I'm not usually a fan of smash burgers since they tend to be less juicy than I prefer, but this place was actually really good. The burgers were simple but flavorful, and paired perfectly with the onion rings. Ordering was easy and convenient through the kiosk, and our food came out quickly. This place was very expensive and very flashy, but they actually pulled it off with a very good burger. The flavor and seasoning on the burger was super dialed in. Good enough crisp, but what really stood out was the flavor and overall depth of the meat. Fries weren't bad. Definitely a top 5 smash burger out of the 9 I have tried so far in LA. The service was ok. The people working there hate the job. They just look sad and aren't happy to answer questions. So, for all this place is, I'll admit that I did really enjoy my double patty smash burger I ate here. Now, while it's possible some disagree on the purpose and intent of the texture of a smash burger, I do enjoy crispy bits and a beautiful browning of the meat served across from some fries and I also got a vanilla oreo shake that was pretty solid. Of the entire meal, I'll admit their fries aren't noteworthy, and their secret sauce isn't to my taste, if you're looking for a burger in noho, you can certainly do worse. This was filling and tasty, and for what you're getting I can't be terribly salty either. The inside of the place looks pretty cool, and the people working there were pretty chill on all accounts. I have been to their other location. Recently, I had a chance to visit their location in North Hollywood which is closer to me. All I can say it was an amazing experience. Ambiance is amazing. It is like you step in future. The name suits the location pretty well. There are plenty of seats and there is also outdoor seating area too. Staff are very friendly and nice. The young guy who took my order was very nice and made sure that he got my order right. My order was ready in less than 10 minutes; even though, they were busy. I ordered the smash burger with fries. Burger had generous amount of avocados and meat was cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed my burger. It was one of the best ones I had recently. Everything from food to customer service was great. I just tried the vegan burger at Burger 3000 in NoHo and didn't even realize until after that it literally just launched about a week ago... which is wild because it already feels like a staple. The burger itself? So good. You get that crispy smash on the edges, but it's still juicy in the center. It's made with a Beyond Meat patty cooked in avocado oil, topped with vegan cheese, pickles, raw onions, and a smoky BBQ sauce. Simple, but done RIGHT. Everything works together and actually feels intentional, not thrown together. Big flavor, super satisfying, and honestly one of my favorite smash-style vegan burgers I've had recently. This place is dope!! My friend and I stopped by for dinner around 6pm on Friday night. It wasn't busy, but we weren't able to find street parking. We ended up parking nearby and walked over. The restaurant is SO COOL! We loved the space theme and even took a picture against the wall, lol. Everyone was so nice :) We ordered through the kiosk and sat at one of the many available tables. Our food was out within 10 minutes, which I felt was super quick! They have a yummy pineapple soda! I'd never seen it before, so I definitely had to try. The burger itself is a 5/5. I cannot tell you how much fun we had here as a family. You could see the pictures and the videos! It's so cool seeing a place it's artistic as this makes something so much fun. And it's not just a gimmick - they use quality ingredients as well. I saw that their vegetables are organic, and I even noticed that they use a local ketchup brand. That's my kind of vibe. When you go in, you have to order online. The patties are thinner than you would think. I saw that they had a burger with four patties and even 2 was the average. If you're used to having a single patty burger, I recommend double. If you're used to a double smash burger, I would recommend the quad. We tried the shakes, they were really good too. The pineapple cream soda is like a beautiful blonde in the form of a soda. I definitely had more fun drinking it. As far as originality goes, I've never had anything like it. I usually veer on the more rare side of a burger, but it was really cool trying something new and it was super tasty. The kids had an absolute blast at the end, one of the workers came out and gave them toys. They were so incredibly inspired. The kids were dancing the entire time and afterwards, they were using their little finger lasers to see their projected rocket and astronaut on the wall. It was the cutest thing! Weddington Park has a space theme, this is definitely the right place to go after a date like that or just any old time. My friends wanted to come here to try their burger after they saw I came here for a Yelp Elite experience. So we came on a Sunday close to when they just open. We did the street parking since you get complimentary parking for 2 hours. When we walked inside, they were not busy at all. We placed our order at the kiosk. I had the space Jam burger when I came for the Yelp Elite experience and it was delicious but pricey. This time I went with just a double wagyu burger with no pickles. I also added fries to my order which was pricey as well. Two of my friend got the double Oklahoma wagyu burger and onion rings. My other friend got the double wagyu burger just like me but he added bacon to his. We sat inside of the place to eat our food and hang out. One of the worker was kind enough to give us cups so we can get drinks which we didn't even order. It didn't take them long to make our food and the inside of the place makes you feel like you're in a spaceship. I thought the double wagyu burger was good, the fries is not the best. They also keep napkin and ketchup behind the counter near the cashier area. Wow!! Such a cool place. I've never seen a place decorated this way, very space-themed, very colorful. The workers were all SUPER KIND and social too, which was great cause I was feeling social. Best, BEST burger joint in the valley. Not only are the burgers and fries phenomenal (namely the Space Jam), the customer service is top notch 11/10. The prices are super reasonable if you take advantage of the coupons. Unfortunately, the downside of this is I've found myself ordering from here several times a week. RIP my wallet. This place sent me to the MOON! I've had the Chatsworth location in my bookmarks for the longest time after seeing it on IG. I just happened to be near the North Hollywood area and noticed they had a location there also, it's almost as if I was in the right place at the right time (I was starving!). It was a little after 6PM when we arrived to the restaurant. We had to first find parking in the neighborhood behind it due to the minimal amount of parking on the main street. We only walked abut 2 full blocks. The restaurant has a cool "space like" aesthetic to it, with cool murals outside in front and