You can wait to exchange the items when you need new things, but bc babies grow at different rates, likely the value of the item will go down significantly given how often sales happen and that most items are seasonal. Again this is a company policy complaint, not this specific store itself. My solution: Exchange for items way older: 2 yrs+, bc at that age they'll likely fit into clothes longer. Or if you ask for clothes in your registry always ensure they include a receipt. Or can always re-gift or donate to mamas in need/mamas to be! This store is always clean, neat, & easy to navigate.
