Friendly and honest and excellent service. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable too! I highly recomend this place.

A waste of money! I have been going to Dr. Banks since April 2019. I never missed no scheduled appointments and my braces should have been taken off, instead Dr. Banks kept making mistakes. One of the mistakes was him moving my top front teeth to far back which caused one of my front teeth to change a grayish color, the cause was from him moving my teeth so far back my tooth hit a nerve. I bought it to his attention and he tried to brush it off and he agreed that my front top teeth were indeed moved to far back. Before getting my braces on I had an over-jet which was the reason for me getting braces, Dr. Banks turned my over-jet into an extremely deep bite that you couldn't see my front bottom teeth when I bite down. I bought this issue to his attention, again he brushed it off and told me it's not a big deal. Well it's in fact a big deal because thousands of dollars was lost and my teeth is not corrected. I went in for my monthly appointment and he told me my braces were ready to come, I looked him in his eyes and told him that's incorrect and asked him for a mirror and I pointed out to him everything that was wrong. I still had a few spaces between my teeth that he kept ignoring. After going to Dr. Banks office for 6 YEARS I decided to go to another Orthodontics because it seems as though Dr. Banks didn't know what he was doing and he continued to gaslight me. I continued to still go to Dr. Banks after all of these years because I already paid him because I honestly didn't want to have to pay for braces again through another provider. I did everything I was told to do on my part like wearing my rubber bands, Dr. Banks even stated that I no longer have to wear them anymore. Unfortunately I lost thousands of dollars due to him not being honest and now I am paying more money for another set of braces through another Orthodontics office and they stated what Dr. Banks was doing wrong and the office couldn't believe how long I had my braces on for. read more

My children have been going to Dr. Banks office for about 4 years now, and I'm just about to start my treatment soon. Not only is Dr. Banks an awesome person he is a awesome Dentist. The staff are so warm and welcoming, it's safe to know that my whole family are in great hands. Both my daughter and I have seen Dr. Banks. He is the best Orthodontist ever!!

I cannot fairly rate this dentist because I left before being seen. When I called to make the appointment I was scheduled for the opening time of the clinic, 1pm. When I arrived five minutes before my appointment there were so many people in the waiting room already. The waiting room was hot and not comfortable. There are no decorations, nothing that makes you feel welcome. Bare walls and lots of sweaty people. From what I could see in the waiting room there was one large room for patients to be seen and the staff were putting three patients in one room. There was no individual privacy. I waited 20 minutes to be seen and then finally left. I do not plan on returning. One positive aspect was the front desk staff was very nice. read more

I took my daughter for a consultation. The doctor was nice enough. He looked at her less than 5 minutes and said basically, "OK, she doesn't need much work. She'll have braces for one year..."and explained the procedure. That was all fine and well...I get that. NOW...here comes the lying office manager (I guess she was the manager) to give me pricing. She gives me a quote of $2880...where are braces that expensive anymore!!! I should have known something was up when the paperwork I completed asked my and my husbands occupation (assuming we are loaded). Then she asks what portion does my insurance pay. I told her they pay 70% and I pay 30%, then she asked for a dollar amount. I told her my insurance pays up to $3500. And BAM...now my daughters quote is $2880. She said she called my insurance company; spoke with the office manager of the insurance company who stated my insurance would pay only $1000. I knew this was an outright LIE but said nothing. I took my estimate sheet and left. I called my insurance this morning to confirm and of course they said they have no record of anyone calling to confirm my daughters benefit status and get this...THEY DONT HAVE AN OFFICE MANAGER!! Whom the lady at the orthodontist office claims she spoke with. This office was recommended by a colleague and I have no idea why. Of course I will not be returning. read more
