As you go inside you see all these amazing things inside . Some apparel, Miniature religion statues and other figurines. They have mugs stuffed animals stationary and other gift items for all occasions. Sometimes carying boxes of chocolates and more. In the back ig the store they have hallmark cards for all ocassions. But firvfuture reference they should carry DVD Movies od all the hallmark movies that we see everyday on TV the hallmark movie channel . This is a great place to get together when getting something special for families on all occasions and holidays and more. It has a friendly and community oriented atmosphere. But I wish they wouldn't make their jib applications so difficult to fill out . I wish they make it easier so people can get jobs there . There are only three locations left . Olney , Rockville, And Germantown , Maryland. We have to support these stores while they still exist before they are gone forever . These stores are dying because of too much internet access stuff instead if goung in person ro support . The gentleman I spoke with was very clear that, because it was a last-minute order, they could only offer a "florist's choice" arrangement--which I was totally fine with. I emphasized that I'd be coordinating my visit with the delivery, and he assured me they'd notify me once the flowers were delivered. On Mother's Day, I showed up--and no flowers. I stayed with my mom for about 3-4 hours, and nothing ever arrived. I was never charged for the order (which was for a $250 florist's choice), but I also never received a call, explanation, or any kind of follow-up. Life got busy, and I didn't reach out afterward to ask what happened. Maybe they were overwhelmed or lost the order, but for a small business, it's surprising to see a $250 order just vanish without any communication. My mom thankfully didn't notice, but it was the first time in years there weren't flowers for her on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, I won't be using this florist again.
