This location is definitely smaller than the typical Banner hospitals I've been too and that was a good thing for us when we arrived because family member didn't have to wait at all. The reception woman at the window was so kind and full of smiles and in a stressful situation I was so thankful for that. We were called back quickly and everyone we encountered was wonderful. They listened and made sure my loved one was taken care of...it meant even more because they were so grouchy and I thank them for their patience.,I've never given such a high review for an ER at a full service hospital before, but they definitely deserve the praise.

Josh Motl is the PA here and he is just awesome! he listens to your complaints and immediately inputs them in your file and finds a solution to your ailments or at least directs you to the nearest facility to help with your complaints! He was out of his prescribed pain medications. Cindy did not care about the fact that my father was supposed to be on palliative care (her counterpart Eric was "researching it"). He should have one doctor prescribing his meds and managing his healthcare. She insisted that for my father to get his end of life pain meds, he needed to be seen. (Proven yet denied by Cindy, that we received two days of pain meds while she was out because Eric refused to see him.) Unfortunately, my father cannot hardly walk and can barely sit-up. This was of no consequence to Cindy, she "needed to see him". So, I and a friend of the family took him. Due to the exertion of moving him, he was unable to speak or make decisions. He fell twice trying to just get him there! Hence, why he gave me medical POA! Well, long story short, when I confronted her absolute disregard for my fathers well being, she locked me out from being able to make decisions. Literally, tricked me into going into the hallway and then locked the door. She is out of her mind! I will be filing a complaint with the medical board and truly hope that if you are considering this terrible person to be your healthcare provider, that you reconsider. There other, more qualified providers located in Spring Valley, Dewey or PV. Sadly, it could literally be life or death!

She was extremely rude, using a condescending and hostile tone to tell me that this was not an urgent matter, that they could not help me, and that I had been misinformed. While I understand that they could not provide this service and appreciate that information. This could have and should have been communicated in a much more courteous manner.

Just know that going in. That said, there are options---you can book online if you can wait, you can do a video call, or just walk in and wait. If you walk in they let you know where you are in the queue, and they text you when your time is close if you don't want to sit and wait. The front staff were professional and courteous, and when I was seen, all of my concerns were addressed. I had a lingering cough and wanted to make sure my lungs were ok. When I was seen, They X-Rayed me right there on the premise (Yay, imagine having to go to another lab?!!!) and my fears were confirmed-touch of pneumonia ! . They took their time with me, were as professional as I could hope for, and had great attitudes! I was prescribed my meds and was on my way, happy to say I am on the mend. X-rays and blood tests results are back quickly and a board in your private room indicates when they have all been completed and the Dr and nurses names along with test progress is updated quickly. I have had many experiences of other departments there, from neurology , to foot surgery consultations and I am presently experiencing appointments in the PT department. Every where I go I am greeted and cared for with loving care and expertise. There are no rushed appointments and in my experience they run on time. What a great experience every time I have an appointment. Phone staff are so on the ball calling to make appointments and are mindful and helpful of time constraints one may have. Liz.

I'm not even very picky but I can't overstate how bad it is so order oatmeal and fruit and stuff that isn't going to be nasty. The aftercare was also great and they set all my appointments for me and it was so easy to stay on track. No complaints and every provider I saw was great.

And, I regret that....I was a patient here before this became a Primary Care Walk-In clinic, and the only reason I continued coming was because it was convenient. Over the past few years, though, I've dealt with issue after issue: appointment problems, prescription mistakes, blood draw issues, and constant miscommunication. It feels like there is little to no communication between the staff, and unfortunately, it shows. There have been multiple occasions where staff arrived late, appeared disheveled, and seemed completely unconcerned about the patients waiting to be seen. I've tried to be patient and understanding despite all of the repeated mishaps, but this morning was the final straw. Once again, I found myself dealing with an unorganized, time-wasting, and completely unnecessary situation that should never have happened. After years of giving this office chance after chance, I simply couldn't stay quiet anymore. Patients deserve better. We deserve a medical office that values our time, communicates effectively, and operates professionally. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here, and I can no longer recommend this practice.
