I stopped by this hot chicken place today to try their food since I was already getting something from the boba place next door. I placed my order through their website and got the first pickup time of the day. I got the Banging Plate that is two sandwiches and fries. I selected 1 mild and 1 medium for the spice level. I arrived right when the place open and there was enough parking since the plaza wasn't busy yet. The worker had trouble opening the door so we had to wait a little bit, there were other people waiting as well. All of the employees did not greet or acknowledge any of us while we were inside the store. I saw they had horchata drink here so I placed an order through their kiosk for a small one for my wife. My order was not ready until 10 minutes after my pickup time. The whole time waiting, none of the workers interacted with any of the guest or stayed behind the counter. So it was an awkward waiting experience especially after more guest came in. The parking lot was packed when I left. The hot chicken was okay, the bread was not my favorite and the the ratio of the bread to chicken is not balance. There more bread, so it just depends on the person. The fries were more soggy so it wasn't that good but they give a good amount of it. I'm more of a fries person so it wasn't a pleasant experience. The price is different from their website until you place an order by a dollar. This place was alright to try once in my opinion. read more

Parking is a small little plaza. There are some dine in seats but not a lot. I love how they have a combo with cheeseburger. The hot is pretty spicy actually. I love the agua frescas n variety of drinks. Horchata was bomb, highly recommend mango lemonade n strawberry lemonade. Service is quick. read more

Great sandwiches. Love that you can customize the level of spiciness to your sandwich and it still tastes good. Been coming here for years now, and I've been a longtime fan. But thibgs are not the same. Their restaurant has changed their layout and looks kind of bland now, where it used to feel more lively. They had some good deals on Uber Eats, but again, they skimped on the deals as well. Before they used to have a buy 1 get 1 deal, and you would receive the same thing, same size, and everything, but the last time I ordered this deal, I received 2 items at half the size. Both my sandwiches looked like miniature versions of what I used to get, which was a huge disappointment. Normally I don't eat here as much as I used to; I feel like the quality has gone downhill, and it is obvious by their changes to their menu, the restaurant itself, and their online deals. Now if I do eat from here, I tend to order their banging fries, which come with fries and chicken, and they taste pretty good. But to be honest, there are better chicken places out there, but it is not bad stopping by and checking it out for yourself if you're curious. read more

Prob my fave hot chicken spot in the valley. Might be on par to Howlin' but it's been a minute since I've been there. Usually hot chicken spots tend to be too salty, but everything here was great. Got the tender plate which came out to $18+ total the Hot level and this provided just the perfect amount of spice (even for my dad who is a spice master lol). Fries were nicely seasoned, and had a slight crisp on the outside and a fluffy inside - yum! Tenders were juicy, truly "tender" and easy to break apart, and well marinaded! I could even eat it without the sauce. So good. Bangin' sauce was pretty dang good too but I only needed one of the two they provided. Even the bread was good - it's a thicker slice relative to other restaurants and it kinda reminds me of japanese milk bread uhuhuhu I like that they have a self order kiosk. Overall not a bad experience. The interior is simple and more open than most places so you don't feel cramped. I ordered from a tablet at the counter and the menu had option like sandwiches, tenders, fry bowls, and a smash burger. The food looks great but I must say that it lacks a bit in seasoning. The fries have good texture but lean more on the dry side. The fried chicken on the other hand is cooked very well but the breading is more akin to KFC's original recipe instead of crunchy. Haven't even heard of this place but couldn't believe how many reviews this place has!! We recently ate at the buffet across the street from this spot and this is how we spotted it so we decided to come try it a week later since this is kind of not in our territory. Parking lot is another one of those weird, squishy ones. Idk what it is about hot chicken places but all of their parking is awful!! I basically almost got blocked in because parking was so weird and tight. We walked in, another guy walked in right after us and came from next door but he turned out to be another worker? Maybe the owner? We took a few minutes to check out the menu, first thing you notice is the really loud music (not good music either). We were finally ready to order so we walked up to the cashier. There were two girls and one guy from the kitchen and they were all just chatting away. They didn't even acknowledge us or welcome us when we walked in (other than the 1 guy who walked in after us). I could tell that the service wasn't going to be great and was worried about our order not being correct or good at all despite the crazy amount of reviews. We finally ordered after waiting a few minutes for them to "end their conversation". The place was empty by the way so idk if they just weren't paying attention and because the music being so loud, they didn't even hear us come in? Idk. Food came out rather quickly and we took it home to the family to enjoy. Super good, luckily! I'm a sucker for breakfast burritos and wish more hot chicken places did them so I appreciate this spot for having it as an option. We tried Bangin Buns for the first time and everything was so good. We ordered the Mac & Fries plate and the Smash Burger + Sandwich meal. The mac & cheese was creamy, the fries were seasoned perfectly, they topped the meal with crispy chicken which went really well altogether, and the Smash Burger had that crispy, juicy bite. The chicken sandwich was a standout, super crispy, full of flavor, and it came with coleslaw inside the sandwich. I don't usually like coleslaw, but I tried it and it actually made the sandwich even better. So good! The strawberry and mango lemonade were both refreshing and lightly sweet, and the banana pudding was creamy and the perfect ending. Definitely coming back. read more

Food took a little less than a hour for delivery and the driver had another order to drop off before mine. My food was still hot! Fries and sandwich. They just had a renovation and the ambiance is nice and bright. I've always ordered pick up and the customer service has always been friendly. The chicken sandwiches are always well cooked and the fries really seasoned. The smash burgers are really good well cooked and the side of jalapeño gives it an extra kick. What happened to this place??? I ordered a smashburger, two sandwiches and a tender. I'm not joking, it might have been the worst food I have EVER had. The smashburger genuinely tasted like Clorox wipes. This is not a joke. Easily the WORST burger I've ever had in my life. Ordered delivery and arrived fairly quickly. The smash burger here is good. Super soft bun! The chicken lacked flavor/seasoning and soggy. My medium spice tender was pretty bare unlike the photos. The banana pudding was pretty good. Not too sweet compared to the Oreo pudding. read more
