She was able to show us 4 or 5 RVs that were close to our criteria. We didn't find anything there we would buy that day. Sweet Tea has called since then with other RVs we may be interested in. If I could leave zero stars I would. People, be careful when purchasing a protection warranty into your rv contract. If you ever have to cancel for whatever reason, YOU WILL NOT get the full amount you purchased it for. For example, if a warranty cost you $3,500 and that was in addition to the purchase of your rv, you will get some "BS" response from John the finance manager that you will only get about $60-75 bucks back instead of a refund for the difference of time you might've had it for if you ever had to cancel it. I literally had mine for a year, and purchased it for about $5K on top of my rv price. When I went to go cancel because I was selling my rv and no longer needed it, I was told by John because of how it was "written" on their contract, I was eligible to receive the full refund of something higher like $4000 or something. I told him that makes no sense. He said its how its written on the "contract." So people, be careful of doing business with this place-they are CROOKS! Again, I'd prefer to leave "ZERO" stars. read more

3 years ago I would of given this place 5 stars. Now it's a complete joke. Bought a 2017 5th wheel from here. The first year I owned the vehicle it spent more time in their facility than it did camping with me. But it was okay, because they had great people Working for them, Tony the GM was there, she was fantastic, and they had 2 great guys in service with Nick & Vance. Now they're both gone. I've had service people set up appointments for things to get fixed, take the 30 minute drive with my trailer to find out only 1 part was at their shop, and the other has not arrived yet. In experience and do not value others time. I spent over $6,000 dollars on two 5th wheel hitches, now my new one is damaged and I have to start the whole process over trying to explain the issue because again, the people who knew what they were doing (Nick & Vance) have left. read more

I have a KZ 170 MB travel trailer that I purchased from an RV dealer in Mesa, AZ. And I live in Carlsbad, CA which is 8 hours from Mesa, and 2 hours from Banning. The trailer needed some warranty work, and Jason and Austin, graciously agreed to do the repair. Saved me a major trip to AZ. I also needed the trailer for a planned trip in the works, and they made a temporary repair that allowed for that, while the permanent fix/parts are still pending shipping/arrival from the factory. Austin cheerfully took care of me and provided excellent customer service and communication. I plan on returning there when the parts arrive, and have some additional custom work done, after seeing their work and service. Highly recommended. read more

THE WORST EVER! We bought a new 2021 travel trailer August 17th, have nothing but problems. We were sold a $1600 extended warranty and told that if we had trouble while traveling that we could use mobile mechanic and it would be covered. Took trailer home our first day and the slides wouldn't go back in. Called the warranty and they said they didn't cover trailers. We paid $290 to get mechanic to get slides in so we could tow it back to Banning.. the mechanic said to tell the dealer that he did a temporary fix while it's under warranty and they need to fix the wiring that was a defect as it will start a fire if they don't do that before putting slides in and out. We towed it back and told Banning RV. They called us in 2 days and said it's fixed. We went to get it and pressed the slide button before towing back home and the wiring started a fire. They ran out with fire extinguishers. So they didn't even touch that RV and didn't listen to us. I talked to a Jason that said he's the owner and let him know what's going on. So we had to come back again after repairs. Took it home again and noticed they repaired a tire they said had a nail and it looked used and the rim didn't match. Jason said bring it back and we will replace it. He said " yah the lot porter put that on and we don't pay him much." What?? Who says that? Told Jason and John in finance that our warranty seemed worthless as we called them to take it back to dealer and they said they didn't have our names. $1600 and a contract, yet they don't have us as owning that warranty? So we told the dealer and they said that's crazy, we will get your $290 back. Never have seen a dime and it's been since Aug 20th. Today is one month and 8 days since they said they filed the claim. Yah right! We had to drive back and forth to Banning 4 times and were never compensated for gas or any discounts. We even paid the $750 to install a back up camera that's a 3 inch screen. They never told us how small it would be and even Jason said" I wouldn't be able to see that." These people are unbelievable. They are so unprofessional and money grabbing idiots. I never asked to be compensated for anything but simply called to tell them after weeks on end we haven't even been able to take the RV out at all. Jason said " we'll we are cutting the cord with you people." What kind of service is this. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! read more

