We walked in and I asked where is he, the nice ladies informed me that he no longer works there because it's been sold but not to worry because he trained them. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea. The brown sugar milk tea comes with salt foam which normally covers the top however there was the tiniest amount on my drink. I also looked at the tea itself and it looked really light meaning the tea doesn't haven't enough flavor and wasn't steeped long enough. I tried the drink and it tasted like water and boba with a hint of sweetness. It wasn't the normal black sugar milk tea that I'm used to getting from here. Hopefully with more practice and time the drinks will be better.

We placed our order at 6:10pm and as soon as we were walking away from the self-order screen a worker came up to us and said we close in 30m so it's going to have to be to-go so we can't eat inside. We were so very confused and disappointed because apple/google maps has shown it closes at 7:00pm for many months now, even when my boyfriend tried it for the first time in April. After we mentioned that to the worker the apple/google maps shows it closes at 7:00pm, the worker said it wasn't true and they close at 6:45pm. We are so frustrated because we had planned this for a week and we knew it was a place we didn't need to make reservations for and it was still 50m until close if 7:00pm is the actual closing time.
