It was different from your typical fish sandwich and ended up being one of my favorite things we ordered. The burger was good, but it wasn't anything to rave about. This is my 2nd time. 1st time I came, a long time ago, it was good. This time, AWFUL! The fries were SOGGY! Beef wellington burger was dry! No not because it was well done. I got it medium rare. The meat was pink. But everything on that burger made it dry! The mushrooms didn't give it any crunch or moisture like the typical lettuce and tomatoes do. The crispy prosciutto, well it's crispy right so it's dry! The meat was cooked medium rare (pink middle) but it's not a fatty patty so there's no juice. Buns, well no juiciness there. Therefore, the entire burger has a dry mouthfeel overall! Salad dressing was spicy. It wasn't mentioned on the menu nor was it told to us the type of dressing for the salad. Smh. But the fries!!! Overall, a solid experience. I ordered the Pop It Like It's Hot Burger ($36), which comes with pepper jack cheese, a jalapeño popper, bacon, and hot peppers. The flavors were delicious with just the right amount of spice, but the burger was a little dry, the bun wasn't very soft, and the food was served warm instead of hot. The "Oh Bloody Hell" Bloody Mary was the star of the meal. Made with Absolut Peppar vodka, Bloody Mary mix, crispy prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, and basil, it was creative, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. Service was excellent--our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant wasn't very busy, the line moved quickly, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. This was my second trip to Gordon Ramsay Burger. I had friends tell me it had gotten better, so I decided to try it again. The people I went with were just as disappointed as I was on my first trip and so was I. This is not high quality burgers. It is overpriced burgers with a celebrity name on it. The 4 of us in our group went around the table and asked how they would rate the burgers. All around 3 stars. Edible yes, but for $130 for 4 burgers I expect more, including tasty French fries. I recommend going elsewhere for a good burger on the strip. Also note there is no kids menu. So little ones don't have options to for smaller meals. read more

I would give this 5 stars had it not been for the mediocre service we received. The burgers were delicious and my salad was plentiful and tasty. But our server didn't seem to want to be there. Perhaps he didn't want to work on a holiday (July 4th). I wish he'd stayed home. We were seated rather quickly and truly enjoyed the delicious Oreo cookie milkshake, which was better than most. We've all been there, falling for the "You HAVE to eat there!" This was me as I trudged to the restaurant of one of my favorite celebrity chefs while visiting Las Vegas. I basically gave all my food money to GR while attending a conference recently, seeking that mind-blowing foodie experience. It didn't happen. Juicy, yes. Well-seasoned, yes. Did I eat it all? Ok, so my phone got wet at the pull so the picture is a bit fuzzy, but the Wellington Burger is a must have! It has mushrooms diced up so you get it in every bite! Part of our group wanted a lighter dinner, so we split the chicken wings and dessert between 2 people instead of getting a full burger. There were about 6 wings total, but while they were flavorful, they were each very small. With dipping sauces, it ends up being more filling than expected. We chose the Sticky Toffee Pudding Ice Cream Sandwich for dessert. This was ok, but I kept picking up on a burnt plastic note in the toffee. For $14.99, I'd recommend passing on this dessert. Overall, this was a decent meal. I would have liked the experience more if I had tried a burger instead. We had asked about this special and the waitress told us you can order almost ANY burger EXCEPT the "LUXE ROYALE BURGER" which was an additional $20, comes with a STREET CORN DIP, and a STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING ICE CREAM SANDWICH (both app and dessert in an "individual" size). We ended up all just getting the HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER (which includes JUST FRIES, +$4.99 for Truffle Parmesan Fries or Beer Battered Onion Rings, or a side salad at +$1.99) The HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER includes asadero cheese, roasted jalapenos, avocado, roasted tomatoes, and japapeno aioli. For a GORDON RAMSAY establishment and how he "rages" on TV about things being not seasoned, the patty was quite underseasoned, quite dependant on all the other stuff inside. Came here on a Friday the end of Feb. We were starving and most of the restaurants had long wait. We came upon GR burger and decided to try it since there was no wait! The inside was loud. Very noisy. Could barely hear the server. We waited for a long time for the food to come out - 35 min I ordered the Backyard burger - patty a bit too salty and kinda too rare for medium rare. We also got the sticky toffee ice cream sandwich. It was sooo good. Different than the OG sticky toffee cake from