For us because of our crazy schedule we are so appreciative of the fact they are open late ( midnight during the week & later on weekends) They have saved us from having to eat random fast food drive thru on quite few nights that we have worked later than expected. Everything we have ordered from here has been really delicious and the portions are plentiful. When we.have ordered dinner we are guaranteed enough for lunch the next day. We recommend the chicken pineapple fried rice and the beef teriyaki with noodles but be careful when you order Thai and they want you to pick the sice level. I wanted to like it so bad as I was craving ramen. The broth was warm but there were MULTIPLE chunks of noodles stuck together that were hard. The flavor was kind of bland and very oily. The Macaroni just didn't make anything better unfortunately. The noodles definitely were way undercooked, very dry, and little to no flavor. Comments in prior Yelp reviews question why it is so empty. It does have about ten tables half of which can seat eight. If it is a restaurant, it is self-serve. Self-serve included take out containers for your left overs (under where the cash register is) Chop Sticks (on the table) spoons and forks (same place as the chopsticks) and so on. If you sit down and do not participate in the self-serve menu program, they will bring you one. There are three levels of hot, should you help yourself to inquire. If you always have enjoyed spicy hot food, and eat it so hot others can't, get level two. On a return visit, ordering level three is unthinkable. . The noodles in the Chicken Pad Thai were tender. The texture was firm, and there was a nice assortment of vegetables. There were not self-serve fortune cookies. This is really a takeout place. The service is reluctant. The men's rest room was clean, but had an odd chemical odor. The exhaust fan was running but the air was thick with the smell. . Little Asia is in the Fry's shopping center. You cannot see it from Cactus Road. If you face Fry's it will be on your left. The Pad Thai all told was $16.66 including tip. I tried to get a printed receipt. They avoided me. 2 stars bc it looked fairly clean and one of the workers was actively cleaning the floor when we walked in. There was no one in here around 12:30 on a Saturday. I thought it was odd as the parking lot seemed pretty busy. It is in a strip mall though. The nice thing is that they have lunch specials even on a Saturday. I had no idea what to get. Kiddo wanted orange chicken. I asked if the Thai noodles were good and they said yes. No and no. We disliked both. Sorry but I'm glad I didn't drive far for it. It's probably my fault that I assumed "Thai noodles" would be flat rice noodles not chow mein noodles, and I didn't even ask. Maybe they had a picture somewhere and I wasn't paying attention. I didn't look at the pics of all the food here before stopping in. There was basically almost no flavor in either item. Every time I eat here, it's like eating home cooked meals. You can see everything being cooked in front of you. I've gotten a variety of sushi rolls, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, peanut curry, Thai pineapple fried rice. One of my favorites is the peanut curry with chicken and then the Alaska sushi roll. Had high hopes it would be good for my 1st time here but soon as I walk in I felt like I was being discriminated against got some weird looks from the staff, waited to order and for some reason 3 of the 4 things I asked about they were "all out" finally settled on some orange chicken after ordering I sat at a table and seen 2 cockroaches one climbed up the table and while that was happening I can notice the employees glance at me and make remark to each other that were obviously about me. I recently ordered takeout for the first time from little asia and I'm still thinking about it because yes, it was that good. I got a small Chicken Teriyaki plate and a small plate of Orange Chicken, and right off the bat the presentation blew me away for a takeout spot, the care they put into plating the dishes was beyond impressive neat, vibrant, and honestly some of the best presentation I've ever seen from a takeout restaurant. Flavor-wise, both dishes were packed with bold, satisfying tastes. The Chicken Teriyaki had that perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet, with tender chicken and a beautifully glazed finish. But the real standout for me was the Orange Chicken... I'm usually cautious with this dish since it tends to be overly sweet at most places, but not here! The sauce had a bright, tangy flavor that brought real depth and balance. Beyond the food, the service was incredibly fast and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. You can tell they care about what they're doing, and it shows in every aspect from the packaging to the warm customer interaction. This place is the definition of a hidden gem. This was my first time trying Hawaiian food and I have to say I honestly think I was given the wrong dish. I ordered the Lemongrass Chicken which did say spicy in the menu was very overwhelming with cayenne pepper heat and it tasted like there was maybe oysters or oyster sauce in the meal which was not listed. It was very tasty and it was a very different experience with the new aromas. The sticky rice was on point!!! We ordered a few different appetizers and they were all so delicious and fresh!! I will say the sweet and sour sauce needs a different recipe it mostly tasted like water and wasn't as tangy as you'd hope to pair along with a veggie spring roll. My favorite dish from this visit was definitely the chicken dumplings, you have to ask for the dumpling sauce it is like a seasoned soy sauce. You'll thank me later!! As for service, the staff was not wearing hair nets or a uniform it was very casual like a tshirt and basketball shorts. Looked a little unprofessional and some of the silverware up front was sticky and not clean. I hope to revisit soon with better service and maybe get the correct order at least. They offer sushi, Hawaiian big plates, Thai soups, ramens, mohinga (Burmese fish noodle soup), rice dishes, noodle dishes, American Chinese and MORE! It's not a fancy place but it seems sparkling clean. It looks like you order at the counter and pay type of place so that is what we did. Other people that came in after us just sat themselves and the girl behind the counter waited on