Delicious Bahn Mi sandwiches at this spot and they offer some delicious combo style sandwiches too that combine different types of meat. This is really fun and delicious, but can also be confusing on your palate. The marinated pork and steak bahn mi is fantastic, the sweetness of the pork is really tasty and perfectly countered by the savoriness of the beef. I also order the brisket pho, which was nothing to rave about. The broth was a little too sweet for my taste but it still hit the spot on a rainy day. The pho is also on the more expensive side and the portions don't justify the cost. They have a big open dining space with lots of seating and there's ample parking space. The food scene in Murfreesboro has had a gaping hole in it for years, and that was because there was nowhere to get a Banh Mi sandwich. Finally that hole has been filled and I could not be happier. Stopped by on a Friday night, it was relatively busy but the food came out very fast. It is set up where you order at the counter and they call your name when the food is ready, so no table-side service. We ordered the grilled beef Pho, a BBQ pork Banh Mi sandwich, some grilled Shrimp spring rolls and pork spring rolls. Every dish was excellent, but the Pho was the star of the show. The flavor complexity of the broth was amazing! It was savory but sweet and salty all at the same time, and the beef portions were huge. For dessert they have a wide assortment of French pastry as well as some more unique items such as mung beans mochi. We had an apricot croissant and the mochi and were very pleased with both. They have a large assortment of milk teas and coffee drinks that they make as well. Tried a brown sugar and matcha milk teas with boba and it was very good. If there was a zero star, I would choose it. I ordered Thai tea, grilled shrimp spring rolls, and beef pho. They were are nasty. The spring rolls were wrapped so ugly and the rice paper was really hard. I don't think they were fresh. Then, Thai tea came out...this is second time I had to get up from my table. Lastly, the pho came out. It was so oily looking and barely has any beef. I asked the cashier name Salina for more sriracha and hoisin, she didn't give them to me and said there was some on the side. I walked over to the side, there was none. I dont recommend this place. It was so expensive ($40) for 3 items, food was nasty, and you have to pick up your own food at the counter. The good: The place was super cute and clean. It looked like a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. My food tasted good. I just ordered a bahn mi, and it was tasty. The bread was fresh, and the pickled veggies had just the right amount of spice. The not so good: it was definitely expensive for what you get. I have normal size hands for a lady, and the bahn mi was as long as my hand. It was $10. If it had come with a decent amount of meat, I might have thought it was worth it, but it just had a few slivers of pork or chicken-I'm not sure which! I asked the girl taking my order what was her favorite, and she said the combination was one of her favorites, and that it had steak on it. Whatever I got definitely did not have steak on it, so I was disappointed that I paid extra for the combination. I ordered to-go and didn't realize this until I got home. Also, there were only a few people in there when I went, and the lady at the register seemed very stressed. One person seemed to be waiting a long time for something he ordered, and the lady in front of me ordered a tea and then was told they were out of black tea after she had ordered and paid. I waited about 15 minutes for my sandwich at a slow time of day. I'm honestly not sure I will come back. I was excited when this place opened on my side of town. But I think I will continue to drive an extra 10 minutes and get a larger bahn mi for $3-4 cheaper. read more

10/10 very good food and boba!!! Came here on a weekday after work, got two drinks, spring rolls and 2 Banh Mi sandwiches and they were fantastic. I am originally from San Francisco and it is nice to see another Asian place open up in the boro. The spring rolls were fantastic, the Banh Mi's were 10/10. Meat was flavorful, fresh veggies, and the bread was fresh and you can tell it was made in house. Don't understand the negative reviews but they just got another loyal customer. We tried the beef stew (pictured), steak and eggs, fried pork belly banh mi, and a couple appetizers. They all tasted phenomenal and fresh and the drinks tasted just as good! The staff were friendly and helpful with decisions and the cafe is a beautiful place, very cute decor. They also had a case of fresh pastries that looked delicious and various drinks and snacks for sale. We ended up throwing almost everything away except for the eggrolls, which were quite tasty. We got bbq chicken on our vermicelli bowl and banh mi. It was randomly an unappetizing shade of pink, clearly canned, and nothing about it tasted like bbq. The hot coffee drink took forever for them to make and ended up coming out iced. I heard about this restaurant recently and me and my Japanese girlfriends had a lunch there. I ordered Vietnamese ice coffee and BBQ pork Banh Mi. it was excellent! The bread was real French style baguette and meat and vegetables combination was so good. Coffee was four shots worth strong and flavorful Vietnamese style coffee and touch of half and half, condensed milk. Extremely overpriced. Paid 16.50 for a "Grilled chicken and eggrolls" vermicelli bowl. First of all when the menu states "Eggrolls" you expect more than one, but they only give one. Its not even a large eggroll, its a thin husk of an eggroll with barely any filling. Second the vermicelli is cold, nowhere on the menu does it state it is cold, but maybe that's just my misunderstanding. But the main gripe is the amount of food provided for $16.50, it is abysmal. If this bowl cost 7.95 then the portion would make sense, but not nearly 10 dollars more than that. Their "Thai sauce" is basically watered down thai chili sauce from a bottle. I paid for a water bottle but was given a cup of water. Honestly this place is not worth your time, money, patience, or even notice. Its tucked away in a strip mall behind a strip mall and its placement speaks volumes to its quality. Save yourself the hassle and eat anywhere else. read more
