Noodle Saigon is hidden away in a strip mall in North Naples. Went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. They have about a dozen or more lunch specials you can choose from, and each comes with your choice of white or brown rice and a salad. I had the tofu with mixed vegetables. It was in a very tasty garlic sauce and loaded with a variety of vegetables that were stir fried tender crisp. This would also be a good option for takeouI would definitely return again. read more

Had passed Noodle Saigon many times but never thought about eating there. Decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised how good the food was. We had the fried spring rolls to start. Very crispy and tasty. Ordered the rare beef pho and a seafood pho. The broth and ingredients were excellent. The only negative would be with the amount of beef in the rare beef pho. Very skimpy and wished it had more. If I knew how little was there I would have asked for extra and paid for it. All in all I will definitely return and explore other menu items. read more

The food was decent. Don't get me wrong. Spring rolls were fresh and tasty, Pho was tasty, although for a rare beef Pho, the beef wasn't very rare. Came in with party of four. Only one other table was sitting. Say right down, ordered drinks and rolls and asked to order dinner when app came. App took a little a while, and in that time, place filled up a bit, but not crazy. Finally, after about 25 min, app came out. Again, very tasty rolls. Ordered 3 Phos and a kids meal. 45 minutes later, and watching people be served who came in after us eat, we finally got our food. Kids were hangry and I was about to lose it. On top of that, my mom who can't stand cilantro and asked for none, had plenty in her Pho. She told the waitress she had asked for none and her response was "I can take it and pick it out for you". What if this was an allergy? You don't just pick it out, you remake it! My mom, starving and irritated said no and ate around, not enjoying hers. Finally, after getting the bill and paying, which took no time at all, I asked for a to go container so I could take my moms for lunch. After 20 minutes, and the waitress walking by numerous times making eye contact, it never came and I left. Came here on a Saturday afternoon, there were only 3 customers and we sat ourselves. We ordered the P2 which was very, very good. Fresh ingredients, good beef and the broth was tasty. Then, we tried the P9, lemongrass noodle soup with chicken. It was literally inedible, as it was a giant bowl of oil. It wasn't a thin layer of oil you could remove with a spoon. It was all oil. Every bite was slippery, coated with oil and left oil splatters all over the table and clothing. We even moved half the broth to an empty bowl in case it was just a thick layer, but no, it was 100 % oil. It then took over fifteen minutes to pay after our table was cleared. Their customer service is outstanding, everyone is so friendly, your water glasses never empty, they are extremely helpful and courteous about omitting certain food items out of any dish that you wish to order. Craving hot soup, we got off the highway by searching our trusty yelp app for pho. We came here as it was the nearest place not showing as a fusion restaurant. They were fairly busy but we were able to sit right away. There was only one real waiter for the entire room, but he was hustling. We started with a summer roll and asked for shrimp only (no pork). It came out fairly fast, and looked it. It just wasn't wrapped tightly enough. But it tasted okay. I liked the dark peanut sauce along side. We both ordered small chicken broth based soups with egg noodles. I got chicken and he got pork. The broth was flavorful -- there was only pieces of scallions and celery in it plus a clump of al dente egg noodles in the middle. Once we separate the noodles and let them "cook" in the hot broth, they were better. Neither of saw any meat in our bowls at first. On the bottom of the bowl, under the noodles were hidden some thin slices of meat. Along side they brought a plate with three wedges of lime, raw bean sprouts, and sprigs of cilantro. Missing was the jalapeño slices that my husband usually likes to add in, too. As stated, the broth had a good flavor and it was served steaming hot -- perfect for the cool Florida day. It was filling and inexpensive, but a little skimpy. Service was fast. Prices were low. Food is fine... not the best Vietnamese you'll ever have, but certainly still a contender. read more

