It was easy to call and book an appointment on the same day. I booked for a 90 min deep tissue massage and it was just a Swedish massage with more pressure and some elbow work. I had to ask my masseuse if this was a deep tissue massage and she said yes. I had to tell her to focus on my right shoulder to unknot the knots. That's when she finally whipped out a tiger balm and started working on my neck and shoulders. I walked into this Thai massage with a lot of back pain from what I assumed was a pulled muscle. I set the appointment at 11:30, but they were accommodating and let me go in earlier than my scheduled time. I chose the deep tissue massage to help relieve the pain. All I can say is, do not underestimate how strong the masseuse is haha. She provided me a head to toe massage and even pulled off some stretching/therapy that my previous chiropractor would do. Luckily i was able to get a masseuse that was able to give me satisfaction her name is IREAN. But not to be rude or disrespectful, the one they gave to my partner is an old lady that's not even half the size of my partner, i tried asking my masseuse if she can tell her colleague to do the same combo that she's doing to me but it seems like she can't understand me & refused. The masseuse that my partner can't barely massage him using her hand as she was really not fit for the size of my partner and had to use the handle bar so she can use her feet for the pressure. My partner never said anything during the process coz he doesn't want to be rude to the lady. After the massage i tried to msg the number that's posted in this page about our concern but WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AT ALL to AT LEAST SAY SORRY OR DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, given the fact that i told them in the first place to give us people that can do hard massage. I asked for a deep tissue massage and was sad to have experienced an oil sloshing and rubbing from my masseuse. I asked for her to press harder because I was extremely sore from getting back in the gym 2 days ago but was let down with my experience. In addition I wish my masseuse had cut her nails a little bit better because I left with some scratches that were a little less than desirable. Lastly, I hope going forward that my masseuse pours the oil onto her hands before putting it on someone's back because the oil was scalding hot and slightly uncomfortable which could've been avoided if it had touched her hands first.
