made a reservation, so we didn't have to wait in line! It was busy as usual, but this time it took a while before our server came to take our order. The burgers were just as amazing as I remembered. It looks like they updated the menu and added some new items, which was nice to see. I always order my fries with no salt because it guarantees a fresh batch. Their regular fries sometimes taste like they've been sitting under the heat lamp for too long and get a little dry. My trick worked--the fries came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The jalapeño poppers were also really good and definitely worth trying. The service was a little slower than my last visit, but the food was still excellent. If you're coming here, I highly recommend making a reservation and giving the jalapeño poppers a try.
Delicious food, just on the pricier side. But then again, you gotta remember that this is a Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Vegas... The place was clean and very organized. Our server was very friendly and approachable. However, service was a little slow so be ready to wait a bit for your food to come out. What we got: Wellington Burger with strawberry shake 24 Hour Burger Sticky Toffee Pudding Ice Cream Sandwich My favorite was the Wellington Burger--it was unique enough that you'd probably not be able to have the same burger anywhere else. I liked that you can still very much taste the beef even with everything else on the burger. It just made the perfect bite. The 24 Hour Burger was okay. The patty got lost in everything that was in the burger and I wasn't a huge fan of that. The bacon was a tad overcooked too, I thought. It wasn't crispy anymore, just hard and tough to bite/chew. One thing of note with the burgers though is that they cooked the patties to perfection. We asked for medium for both the burgers we ordered and they nailed the cook on them. The Sticky Toffee Pudding Ice Cream Sandwich was pure and utter bliss, and one of the best desserts you can have. I've always been a huge fan of GR's sticky toffee pudding and this version of his specialty dessert surely did not disappoint. The brown butter ice cream was heavenly. Make sure to make a reservation if you don't want to line up outside and wait a long time before you can sit down and eat. We made a reservation for our dinner on a weekend and only waited about 5 minutes or so before they had us seated.

Went to the Gordon Ramsay for a light lunch since we just woke up and started our morning. We order the Farmhouse burger with truffle fries. It was big enough for us to share. It was delicious and it fulfilled our appetite. I always love eating here since the burgers are all tasty. Customer service was quite slow considering it was on a Monday . Besides us, there were only a few of customers there. Our waiter took quite some time to refill our water and to bring our check out to us. I deducted a star for the slow service but overall my food was delish.

It's an absolute must-order if you visit. It was packed with flavor and loaded with delicious garnishes. The fish sandwich was unique and surprisingly delicious. It was different from your typical fish sandwich and ended up being one of my favorite things we ordered. The burger was good, but it wasn't anything to rave about. Considering the price, I expected more. The burgers are definitely overpriced for what you get. The onion rings were crispy, well-seasoned, and a great appetizer. The atmosphere was fun, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, I'd absolutely come back for the Bloody Mary, fish sandwich, and onion rings. If you're going for the famous burger, just be prepared to pay a premium for a burger that's good--but not unforgettable.

The flavors were delicious with just the right amount of spice, but the burger was a little dry, the bun wasn't very soft, and the food was served warm instead of hot. The "Oh Bloody Hell" Bloody Mary was the star of the meal. Made with Absolut Peppar vodka, Bloody Mary mix, crispy prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, and basil, it was creative, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. Service was excellent--our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant wasn't very busy, the line moved quickly, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. A few improvements to the food temperature and burger texture would easily make this a 5-star visit, but I'd still come back to try more of the menu.

The people I went with were just as disappointed as I was on my first trip and so was I. This is not high quality burgers. It is overpriced burgers with a celebrity name on it. The 4 of us in our group went around the table and asked how they would rate the burgers. All around 3 stars. Edible yes, but for $130 for 4 burgers I expect more, including tasty French fries. I recommend going elsewhere for a good burger on the strip. Also note there is no kids menu. So little ones don't have options to for smaller meals.
We've all been there, falling for the "You HAVE to eat there!" This was me as I trudged to the restaurant of one of my favorite celebrity chefs while visiting Las Vegas. I basically gave all my food money to GR while attending a conference recently, seeking that mind-blowing foodie experience. It didn't happen. Juicy, yes. Well-seasoned, yes. Did I eat it all? Mostly. But as a self-proclaimed foodie who loves to write about delicious food-- "It's just a good burger." The onion rings were yummy, however, weird dipping sauces. And worst of all, this is a Pepsi joint. No Diet Coke in sight. There really should be a sign on the door! It would have saved me the expense of a $38 lunch.
We sat at the bar and ordered and had a great experience. We got all American burger, wings and Parmesan fries, lemon drop martini and strawberry cheesecake milkshake. Every single bite and sip of drink was gone when we left. The bar tender was very attentive and we enjoyed talking to him while watching the soccer game. Everything was clean and not noisy for a bar area at all. Would totally eat here again.