painted floors and walls inside. Once you walk in you feel like you're on another planet. To the immediate right are 2 kiosks where you browse the menu and place your order. There's also a larger version of the menu on the display screen above the kiosks. Full of good looking food and thorough descriptions, the menu made it difficult to choose what to get! We ended up ordering the a Double Wagyu, Double Oklahoma Wagyu, Mozzarella MoonSticks, and Classic Fries. How was everything? DELICIOUS. - Double Wagyu: Two juicy smash patties stacked with melted American cheese on their soft Hawaiian bun. My girlfriend got this burger with raw onions and fresh jalapenos. She mentioned that it was worth the drive and her new favorite burger :). Small and mighty! - Double Oklahoma Wagyu: Two smash patties made with premium Wagyu beef, with grilled onions pressed right into the meat, melted American cheese, and pickles -- all on their signature Hawaiian bun. This burger was so dang good. I added jalapenos on mine (not fresh ones), definitely a gamechanger. The burger is also on the small side but was delicious. I've always been a fan of Burger 3000 and usually visit their Chatsworth location, so I was excited to try their new spot in North Hollywood. Parking is a bit limited in the back, but I was able to find street parking without too much trouble. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away by Luis and the service was fantastic from start to finish. They have two kiosks you can order from and you can customize and see what you are ordering as it includes the ingredients and details of each item. We ordered the Space Jam Burger and a regular double burger, along with the Beast Fries. Everything was delicious they really know how to make a great burger! I do have a couple of small pieces of feedback: Beast Fries: I wish the meat on top was chopped up more. It would make it easier to eat and let you get a perfect mix of meat, cheese, and fries in each bite instead of having to tear at bigger pieces. * Space Jam Burger: I know the rocket sauce has some kick, but this time it was a bit spicier than usual for me it had me sniffling the whole meal! * Fries Seasoning: At the Chatsworth location the fries automatically come seasoned, so I was surprised these didn't. Maybe you have to ask for it here. Other than that, everything was great. The decor is super cool, the food hit the spot, and the service was phenomenal. My first visit to this location. The ambiance is really cool here, space age some may say!! The parking is pretty rough at this location, you can park at Ralph's down the street for free and walk like I did. It's a very short walk. The food is tasty and good, but definitely on the small side. My burger was solid and the beast fries were okay. They should chop up the meat that comes on top of the fries to make it easier to consume. They should also look into seasoning the fries like they do at the other valley location...it makes a huge difference. Prices are a bit high here and some may not like the value they receive in return. The service was really good. I was treated very well by the two gentleman that were working last night. The sauce they serve here is a big key to their success I believe, it's a really good dressing on everything!! No milkshakes at this location yet, not sure if they will show up later. The burger was much more flavorful, and you could actually taste all the ingredients instead of everything blending together. The fries were also better, although only by a small margin. We patronized this business as we love supporting local "mom and pop" shops. The ambiance is pretty cool inside and out. Sadly they are located next to a dispensary so eating outside has its "limitations". Ordering is done through the kiosk and is self explanatory. We placed our order and the food was made. When we received our food, it looked pretty dismal. It looks nothing like the photos on the kiosk. To top it off, the description of one of our burgers did not match what was served. When we asked the counter why it didn't match, we were abruptly told that there is an error with the description on the kiosk. Sadly they didn't even offer to correct the error by refunding the item or adding what was promised. While the food was decent, the service and presentation was sadly lacking. I would usually give places like this a second try but being that we were visiting from out of town and spent quite a bit of money and left unhappy, we won't be going back. read more

I got their double burger with bacon and another double as is with a side of fries and onion rings. The fries were stale and the onions rings way too over cooked. The burger was good but the bun was stale and cold. They didn't seem to have toasted it. I ended up spending $56.00 for two burgers, fries and onion rings and two sodas. Bit steep for the quality. Since then I've tried smashburgers at a lot of other places, and most of them feel the same. Nothing really stands out. When I walked into Burger 3000's new location today, that feeling came back immediately. The staff was welcoming right away. Shout out to Isaac and Samantha. They really know how to take care of people. This time I wanted something different. I asked Isaac about their burger with the raspberry bacon jam and he told me yhat was the Space Jam. Double patty, cheddar cheese, fresh avocado, spicy rocket hot sauce, and their signature raspberry jam on a Hawaiian bun. The flavor is sweet and spicy at the same time, and everything works together. The patties are juicy, the cheese melts perfectly, the avocado adds richness, and the jam was just fantastic and put everything together into one great unique flavor experience. I told Isaac about my first visit and how impressed I was with what they built. The owners started as a pop-up with their friends and within a couple of years they've opened multiple locations. Finally made it to Burger 3000 after wanting to check it out for weeks, and it was 100% worth the wait. Went in on a Sunday night and was immediately impressed by how attentive the staff was. As we were looking at the self-order kiosk, they came up, welcomed us, asked if it was our first time, offered recommendations, and even hooked us up with free drinks -- such a great first impression. Now the food... absolutely nailed it. I love a good smash burger and have tried plenty of spots -- very few actually get it right. Burger 3000 does. The flavor is spot on, that authentic smash burger taste with perfectly seared patties. You can really tell the quality too -- using Wagyu beef makes a difference. The pickles were perfect, the sauce was , everything just worked together. The menu is also super creative and honestly mouthwatering. Tons of different smash variations -- kimchi, raspberry jam, and more. I'm definitely coming back to try as many as I can. And the prices? Honestly kind of shocking (in a good way). You can tell they care about quality and not just pumping out fast food. But what really made the visit stand out was the unexpected bonus: they hooked it up with French fries on the house.
