    Orange Chicken with white rice

I ordered the chicken egg rolls, #63 The Queen's Fried Rice, and an iced tea. My friend had the Crab Rangoons and the Orange Chicken. The chicken egg rolls were some of the best I have ever had!! The Queens Fried Rice had a curry taste with cashews and pineapple. Plus I have never had raisins in a fried rice dish before! They were surprisingly good. It could have used a bit more flavor but it was yummy and refreshing. The orange chicken was battered and fried but kind of bland with not much orange flavoring.

    Banana bites

This was the worst food I have ever eaten. Stale cold and the banana bites were made with old brown bananas. Pad see ew. Had no flavor whatsoever Wonton soup was disgusting and wilted.

Great neighborhood spot! Delicious food with a great kick. As someone who loves spicy food, I would order a 4 on their spice scale next time instead of the 5! We tried the vegetable spring rolls, the fresh rolls with shrimp, the Tom Kha soup, and the panang curry! Everything was great!

This is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants to go to. I am obsessed with Thai food and for many years I have been coming here mostly on girl days spent with my mom and sister. But I have visited countless other times with other family, putting friends on and with my foodie husband. There isn't a dish that isn't good. The servers here have always been so sweet and awesome throughout the years. You can tell it's important that they show you a good experience. Best part this place is never packed so you never have to wait for a table. Many good means eaten here.

Make room for dessert... it's worth it! Coconut Ice Cream with Fried Banana!!

This is one of the best hole in the wall restaurants I love coming to, such a quiet, peaceful, delicious food!!! My go to's are always "Tom kha" soup with chicken as a protein, you can always choose your spice level, Pad thai (YUMMY) & All their curry's are the best!! Service is very nice and fast, it is a family owned restaurant and super homey vibes! Everyone is so sweet, specially the owners! This is my go to place! Come check it out for yourself, you WILL come back!

Honestly so good!!! I don't know why I haven't tried them sooner they are so close by me! I got the chicken pad Thai and it's the best I've tried since moving here from Seattle! I have tired so many Thai places and have not like 1! And this was good! Wasn't too dry had flavor had bean sprouts and onions on top!! I got a mild spice level and was worried it wouldn't be spicy at all but it was perfect ! The curry was really good my boyfriend end up eating it because it was very very spicy we got a medium spice level but the one taste was good next time I will be a ordering a mild spice level!

Sweet basil chicken that had maybe two ounces of chicken.

I used to love this place so much. Placed a takeout order tonight and was shocked that I paid $14 for maybe two ounces of chicken. Will not be ordering from here again.

We had the best dinner here Saturday night! This was our first time eating here and it was great! The food was amazing, fresh, flavorful, beautiful presentation. The service was courteous, friendly, attentive and speedy. The atmosphere was fun and great ambiance and decor. We really had a wonderful time and we could not have been more pleased with everything there. We will for sure be back to enjoy dinner again and sharing this place with family and friends. They are also social distancing, wearing masks and we wore our masks.

I tried the beef noodle soup which has soft tender beef, bouncy noodles, little mustard greens, bok choy and broth with a tiny kick. For appetizers has the popcorn chicken with real pieces of chicken and not just batter. I love the crispy basil pieces in it. Fish cakes was good too which is like a salty tasting mochi-like appetizer. Lu Wei was also good with marinated seaweed, boiled egg and braised tofu. Yummy! And of course I paired it with a Jasmine green milk tea with boba and also got a chocolate boba. They started to get busy to a cozy spot. Service was good. They should put some tables outside to accommodate more in dining seating. Overall delicious and would come back!

They've only been open for 5 months and having intelligently kept the menu tight so they can execute every item well. On this visit, we were welcomed with a warm hello! We decided to order the popcorn chicken with Thai basil, Gua Bao (now called Bao Buns on the or newest menu), spicy wontons, and green milk tea w/boba. While we were waiting, a group of Taiwanese customers entered the cafe and their conversation instantly warmed my heart. To hear Taiwanese mandarin like this was not something I had expected when I moved from SoCal to Phoenix 18 years ago. Onto the food: perfect popcorn chicken with DARK meat! Well seasoned, and not overly battered. The Gua Baos were the STARS of this visit. Soft and warm steamed bread encased perfectly braised thick pork belly slices. The addition of pickled veggies and sugared peanut powder told me the owners are DEFINITELY Taiwanese. Every bite was perfectly balanced with salty, sweety, umami flavors. The spicy wontons were good as well, although the skins seemed a little thicker than I am used to. The sauce was garlicky deliciousness. Their green milk tea was flavorful and perfect at 50% sweet, with light ice. The boba was on the larger side and probably had been sitting for a while, as they weren't as chewy they should be. Next time, will try their custard pudding add-on! I'm so happy to have stumbled upon a gathering place for Taiwanese nationals in Phoenix! So grateful for Owl Owl's presence and I hope they continue to expand their menu and keep their standards high. Looking forward to our next visit, where we'll try their heartier fare, like the bowls and beef noodle soup!

Quite the opposite here, I have been a long time customer of this particular location and I've always had an amazing experience with the food as well as excellent service from the staff over the years. I usually have the Pork Tonkatsu ramen, Katsu sando, and Krazy Fries and everyday I'm away from Phoenix I CRAVE these so badly. Amazing and ambitious flavor combos that all fit so well together. Couldn't recommend this place harder

It does not have any thick, rich broth but the broth that taste like packet. Unfortunately, I felt little scammed that their tonkotsu uses a broth without pork bone. But their response was that their ramen is not traditional (why use the name tonkotsu then? It should be named differently????) Other the menu item misleading, the kimchi did not taste like kimchi either. This is basically like Pei wei or PF Chang type place, overly Americanized Asian food spot. The Krazy fries were good, but way too salty. Overall, this spot uses extra sodium in all of their menu. I usually don't drink a lot of water but I had 2 cups of water and still I felt so salty. Waited 20 minutes for a refill, which we failed to get. So we left. Still tipped 15%.

The place was buzzing with loud electronic music and tons of people dining -- I think because the ceiling is so high the noise is amplified. Because it was so busy it took a while for the server to come over but he did with waters which was nice but then the menus are all on QR codes -- which is annoying because it is hard to look at everything and because the menu is very confusing it would have been nice to see everything on paper. The menu is confusing because the selections are very odd -- I thought it was a mexican-asian/sushi fusion restaurant -- which I guess it is but it was still really hard to create the best food experience when I couldn't see everything available. My friend was hungry so she immediately put in an order for calamari and I was being called to order the blood orange margarita slushie. When the margarita came it was like nothing I have ever seen before. It looked more like a milkshake or like a creamsicle. I dove in thinking it would be too sweet but it was actually quite delicious and I sucked it back in a second! Also I put in an order for the edamame which sounded really good in the description -- "woodfired" and spicy miso butter -- but when they came they were really spicy and the woodfired element was making me cough, strangely enough -- I couldn't finish them! Finally after waiting forever we got the drinks and apps. It then took another 15 minutes to order our food. Again it was busy and my friend and I were catching up so it wasn't a big deal. We wanted a fairly light dinner so we just ordered one roll -- the Fuego, which had yellowtail and a whitefish, chili, cilantro and cucumber plus a pico de gallo on top -- it was very flavorful -- although a bit spicy for those who are spice wimps like me. Overall, thought it was a good meal but wasn't blown away.
