Definitely a great addition to an outlet. Who ever owns this restaurant, they put some real effort out for customers to know where they're located. There's signs everywhere through out the outlet with their advertisement. Great job! Coming from up North, banh mi is a staple up here. While visiting my family, my mom told me they just opened a new Banh mi place at the outlet. I immediately knew what I wanted for lunch after shopping. It had a great atmosphere and vibe to it. I liked that a lot. Food - the beef and egg banh mi was good. I paid extra for pate and butter but didn't really think it was enough... I compared it to my sister's banh mi and it was the same amount and she didn't pay for extra. The bread was toasty and crispy. The beef is very tender. Meat/veggie ratio to bread was the perfect amount. The addition of the egg made the banh mi so good. My only complaint was the extra pate and butter. I expect it to be dripping out the bread if I'm paying $2 for extra... lol Spring rolls were good also. Plump and stuffed. Peanut sauce was good. I did also tried their Vietnamese coffee but wasn't a fan. It was too sweet for me and texture was like a smoothie. I'm sure that's just my preference because others might like it. New location of Banh Mi & Tea! I am so happy that they expanded a new location and gave some diversity to Miromor outlets. Here has a little outdoor seating area. Their banh mi were all very good. Lately I like the meatball one. It is very flavorful with pickled vegetables. Very good! My husband always get the summer rolls. They are light and refreshing. Just opened in Miromar Outlets! Their banh mi is so good!!! They make it fresh so there is about a 5 min wait. The pho was decent too given the location in an outlet mall. Portion and sizing is consistent with the quality. Theres also a full boba menu. Their thai tea was strong but definitely too sweet . I also got their passionfruit tea at 50% sweet and it was perfect. Overall, this is an excellent spot for boba and a quick bite when you're shopping. But also has other Vietnamese dishes if you want a full sit down meal. There is alot of seating outdoors and some indoors. read more

The food is really tasty! The sandwiches are not my favorite but the pho is nice! It took a while to get it even when calling ahead to place an order. The service was relatively fast! I prefer to eat outside to inside because the space can feel cramped and hot. They have a wide selection of food and drinks you can order. You will have to say your sweetness level and ice level because they do not ask you to they ask if you want boba (tapioca pearls) or not. I recommend the brown sugar milk tea! read more

Was excited to see a new Vietnamese place open in the area! It's located in the miromar outlets. Has cute boba decor, indoor and outdoor seating, lots of food/drink options including boba, bahn mi, pho, vermicelli bowls (which they call rice noodle salad). Tried the pork rice noodle salad and the pork bao buns, both very tasty and came out fairly quick. My only slight critique is I wish there was a shrimp option for the protein - you can order a side of shrimp but not have it be the main protein in the dish. This place is wonderful. My friend and I came on a whim and weren't sure what to expect. The menu is very diverse. The food was EXCELLENT! The portions were very generous. Flavors were fantastic! If you are looking for authentic Pho restaurant then this is not the place to come to. There's only ribeye and chicken meatball as a choice to select from. Broth was not flavorful, the noodles were too thick, and all the sauces came in packets. The topping selection was appropriate. read more
