    Oxtail pho soup

Really Great Pho Soup now they offer with Oxtails! The broth is from boiled oxtails which is really delicious and great! Me and my husband come here all the time and the servers are great employees as well always very attentive!

Bun Bo Hue / Vietnamese Spicy Noodle Soup

bun bo hue was so good. tasted like it was homemade!! Lots of meat and noodles. Viet Coffee was great too the service was great (quick and friendly).

Replaced my order of oxtail for this. Was disappointed no communication about substituted. No price change.

I ordered oxtail and I was given a bone with very little meat. I would have appreciated a call if they didn't have oxtail in stock. I paid extra for the oxtail. Was like a bait and switch.

Pho Bowl occupied the same location of Pho Plus, a transplant from a Cape Coral Vietnamese restaurant. The Pho Plus has been sold and under new management for some time. Last two weeks, we visited Pho Bowl twice. What a surprise! Gone are bookshelf structures behind the service. Two walls are painted with Vietnamese country side sceneries. It is simply brighter and livelier! A limited but good selection of Vietnamese food in the menu. Food is much better now! We ordered Spring Roll and Banh Mi Sandwich with their signature Ribeye Pho. They were delicious. The Taro Boba milk tea was scrumptious! The family run operation offered exceptional service! The price are reasonable.

Lots of seating at this no frills dining spot. The portions are mighty, service is good and the food is tasty. I aleays get the bun, which is a mix if vermicelli, sliced cucumbers, lettuce, carrots, some sort of meat, crushed peanuts, a dash a happiness and nuoc cham (fish sauce mix). I usually go for a mix of pork egg rolls and grilled pork bc pork is king. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the nuoc cham sauce was missing a little sumthin sumthin in flavor. It was still pretty good though. You can order the pho in small, medium and large. The large is gargantuan. I had the kids split a rice plate with grilled pork and egg roll. It also came with a small tasty small soup and the amount of meat was generous. It was more than enough food for two hungry boys. They also have bahn mi, and we ordered one to go. Decent Vietnamese. We left happy and full.

While waiting for my bowl of Pho, someone walked into the store and exclaimed, "I'm here for the best soup in town!" He is not lying. I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this place yet but it's the hands-down best Pho in town. My wife and a couple of friends have probably tried every Pho option in town and none compare to Pho Bowl. Their pho has such a deep, fulfilling flavor, high-quality meat and fresh veggies/produce. The No. 44 Steak and Meatball Pho is my go-to. Every time we head to Pho Bowl I always psych myself up to venture outside of the pho options but always end up with a heaping bowl of "the best soup in town." Additionally, the pho isn't the only good thing at Pho Bowl. Their Com (or rice) options are well executed. We've ordered their No. 34. A beautifully seasoned, juicy pork chop with a fried egg and pickled carrots and daikon salad. Not to mention their pork Banh Mi and chicken wings with a Vietnamese coffee to wash it all down. The point of the matter is if you're looking for the best quality Vietnamese food in SWFL I would 100% recommend this place. They have two locations, the original local in Fort Myers and they opened a second location in the Cape earlier this year. That's where you'll find me.

One was the large Pho with sirloin, brisket and chicken thighs in a beef broth. Lots of rice noodles. basil, bean sprouts and jalapeños. So yummy! Then we split the grilled pork and shrimp noodle bowl. Pieces of grilled pork and shrimp over veggies and vermicelli rice noodles and served with an egg roll. The sweet vinegar and carrot dipping sauce was excellent. Our friend had the grilled Swai Fish that had cabbage and veggies and was topped with a fried egg. He had cabbage instead of rice because of his special diet. Sue always helps us order and is a very pleasant server. There was also cicerones that were free with any soup order. Our friend loved that! We love the beautiful interior of this restaurant. The umbrellas and revolving lanterns, the TVs with aquarium creates a warm and friendly atmosphere different from most restaurants. We love Pho Bamboo and hope you have a chance to try it!

It's located in the same plaza as Sam's Club and there's a large parking lot out front. First off, right outside the restaurant are lush plantings, a trellis with bamboo, flowers, tin geckos on the tree and much more. And inside the decorations continue with birds, more bamboo, and greenery and lanterns etc. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We were here for a late lunch on a Saturday. They were busy when we first entered and people didn't stop coming in the whole time we were there. We started with a shrimp summer roll. As there were two rolls, it was perfect for sharing as we got one roll each. We both really liked the peanut sauce that came with the dish, too. We each got a banh mi sandwich. The grilled roast pork one with the veggies, but I left off the jalapeños and mayo on mine. It was cut in two pieces on a crusty French bread roll. We added some hoisin sauce (on the table along side the sriracha sauce) and chomped away. Just what we were in the mood for today. My husband had an iced jasmine tea to drink. Very light and refreshing. So happy we found this place. If it's cooler next time we are in this area, we will try their pho and bun options. This place is a keeper.

No chance of getting a hamburger there. So we finally decided to go to Mel's Diner! Here we can get whatever we want and a home cooked meal. Jason was our very knowledgeable and professional server. He suggested the chef's special-shrimp scallops and red snapper and a side of vegetable rice. At first I was hesitant because I expected something like you see in a Chinese Buffet. But this was actually very tasty and covered with a light sauce. It also came with soup or salad. Dave got the salad and I got the chicken noodle soup. I wanted matzoh ball soup but there was a $3 up charge for a cup. The soup should have been called chicken veggie with two noodles. Very disappointing. We opted to share an order of rice pudding and it was served in an ice cream sundae glass with whipped cream. Delish! Jason was extra attentive and made sure that we had refills and everything we needed. As always Mel's saved the day.