My first time to Noodle Saigon, and it was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend and I wanted to have a healthy, refreshing lunch with quality ingredients and the food hit the spot. We started with the spring roll and it was very fresh and flavorful. I had the lemon grass chicken noodle bowl and it had a great balance of flavors, consistency, and great size portion for the price. Entrees were a chicken and vegetables rice dish and the other two of us ordered rare beef pho. The rice dish was fresh, mild in flavor (borderline bland), perfect for kids, small cuts of chicken, the veg and brown rice were fantastic. The rare beef pho was super solid! A lot like some of our favorite pho at home. Broth was delish and the beef was good (could use more beef in the large bowl). We had to ask for jalapeño to add to ours. We had the vegetarian pho, the chicken with rice noodles, and the lemongrass shrimp lunch special. The lunch special came with chicken soup, which was my least favorite item. Fast service, quality customer service and the food was some of the best out of all the things we've friend, great environment as well.

I very much needed the soothing, healing warmth of a good pho ga and was fortunate to have found some here. The broth had a complex depth which perfectly matched the beautifully prepared chicken meat and accompanying add-ones, each of which was fresh and crisp. I only wish that the to-go order was better packed (I ordered 2) as much of the soup leaked into the plastic bag enveloping the container. I was able to save the substantial amount which leaked out, but frankly this shouldn't have happened. I did not discount any stars for this, as my throat is feeling much better because of that very tasty soup. I'll be returning but I'll make sure the package is secured well. read more

My boyfriend really enjoyed his Pho which is shocking because he's a hard man to please when it comes to food! He's from SoCal and was blessed with some of the most amazing food I know I've ever tasted. That being said he is a tough critic and was definitely skeptical of this spot. Nonetheless he really enjoyed his Pho! I enjoyed mine as well but I got tired of it after a while- we got an entire pint each! 4/5 stars for myself because I told the host that I did not want any snow peas or peppers in mine and she still put them in the dish. Soups were flavorless. Yes, I said it, not good. Not what we would expect out of one of our favorite types of food. My hubby had the chicken soup with egg noodles. I tried his too and was like umm, yeah nothing great about it. I had the bun no hue beef soup with rice noodles. I saw from other reviews it was so good here, but I didn't taste it whatsoever. Our server was super hyper, abrupt, & intense. She didn't seem that busy with tables but just her intensity did not help with our not great dinner. Oh well. It's not good. There wasn't many options for Vietnamese in the area, so I guess I could see how people go to their only option if they want something warm in the belly. If I were u, I'd pass, and the prices are a bit high. I also thought it was rude how the server tried to up sell us on the size of the bowls. Thank God we didn't waste our money on the bigger one. But I've got to say their small is like kid size compared to what we are used to. Next time we will order large ( that's like r small). We both had fresh rolls and their sauce is yummy. A couple weeks ago, I came here for lunch and got my pho fixed.The two of us shared the rare beef appetizer and a large brisket pho. The rare beef was cooked in lime juice and tender. The beef broth of the pho was clear with a good flavor. I always add hoisin sauce and sriracha to thicken up the broth. Some FYI's: You seat yourself, ALWAYS! Don't go complaining in your review that you had to seat yourself, because that's simply what you do here. There's even a sign. There are only TWO servers working at a time. The place goes from dead to packed in the span of 15 mins, I've seen it happen many times. You simply must be patient when it's busy. Some servers are better than others when it gets busy. There are no sever sections. They go off a rotation on who got sat last. Until recently the owners kept a portion of the servers tips. This was changed when a former server complained to the state. The owners are the cooks, and there are no managers per se. Food is generally consistent since it's the same person cooking everyday. Pho is the best thing on the menu in my opinion. The other stuff is hit or miss and often I find it too salty. They're closed on Tuesdays! The parking lot is a good judge of how busy they are. No one is really there to visit any other places. The restaurant shares the building with a rub and tug massage parlor, and a Polish deli that makes good sandwiches. Lots of regulars! read more

It has never been super busy when we go, but the Vietnamese pho is excellent. I get the lemon grass version which has a spice level ( I get medium and add siracha if needed). The meatball pho is my favorite. My wife gets the chicken version and is always pleased. Generous portion of sprouts, limes and mint. Not fancy, but very good pho with friendly service. read more
