Listen, we need to talk. I know what you're thinking: "I like spicy food, I should get the Angry sauce." My friend, you are mistaken. When I tried the Hot, I thought surely they had mislabeled it and this was actually the Angry. Well, when I got to my Angry slider, I knew that they had in fact not mislabeled a thing. Hot is... prettty spicy. Deliciously spicy. Angry, while still delicious, will send you into a frenzy that can only be described as medical. I've had my nose run from spicy food plenty of times. Rarely have I had spice that made tears stream down my face. I've never had spice that made my ears plug up, too. But again: still delicious. If you choose this choice, just understand that the Ear-Nose-Throat and gastrointestinal consequences will be Biblical. My husband made the same mistake... will confirm how he feels once he emerges from the bathroom. Other notes: the slaw is somewhat sweet but good. The Mac and cheese is not worth getting. Service- I was not impressed because they did not have a lot of customers and they were not busy and we had to wait about 30 minutes to receive our one order of #3. It took over 20 minutes to get my food. I was hungry and would appreciate if they give me heads up that they are gonna take that long so I can decide if I should wait or go some place else. Just want to give a shout out to Angel for being an amazing person. He was able to get our catering order out in 15 mins. It was so last min but he made it happened. We had a small halloween luncheon last min. I was driving by at 930am. I saw the sign said open so I walked in. He saw me and said they were closed until 11am but he still helped me anyways. I've been here many times. I absolutely love their marinade and spices on the chicken. It's normally crispy outside and quite juicy on the inside. Welp they just lost a customer for life. Whoever this "supervisor" Angel (if that's his real name) is definitely a piece of work. I've been here many times and never had any issues. After an 18 hour day at the studio I was excited to get Angry chickz on my way home. I called to put in an order. A girl picked up, I placed my single meal easy order... then she asked if I could hold on for a second and Angel then picked up. He restarted the conversation. Ok... I started placing my order again and he interrupts me saying if it's more than one item then I need to pay over the phone. I told him I'm driving and on my way there already and he cuts me off saying he needs to take payment over the phone. I said it's one meal + a side. He said that's fine. But if it's more than one item I need to pay over the phone. At this point I'm annoyed and say never mind. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said he's the supervisor and that was it. I started telling him that I've been coming there for years (you can see the previous 5 star review I left years ago) and I've never had anyone there speak to me like that. He cuts me off again saying he's not going to argue with me, he's there to take orders. Have a GREAT (sarcastically) night and hangs up. Unfortunately the ball was dropped for me on this one, and I probably wouldn't come again. My friend and I each ordered the combo #1 of the two sliders. Food was ready in about 10 mins for both of us. I ordered mild spice for both sliders. My first slider tasted like mild spice, but the chicken was extremely stringy to the point where I couldn't finish the slider. My second slider tasted like medium spice, but this one had a more tender chicken slice and I was able to finish this one. It was disappointing that they weren't consistent, and my friend said her chicken was stringy as well. We liked the fries - they were on the soggy side but we both like soggy fries, so if that's not your thing then here's your heads up! read more

Today we were helped by the Sophia and she was really friendly and helpful while ordering and asking more questions about the menu, definitely love the fries compared to other Chicken sandwich shops which is a plus and why we always head over from the northridge area!