Gordon Ramsay kitchen but I actually like this more! The birria itself was tasty, but it felt kind of just placed on top of a burger instead of really coming together as one dish. Part of me honestly just wished I had ordered straight birria instead. My server was Ashley H., and let me tell you... I have never seen someone hustle like she did. Not only was she managing all of her tables with efficiency, but she was incredibly polite and genuinely friendly the entire time. When I asked for a to-go box, she had already placed the sauces I used inside the box for me. I have never experienced that level of thoughtfulness before. That kind of attention to detail? Exceptional. Honestly, the service felt better than many elite five-star restaurants I've visited. And on top of everything else, she was cleaning her own tables, staying ahead of every need. When you first walk up to the restaurant there is a big fire display that everyone takes pictures by, including me and my fiancé. Inside there are a bunch of TVs with sports on. Also there is a big picture of Gordon Ramsey himself. The food was excellent. I got the 24 hour burger medium and my fiancé got the Hell's Kitchen burger medium well. The 24 hour burger comes with braised short ribs. I also got the regular fries. As for apps we got the chicken jalapeño poppers. I didn't really taste the chicken part of it but still good, especially with the spicy sauce it came with. We used that sauce for our fries too. Our server was nice and checked up on us. One thing I grade them on is do they refill our water before we run out. I came close to running out but he came right on time. Overall it's a great place to go. The cost is about $35 a person for the burgers and then if you want apps it's like another $18. The reason I knocked off two stars is because our waiter asked if we would like a dessert and we picked the banoffee triffle and unfortunately he said they ran out. For a big name restaurant, running out of a product on your menu at 7pm is not a great look. Gordon Ramsey himself would be furious. I hope this reaches Gordon Ramsey because I am pretty disappointed as someone who travelled to Vegas and planned a date as our first big dinner as we just got engaged. read more

They only have medium or well done for the burger. Fries is very good as well. The best also is the chicken wings. It has a kick and flavorful I love the ambience and comfy booth that we had, facing the big screen yay. Our server Freddy is very attentive, friendly and funny as well. Great service and a nice atmosphere near the casino floor. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. Despite the great atmosphere and service we were disappointed by the hamburgers. We had the Luxe Royale and the Hells Kitchen burgers. The meat was a bit unflavored and dry despite being cooked to medium rare. The burgers in general left much to be desired. Additionally, the buns were also lackluster and the flavors that accompanied the burgers were just not as memorable as one may expect. Alcoholic mixed drinks were unique and delicious. The sticky toffee pudding and strawberry and cream shakes that we got to go were thick and creamy and great. We had such friendly and fast service from Heather, even around 11pm when you'd think she'd be too tired to care! If you are a Caesars rewards member level that gets 4 free $25 or under drinks per day, this is a great place to use it. All of our drinks were under that limit. Not the place if you're eager to try their take on a plant based burger. It was quite crumbly, over-salted and under seasoned. Our server, Elijah, was the highlight of the experience for us-- kind and attentive. We enjoyed him hosting. I ordered their plant based burger, which mind you, nears $30 on the menu and swapped the regular fries for truffle. My partner got their Hell's Fire replacing the patty with the plant based patty-- which interestingly so is an up charge of $6 of an already $33 dollar burger. Adding on the fact that it seems their plant based meat is uncared for, disintegrating in your mouth, not cooked at any preferred temp as intended with impossible meat-- it seems like such an afterthought in the menu. I'll go back to this because it baffled me: If you order a regular burger (all costing more than the plant based) and swap to a plant based patty, for some ungodly reason there's an up charge of $6. It feels.. Greedy and predatory to those who don't partake in cow and chicken and want to try other flavor combos on the menu. My brother liked his cow tho. Said it was good. For those of you, like me, psycho enough not to drink in Vegas-- they have one non alcoholic beer and it was loooovely with the fries! Hand cut is a favorite of mine and they nailed it. The burgers are very large and thick so you get a good portion along with sides. I subbed fries for onion rings for an extra $5 and I love the white sauce and Parmesan truffle flavoring it came with. Our server was friendly and he even brought out a dessert to celebrate my birthday which was nice! It did take about half an hour just for our food to come out and it is a bit pricey.
