Since my last review 5 years ago, we've been back maybe a dozen times between sit-down eating and ordering to-go. Food has been consistently delicious and satisfying. My gripe is that there is a clear difference in the amount of food you get when you order lunch for sit down and to-go. Sit down lunch will leave you full while the to-go order will leave you still hungry. On the lunch menu, it describes the dishes will include rice, an egg roll, and soup. This is true if you sit down to eat. When ordering to-go, you will only receive the entrée and egg roll. I thought it was a one time fluke when I first ordered to-go but it has been this way for every to-go order I've done. My advice is to come here for a sit-down meal to get the most value. If you want to order lunch to-go, be sure to order extra food so you don't leave hungry. I may just start ordering the dinner size for lunch as it's not much more expensive. read more

We had the Bangkok Sampler, Green Curry with combination meat (mild spice), and the Chicken Pad Thai. I've been to many different Thai food restaurants and this is the restaurant that completely had me hooked on Thai food. I decided to give this restaurant a shot because I wanted to try something different and Thai food has never really been something I would go out of my way for because none of the places I've been to hit the spot. But this one did & I am so impressed! I really enjoyed their food. The noodles were cooked perfectly Al dente. The flavor of the pad Thai was perfect and it was not overpoweringly sweet or sour. We ordered the curry to be mildly spicy, which I think was the lowest, and I gotta say it was pretty darn spicy lol. My boyfriend has a higher tolerance to spice than I do, and he even admitted it was pretty strong for him too. But the flavors were so good! I don't know how I didn't hear about this place sooner! As a Phoenix local my whole life who misses a lot of the thai places that have closed over the years (such as pink pepper on Bell and 7th, etc. I find it increasingly hard to find good Thai food. For me this means not just tasting like they wanted to make it spicy with too much pepper flake, but really having multiple flavors shine through the hot, and also being able to provide something truly spicy. Despite my insane human talent to literally drink pure capsacin, I feel like when I walk into a Thai place and order my heat rating a 5-6 out of 5, places look at this unassuming white girl and think 'yeah, right' but nah, this place did me proud. I ordered the spicy noodle with beef hot as I could get it. Not only was my food delicious, fresh and delightful, but it was also hot enough to make me feel fear again. I haven't had a rough time getting through the hotness of a dish since I was like 9, but now, in a nostalgic sort of way, I got to feel that again. What a rush. Going back this week. It was blobs of very much boiled noodles that were very overcooked, and it was in a broth, and the vegetables were not pan fried they were probably boiled. Decent Thai food. Not super impressed, but it was cheap! They get a lot of Grubhub orders so it'd be worth ordering for delivery service. If you're going to eat out though I'd try another place. This restaurant is a hidden gem. It's tucked into a dumpy strip mall but don't let the looks fool you. This place has excellent food. We went at about 4pm on a Friday and were the only customers. I got the Pad Woon Sen with chicken which was absolutely delicious. My daughter got the Panaang Curry with tofu which she really enjoyed too. With my meal I got the Thai iced tea and it is great. The waitress was very nice and the food came out quick. We will DEFINITELY be returning. read more

My coworkers and I ordered takeout for lunch at work. They have pretty good lunch specials where you get an entree with an egg roll and rice. I ordered the yellow curry and you had your option of protein to add on. I chose tofu. The curry was sooooo good. It had a ton of tofu in it plus big chunks of potato and carrots in it. Came here for lunch with some coworkers. I ordered the Pad Thai. The food was subpar but what really made my experience bad was the giant, rat-sized roach that came out of nowhere and scurried across the floor. The owner picked it up with his bare hands and said "I'll take care of him" without any apology. Still charged us fully for the overcooked, mushy food even after the roach debacle. We are regulars here, the staff are always cheerful and helpful. We've tried the Pineapple Curry, which is my new favorite. It's packed with flavor and slight heat. I also love their Pad See Ew, with sauce that just makes the dish come together. My hubby is a fan of Sweet and Sour chicken, their Basil Thai fried rice and Pad Thai, which are all yummy. Their pot stickers are delicious. My asks: (1) I do wish their summer rolls were less lettuce and more shrimp and more flavorful. This is some of the best Thai food I have had! The egg rolls were some of the best I ever had, including ones with pork or chicken. They were light and delicious. The Mee Grob was also delicious and came with shrimp and fried tofu. Both the PAD Thai with shrimp and Sweet Basil entree with beef were very good, as well. We ordered on Uber Eats. Chicken Pad Thai, fresh rolls and steamed dumplings. The Pad Thai was not horrible but edible, however lacking in the flavor department. The fresh rolls were not fresh. They were stiff and fell apart apart after a couple bites. Not soft and pliable as they should be. They also were 95% iceberg lettuce, zero protein. The peanut sauce was on point tho! The steamed dumplings were not steamed, they were fried and dried out. The edges cracked like crackers would do. I called the establishment to make them aware of the mistake on the dumplings and the lady was talking to another customer while on the phone with me. I didn't not feel like she cared at all. No big deal. We will not be ordering from them anytime soon and if you choose to support this business, I recommend going to pick up the food and checking it before you leave. read more

We ordered the chicken with peanut sauce, the red curry and the pad Thai all three were great. Our favorite was the pad Thai with chicken. As far as spice goes order at least the medium because their mild has barely no heat. Their restaurant was cute not too loud pretty intimate. Service was great.
