Got vegetable stir fry with beef, mild plus. Unfortunately there was nothing special here. Stir fried vegetables. Brown sauce with added MSG coating the contents. Curries (e.g. green curry) with a good amount of added sugar on top of coconut milk (ok if like your curries sweet). White rice. Most if not all dishes stir fried or deep fried. All have msg. Not saying good or bad, just know this before going. This was your typical take out thai restaurant. Service was fast. Just not that good or what I was in the mood for. Interior was nothing special. One other couple eating beside us during dinner time.

I'd rate this restaurant 3.5 stars, but for me it is closer to 3 stars than 4. My experience is based on a lunch takeout order during the week with a coworker. As an appetizer, I ordered the crab rangoon, which was really tasty. It wasn't too greasy and I could taste the crab meat inside. Water chestnuts also added more texture to the filling. They were not the typical shape - they were shaped like dumplings, which was interesting. At 6/$6, they are a decent value. For my entree, I ordered lad na. Unfortunately, they used dried noodles instead of fresh. That's not the end of the world by any means, but this dish tastes so much better with fresh noodles. The gravy was a little on the salty side, but pretty tasty. However, the dish was heavy on the garlic...I ended up picking a lot of it out. On the plus side, there was a pretty generous amount of broccoli and beef. The beef didn't taste super fresh, but also not old. Portion size was good and overall it was a good value for the money I paid. My friend enjoyed her pad Thai - I didn't try any, so I can't personally speak to how good it was. So overall not bad, but my favorite Thai in Troy is still Orchid Cafe on Square Lake Rd.

Very tasty food. Their version of crab cheese was good. They are a busy local business and deserve patience. Portions are large as many reviews mention before.

I came across this gem because my current Thai restaurant has gone downhill. They shrank the portions raised the prices, and the food became bland. Anyways I found this place. It is still pretty close to my house, so I decided to try it for the first time. I found this place on Yelp, it is in a strip mall in front of Walmarts, so my expectations were low going in. I don't know the lady that greeted me and waited on me. She was super friendly. I ordered the Pad Thai Chicken, which came out quickly for a Friday night. And I was also impressed with the amount of food I got. I usually do not need a to-go box. Well, let's face it, I am a fat @ss! Lol. The food was delicious, and this will be my new go-to Thai place. Also, another point that I need to point out is that they thanked me for my business. I don't need someone to tell me that, but it is nice to hear. Anywho you should check this place out if you have not.

Outstanding selection of AUTHENTIC Thai dishes...I love how you are allowed to control your spice level...The portion sizes are very large and can easily be split with two people...

Came here for lunch the other day and was seated quickly with a glass of water placed before sitting down. There wasn't a page dedicated to lunch specials but instead, there were two columns (one-lunch, second-dinner prices). I was hoping to see minched chicken spicy basil on the menu, but didn't see it and asked if it was available but it was not, so I decided to order the drunken noodles with chicken. After placing our order, they gave us a cup of hot and sour soup, which had a kick to it and a lot of black pepper. The coated my throat with the spice, so I really couldn't tell my noodles were spicy (I asked for medium spice). I was shocked when the plate of noodles arrived and wondered if they gave me the dinner portion. The noodles were piled on and a ton of it! My friend ordered the basil fried rice, which was also served on a huge plate and plenty of left overs for the next couple of days. Only downside to my dish was it was pretty oily and not enough spice for being medium level. Definitely will be back to try other dishes. Service was great-quick and friendly.

Very Clean Restaurant, Great Service! Presentation and Overall Appearance was brilliant. My plate looked beautiful! The main Entrée was soaked in oil, and had limited meat. My partners looked watered down and tasted bland. They took a chance on unique shaped shell for the crab cheese, but it left much to be desired with little cheese within. I will be chugging down some hot water when I get home. I can feel the grease coating my throat.

First time here, I chose 2 dishes to try - T5 Gra Pow Moo Krob (spicy crispy pork with basil) and SF8 Pad Prik Khing (chicken with green beans) - both absolutely delicious and so fresh! I also got spring rolls and hot and sour soup, both of which were pretty good. The chef Ta was so nice, she heard I never had Gra Pow Moo Krob and wanted to know what I thought of it. She explained that it's a popular street food in Thailand, people go up to the carts and eat this specific dish. I thought it was such a nice touch that she wanted to check in with me as it was my first time dining there. I told her the Pad Prik Khing she made was the best I'd ever had, while the Gra Pow Moo Krob was definitely going on my list of favorite dishes. Second time here, my fiancé and I got N1 Chicken Pad Thai and T4 Khana Moo Krob (crispy pork with broccoli and kale) - both dishes were refreshing, light, and cooked perfectly. Each came with soup again but we switched out Hot and Sour for the Chicken Tom Yum, which was very good! Honestly, this had to be the best Pad Thai we've had here in Michigan. We gave our compliments to the chef as we finished our meal. The decorations are minimalist and I think the tables come from a Joe's Crab Shack - it's fun to read the blurbs on each one. If you're thinking of stopping by, save me a seat because I hope this restaurant becomes busy but not packed as I need my weekly fix!

To start, we got moo krob (deep fried pork belly) which is the Thai version of Chinese siu yook. I have to say, I like siu yook so much more - it's a lot more flavorful having been marinated with five spice and served with delicious sweet hoisin sauce for dipping. The pork here was bland and the sauce (fish sauce based) was pretty one note. For my entree, I got rad na (rice noodles with gravy, Chinese broccoli, carrots, and choice of meat - I got pork) which was one of the best I've ever had! They used fresh rice noodles and sautéed it properly to give it the "wok hei" (wok-seared flavor). The gravy was deep and flavorful and the portion size was very good. If everything else was as good as my entree, I'd give this restaurant 5 stars. Unfortunately, my mom's Kao mun gai (steamed chicken with rice and "special sauce") was awful. She asked if the dish had any spice because she can't do spicy, and the server said no, so she decided she'd try it. The chicken was way overcooked and dry, with no flavor at all. The sauce, the only thing providing flavor and moisture, was spicy so that she couldn't eat it. We asked if there was any sauce she could get instead that wasn't spicy, and they said no, but they can give us a bottle of soy sauce. So my mom used some of that, and also took some of my rad na gravy. But because the chicken was so dry and bland, it was beyond saving. My dad got the Thai basil fried rice, mild spice. It was definitely hotter than other Thai restaurants' mild, and my dad said the spice overwhelmed the other flavors. I tried some of it and it was not bad, but nothing remarkable. They told us that traditionally, it's served with the rice on the side, which was strange to me because then it's not fried rice - it's sautéed meat and veggies with rice on the side. I am curious about how some of the other dishes taste here, but it's a shame that 3/4 of the things we ordered were mediocre to downright bad. While I enjoyed my entree, I felt bad my parents didn't enjoy their food.