I read all the reviews and was hesitant to come on. I like to make decisions on my own experience. From start- I spoke with Rick, then came in a met Aundre, Both men were fantastic. We found something that fit our needs, they were not pushy and in no way rude. We had a verbal agreement of the cost and everything, a few days later we were called in to come in and pick. They kept their word, nothing was hidden from us. Gus and another guy ( I'm so sorry I forgot your name) they showed us everything and they were great!... we then spoke to the service manager ( I'm sorry I forgot his name to) super helpful and he did not try to sell us things we didn't need. There was one item we were interested in and he looked it up and ordered it for us. All around everyone person was helpful. No complains from me. I would tell anyone give them a chance and go in. Awful experience. Other people have complained about toni and I'm not surprised. They had a rv show and approved me for for a loan. three salesman stood in front of me and my family (8 adults) and said 235 for 12 years. 4 people stayed at a motel that night because I was told I would get it as soon as I sign. Repeatedly I was told the details of the contract and that I had nothing to worry about. As soon as I walked into Toni's office all that went out the window. 12 years turned into 15. She wanted an additional 5000 dollars on a credit card she said she could get me, higher payment on a 12 year loan, ect. these people ruined the weekend for my whole family. Instead of spending the week at the campground where they had the show everyone had. to leave. I wish they would have just left me alone when I initially told them that I was not looking to buy. read more

The service was excellent when we were buying our travel trailer. When we got it home and discovered a leak over the bed ,we brought it back 3 days Later. Took 18 days for them to finally fix it and that's only because we called the manufacturer. When we went to pick it up the job was not to our satisfaction, the ceiling still sags you can push it up about 2 inches! We were told to "Hook up our trailer and GET OFF THEIR LOT". that's the best they could do. If that's how they treat their customers I do not want to go back and I advise everyone else to STAY CLEAR! read more

The service center at this location will not honor your appointment time even if they have made the appointment and discussed with you. I had the misfortune of having a warranty appointment that this center made for me on August 21, 2019. I drove over 50 miles to get to this location and then was told they were too busy to get to my issue which was to put on a door in the pantry section of our travel trailer. I agreed to come back the next day at another agreed time after 1 pm. The next day when I returned the service manager said they were too busy to do anything. I requested to see the pantry door ordered. It was the wrong color and finish for the travel trailer I have. Take your business elsewhere. I was going to trade in my trailer for a larger one at this location but have decided to look elsewhere because of the treatment of the service center. read more

I am a firm believer that when people work hard they should be rewarded. I went to banning RV discount center and my pockets were a little light;but I still had my heart set on getting my first travel trailer. I walked around the lot and few moments later I was greeted by GiGi. She walked the entire lot with us.After finding out the RV that we wanted was located on their riverside location ;she got Robert to lead us over to there. We arrived at the Riverside location about 30 minutes later. Did I mention it was 115° that day? But Robert walked us around the entire lot looking at different RVs and comparing the models. We had not even confirmed that we were getting an RV. But Robert stuck with us for quite some time and walked us around. So we settled on one and now it was money talking time. When I tell you my money was a little short I admit that. But they did everything they could to point me in the right direction to try to get financing . I left that day and went home and tried to reassess my finances and they still checked in with me periodically to see if we were still interested. I was shocked. So I ended up getting financing and came back to the lot to close the sale 3 days later. I got RV course with Billy. He was absolutely attentive to all the questions that I had. Castro gave me information on the hitch and braking. Garrett even made an appearance,I wish I had told him how sparklingly clean he made the RV look on the inside after his cleaning. Everyone was absolutely amazing. I even had the privilege of meeting the owner who took time out of her day to stop by and say thank your for the business. I know I'm probably forgetting something about today. But all I can say is it was absolutely an amazing purchase and I was treated as if I bought $1 million RV which I did not. We've been busy with selling our home and made a few half-hearted efforts to contact them about it, but calls were never returned.