Food and service here is always great. This is my second time coming here, and this time I got the fish and crisps with truffle fries. So delicious !! My server Sergio was great. Came here before last year and got the burger which was great. Got the chicken Caesar salad this time around and it was very meh. Yes, I know why come to a burger place and order a salad. Its 107 out and wanted something light. So yes, mistakes were made. The salad wasn't bad but for 28$ I could have gotten much better. Service was great otherwise appetizers were delicious and it always a good vibe when we do come here. But yeah, lesson learned. read more

Gordon Ramsay Burger in the Planet Hollywood is just the same as any other premium end burgers. Nothing really special that differentiates it from other burger joints. Burger itself was great, fries could've been more crunchy as some of them were soggy. Real highlight is the Oreo Crème Brûlée was really good. Our Server unfortunately was on the slower side of things and when we needed a check, she wasn't around for like 10 minutes. read more

We stopped at Gordon Ramsay Burger in Planet Hollywood for a quick dinner before EDC. Part of our group wanted a lighter dinner, so we split the chicken wings and dessert between 2 people instead of getting a full burger. There were about 6 wings total, but while they were flavorful, they were each very small. With dipping sauces, it ends up being more filling than expected. We chose the Sticky Toffee Pudding Ice Cream Sandwich for dessert. This was ok, but I kept picking up on a burnt plastic note in the toffee. For $14.99, I'd recommend passing on this dessert. Overall, this was a decent meal. I would have liked the experience more if I had tried a burger instead. Service is quick and attentive and since we went during early dinner hours (5-6 pm) it wasn't too crowded and there was no wait. read more

What are you?! An idiot sandwich!!! So, we went because my kids are obsessed with Gordon Ramsay. The restaurant's fire display is impressive and the inside has sports bar vibes. Our server took great care of us, and was observant to our needs. He even changed the monitor by our table to a NHL game because he noticed our kid craning his neck to watch a game. Naturally, we ordered the idiot sandwich. Also, the truffle and BBQ burger. At first, I thought the prices were pretty steep for a mere burger with a side. Then came the burgers, and they are loaded. All the burgers were incredible. Although, the truffle burger was a little on the greasy-side, it was still incredible. After wards, we were so stuffed that the walk back to our resort was painful. read more

This was not my first time here, but my first time not ordering a burger. Idiot Sandwich?! Sign me UP. I was so sad I got stuffed by the end of it and couldn't finish it, I really should have taken the rest to go. Came here for the first time in many years for lunch on a Friday morning. Had arrived around 1120a , it was already quite busy. We were seated fairly quickly after arrival. While we were in front of the restaurant, we saw a sign showing a "3-Course Pre-Fixe Lunch Special at $39.99 per guest" available Mon - Friday 10am - 3pm. We had asked about this special and the waitress told us you can order almost ANY burger EXCEPT the "LUXE ROYALE BURGER" which was an additional $20, comes with a STREET CORN DIP, and a STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING ICE CREAM SANDWICH (both app and dessert in an "individual" size). We ended up all just getting the HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER (which includes JUST FRIES, +$4.99 for Truffle Parmesan Fries or Beer Battered Onion Rings, or a side salad at +$1.99) The HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER includes asadero cheese, roasted jalapenos, avocado, roasted tomatoes, and japapeno aioli. For a GORDON RAMSAY establishment and how he "rages" on TV about things being not seasoned, the patty was quite underseasoned, quite dependant on all the other stuff inside. Was expecting this burger to have some heat as well but couldn't even note of any spiciness. Today's prices for the HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER, is at $26.99. In 2022, it was $18.99. In 2017, it was $15. I remember back then thinking a $15 was expensive already.... Was it a decent burger? yeah. Was it worth the price? no. read more

Gordon Ramsay's Burger exceeded my expectations! Not only were the food and service amazing but the efficiency of the entire operation from start to finish. We were a party of three, sat almost immediately as most parties were much larger. As we sat down a gentleman brought us all waters without having to ask. Then our waiter took our order. We did not wait very long for our food. Quality food and service, efficiency of everything was 10/10. Will definitely visit again. read more

I came here for lunch and there was no wait to be seated. I got the idiot burger, truffle fries and hellfire chicken salad to share. The burger was super yummy and it was cooked perfectly. My favorite was the truffle parmesan fries with the truffle aioli sauce. The hellfire chicken salad was also good with no cheese and hellfire sauce on side. Overall, the food was delicious even though it is pricey. The food did awhile to come out but it was totally worth the wait! read more

