I haven't yet been to Bangkok since they moved to Saco, but the last few times we went to the Pool Street location we would always end up waiting for at least 20 minutes past the supposed pick-up time... usually with many others. The quality was never terrible, but also nowhere near the quality of when they first opened up. We've personally started going to ThaiME and have liked it much more. They seem very nice and it's still decent Thai if you're hankering and you're close, I would just plan on waiting a bit for it, even if you order in advance. read more

We ordered take-out today, and it was excellent. We ordered the Spicy Pad Thai with shrimp, Drunken Noodles with shrimp, and Spicy Basil with chicken. Everything was flavorful and tasted fresh. The only complaint is that it wasn't spicy enough. I didn't let that affect my rating because I like everything (especially Thai food) to melt my face off. Next time, I will request it to be extra Thai hot. Overall, I recommend this restaurant and will be back at least two times a month. read more

Really wanted to like this place. I have been here 5 times now. Every single time the order has been messed up. The owner is very nice and always gives us a free entree the next time. The food has good flavor but leaves you feeling like junk. Extremely greasy and oily. The food is also expensive. When you get fried rice, lo mein, etc., you get a choice of beef, pork, shrimp, etc. The beef, chicken, and pork have absolutely no seasoning. We really wanted to like this place. The owner was very nice so that's a definite plus. That's kind of where the positives end. We ordered chicken wings with sauce on the side (glad we got it on the side as you will see). We also got the wrapped shrimp appetizer which was pretty good. My husband got drunken noodles with shrimp. I got Pad Se Ew chicken. Both of our plates had over cooked noodles to the point of being mushy. My chicken was tough and both dishes were overly sweetened. The sauce on the side for our wings had a fly in it. Which really affected my appetite because I was wondering what else might have a fly in it. We of course brought the sauce back and let the owner know. It would have been nice for an apology at least but over all he was still nice. All in all...we would not go back. Btw if you do plan to go, use google for the address because the restaurant is located in Saco not Beddiford. We are so happy to have really good Thai 10 minutes away. We also appreciate that they make everything in house and with fresh ingredients. Tom Yum and Tom Kha soups are very flavorful. The Crab Rangoon was tasty. A delicate blend of crab and cream cheese. Mango fried rice, a nice blend of fruity and salty. We also had a crispy duck dish with vegetables that was delicious. Inconsistent. Here's what happened: we ordered take out once and had a delicious experience! Everything was hot, fresh, and so yummy. Due to our first great dinner, we ordered take out again and everything had plummeted. The Pad Thai lacked luster, taste, and sauce. The Pad See Ewe was well... eww. There were hardly any veggies, the chicken tasted and looked like white rubber, and... there was tofu bits in it (which was a mistake, most likely, but gross nonetheless). Our appetizers were less than appealing and all cold. Ordered delivery crab Rangoon's, Orange chicken, Tom kha, spicy fried rice, dumplings and summer rolls. Literally every single thing was incredible, and perfectly cooked. This is also a place where they aren't afraid to up the spice level to whatever you ask. It's clear that they put their hearts into their cooking at Bangkok Kitchen. Best Thai food I've had in Maine and rivals those in the Boston area. Lots of duck in the Ginger duck, not all vegetables. Crispy Crab Rangoon made with Maine crab that you can actually taste, unlike most that taste only of cream cheese and onion. Very good Pad Thai and Beef Masaman. The order was really fast and ordering was easy, the food was a little on the bland side for my liking, I had the pho and the meat wasn't really tender, no fresh basil or anything like I usually see when I order, kind of just tasted like chicken broth. We ordered the chicken pad Thai, papaya salad with sticky rice, tom yum shrimp soup, and wonton soup with a spice level of 2/5 (5 being the hottest.). The over all taste of the dishes were okay, BUT everything was pretty much inedible because unless you're an Arsonist, all the dishes were way too spicy. We are new to Biddeford and we drive past this place all the time. It doesn't look like much from the outside but we love Thai food so we thought we'd give it a try. Everything we ordered was amazing! Pad Thai, chicken satay, chicken and cashews, and pineapple chicken fried rice. The food was so fresh it felt like they picked and cut the vegetables just for us. The containers were so full I don't think they could have squeezed another grain of rice in them.