them so I think it rolls either way? We shared three dishes. Chicken dumplings - TASTY but greasy. Mohinga (fish noodle soup) - I am not an expert on Burmese cuisine so I don't know if this is a lighter, thinner style with less texture or just not taken as far comparing to the other ones I've tried. Spicy chicken fried rice - large generous portion. #3 heat is REALLY HOT! fresh food. Not very flavorful just HOT! There is so much on the menu. I don't know their sweet spots. We had lunch here on Mother's Day, my daughter had visited late last month and she said she loved the sushi and the ramen. I was a little hesitant but it did not disappoint. The sushi was delicious and the food was just as good. For appetizers we had the pot stickers, crab rangoons and jalapeño poppers (must try!) Sushi we had the Hawaiian roll, Spicy tuna roll, Vegas and Philly. The purple rice adds a little tang, we loved it. We also had Orange Chicken and the Malaysian fried noodles, I was expecting more of an udon noodle but these noodles were very tasty. Service was as expected for only 2 people working, they were both very polite and the food and sushi was worth the wait. First and last time ordering from this place. Tried based on reviews. First mistake. Ordered beef teriyaki ($1.00 extra) got chicken which was nothing special. Orange chicken was just plain awful and soggy. Tasted more like a sorry sweet and sour sauce. Cream cheese rangoons should be called rangoons only since the cream cheese was virtually nonexistent. Grilled really well and juicy, I loved it. Good sticky icky rice. Easily the best cream cheese rangoons I've ever had. Fried perfect and the cream cheese was so creamy, man they were good. I scarfed em. My partners had the tonkatsu, crunch roll and loco moco. They all said it was delicious. From what I tried, the loco moco was delicious and I loved the pork from the ramen. I woke up this morning thinking about Thai food. Having tried most of the offerings within a few miles, I googled Thai food and discovered a restaurant that I had never tried before that was real close. The website and the sign on the door said that it opened at 11AM. Well, at noon when we tried the door, it was locked. Nobody home! As we were getting into our vehicle, a man drove up and hurriedly unlocked and ran in. We contemplated just going elsewhere, but then, the open sign lit up, so we went in. We were seated and given menus and a few minutes later a female employee arrived. The man brought our normal water with lemon and took our order. My wife ordered the Pad See Ew with shrimp and I ordered the Drunken Noodles with pork. I had doubts, thinking that we were the first customers and thought about all the ingredients in these entrees and a cold grill. With a sizzle and flames visible while cooking, our orders arrived. I shouldn't have doubted! Both of our meals were great! We are fond of the Thai dishes with the flat noodles and these left nothing to be desired. We would definitely order them again. There are more Japanese items and Sushi on the menu, but also a good assortment of Thai items. We aren't fond of cold sushi items and really have no experience with Japanese food, but maybe we will try it at a later date. Many Thai restaurants offer condiments like hot oil, Chile sauce and pepper flakes. This one has a bottle of Sriracha sauce and packets of soy sauce at each table, which was acceptable for us. We had to refill our own water glasses at a soda, water and ice dispenser on the wall. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were good. read more

We saw a new Asian restaurant and thought we'd try it since we LOVE Asian food. When we walked in we grabbed a menu and saw so many items we were interested in that we actually talked about having to come back numerous times to try it all. We ordered nearly $70 of food. (warning: you must order, pay AND tip BEFORE getting your food - and we left a generous tip only to discover we had to go get our own drinks, any refills, condiments, eating utensils and napkins, so all they do is bring the food out to the table). In the end, we ended up leaving most of the food on the table barely touched. It was terrible. The Mohinga soup is advertised as having Tilapia and Samon in it but, when it came to the table, it looked, smelled and tasted horrible. The person who ordered the soup tasted it and couldn't taste OR smell the cilantro or lemongrass (which, if you've ever had lemongrass, is impossible) and couldn't even taste the fish, though thought the soup smelled like the fish was past is prime. It was also the color of mud instead of being a rich, deep red color like Mohinga usually is. We couldn't eat any of it. We went to speak to the employee about it and he seemed indifferent to the fact that we were highly dissatisfied. The Sushi was bland and dry. The fish/eel is sliced SO thin that it was barely there and you could hardly taste it. (Since you'd pay the same price at a proper sushi shop, there should be a comparable amount.) The fried shrimp inside was minimal on the shrimp and more breading than anything. It was also cold and very hard. I doubt any of the sushi is freshly made. The Garlic Shrimp Fried Noodles was edible but, again, very bland and underwhelming. Crab Rangoons were ok, but the dipping sauce given to us was so cold that, by the time we warmed it up enough to be usable, the Rangoons themselves were cold. After spending nearly $70 at the restaurant for inedible food, we ultimately had to stop somewhere else on the way home to grab some edible food. That's just ridiculous. We're so disappointed. We won't be back and cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone else. read more

This restaurant (Little Asia Cuisine) had recently opened and I was curious to try it given the lack of nearby Asian restaurants in the Glendale area. I am glad to have finally tried it out today. I tried the Miso Soup Ramen ($9.49) with the Cream Cheese Rangoon ($3.99). Both were delicious and of excellent value! Everything was handmade with care and came out from the kitchen quickly (you can see your food actually being made while you wait). The service was good and to the point (those that prefer more interaction akin to a dine-in server may be turned off as one has to grab their own utensils, napkins, and sauces should they decide to dine in like I had). I definitely will be a regular here though for the food alone. read more