I would give this 5 stars had it not been for the mediocre service we received. The burgers were delicious and my salad was plentiful and tasty. But our server didn't seem to want to be there. Perhaps he didn't want to work on a holiday (July 4th). I wish he'd stayed home. We were seated rather quickly and truly enjoyed the delicious Oreo cookie milkshake, which was better than most. Ok, so my phone got wet at the pull so the picture is a bit fuzzy, but the Wellington Burger is a must have! It has mushrooms diced up so you get it in every bite! I had ordered the onion rings, however I didn't like the breading they used so the server was kind enough to switch it for fries. Came here on a Friday the end of Feb. We were starving and most of the restaurants had long wait. We came upon GR burger and decided to try it since there was no wait! The inside was loud. Very noisy. Could barely hear the server. We waited for a long time for the food to come out - 35 min I ordered the Backyard burger - patty a bit too salty and kinda too rare for medium rare. We also got the sticky toffee ice cream sandwich. It was sooo good. Different than the OG sticky toffee cake from Gordon Ramsay kitchen but I actually like this more! I'm giving this place a 4/5. My husband got the fish sandwich and said it was the best he's ever had, and after trying it, I have to agree. It was fantastic. Super flavorful with a nice acidity that balanced everything out perfectly. We would 100 percent order that again. I ordered the birria burger and it was good, but not my favorite. The birria itself was tasty, but it felt kind of just placed on top of a burger instead of really coming together as one dish. Part of me honestly just wished I had ordered straight birria instead. The fries were really good, nice and crispy, and the wings were also a hit. Super crispy and flavorful. Our server was great too, very attentive and made the experience better overall. My biggest issue is the price. I get that it's Gordon Ramsay, but it still feels overpriced for what it is. At the end of the day, it's a burger spot. Gordon Ramsay, you dirty dog.. I can't lie that burger so good bro. Today was fat ass day so I got a backyard burger with a full side of onion rings, a side of fries, a quarter of my mom's burger and 2 lemonades. I finished my burger, not even joking, in less than 2 minutes. This might sound like a bad thing but It wasn't even that small of a burger, the patty was just a perfectly cooked medium almost medium rare. I barely had to chew. An expensive burger that isn't that special/unique to reflect the price point. It was nice they provided free dessert for our friend's birthday though. Service felt rather slow too. Would say having Ramsey's name for this joint is probably the thing that ropes people in, but I don't really see his quality reflected here unfortunately. read more

I was at Gordon Ramsay Burger inside Planet Hollywood -- and although I've been there a couple of times before, today I was simply craving a really good hamburger. My server was Ashley H., and let me tell you... I have never seen someone hustle like she did. Not only was she managing all of her tables with efficiency, but she was incredibly polite and genuinely friendly the entire time. When I asked for a to-go box, she had already placed the sauces I used inside the box for me. I have never experienced that level of thoughtfulness before. That kind of attention to detail? Exceptional. Honestly, the service felt better than many elite five-star restaurants I've visited. And on top of everything else, she was cleaning her own tables, staying ahead of every need. Thank you, Ashley H., for such a wonderful experience -- and thank you for the hot fries! When you first walk up to the restaurant there is a big fire display that everyone takes pictures by, including me and my fiancé. Inside there are a bunch of TVs with sports on. Also there is a big picture of Gordon Ramsey himself. The food was excellent. I got the 24 hour burger medium and my fiancé got the Hell's Kitchen burger medium well. The 24 hour burger comes with braised short ribs. I also got the regular fries. As for apps we got the chicken jalapeño poppers. I didn't really taste the chicken part of it but still good, especially with the spicy sauce it came with. We used that sauce for our fries too. Our server was nice and checked up on us. One thing I grade them on is do they refill our water before we run out. I came close to running out but he came right on time. Overall it's a great place to go. The cost is about $35 a person for the burgers and then if you want apps it's like another $18. The reason I knocked off two stars is because our waiter asked if we would like a dessert and we picked the banoffee triffle and unfortunately he said they ran out. For a big name restaurant, running out of a product on your menu at 7pm is not a great look. Gordon Ramsey himself would be furious. I hope this reaches Gordon Ramsey because I am pretty disappointed as someone who travelled to Vegas and planned a date as our first big dinner as we just got engaged. read more

I went into Gordon Ramsay Burger fully expecting a typical "celebrity chef Vegas spot"... and yeah, I was wrong. This place is actually so good. I ordered the Truffle Burger (around $33). Pricey? Sure. Worth it? Absolutely. The flavor combo was insane, everything just worked perfectly together. Honestly one of the best burgers I've had, period. I'm a big Gordon Ramsay fan, so I went in trying not to be biased... but I was impressed immediately. My husband got the French Onion Burger and was just as blown away. For a "Vegas chain," this easily hits above expectations. I'd 100% come back. Dawn was a great server, we went at 12:30 pm, quick seating, food came out fast and the overall atmosphere was laid back. read more

The burgers and fries are sold separately. When I went with my family (there's 5 of us) we each got a burger and just shared 2 sides (truffle fries and regular fries) to save some money

Diamond and above can go straight to hostess desk for priority seating( skip the line) but not necessarily getting right in

Can be up to an hour depending on what time of day and night you show up. It is just first come first served restaurant, so plan ahead and be prepared to wait

No - They want you to tip. Service is great
